Abstract
本发明涉及一种治疗仔猪湿疹性皮炎的中药制剂，属于兽药，该中药制剂的药物组成及重量百分比为金银花35-45、板蓝根35-45、蒲公英5-15、贯仲5-15。本发明所选药物药性明确，针对性强，方剂配伍科学合理，处方简捷明快，该方剂具有杀菌消炎、清热解毒、活血化瘀，收敛燥湿之功效，在临床应用中可直接投喂仔猪，对哺乳仔猪可以直接投喂母猪，通过母乳达到间接治疗仔猪的效果，本发明比使用抗菌素类药物治疗治愈率提高33.6%，治疗疗程缩短46.18%。
Description
本发明涉及一种治疗仔猪湿疹性皮炎的中药制剂，属于兽药。
目前，治疗仔猪湿疹性皮炎在兽医临床上缺乏明确有效的治疗方法，一般采用注射和口服抗菌素以及皮肤药物涂擦的方法，但疗程长，治疗效果不明显，而且在治疗过程中，又易发生交叉感染，而选用中药成份、以其合理协调互补机理来治疗仔猪湿疹性皮炎尚缺乏研究论证。
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术中的不足之处，而提供一种具有杀菌消炎、清热解毒、活血化瘀、收敛用燥湿之功效，并可采用全窝仔猪群体采食投喂方法的治疗仔猪湿疗疹性皮炎的中药制剂。
本发明的目的是这样实现的：该中药制剂的药物组成及其重量百分比是金银花35-45、板兰根35-45、蒲公英5-15、贯仲5-15。
本发明的中药制剂的药物组成及其重量百分比还可以是金银花40、板兰根40、蒲公英10、贯仲10。
本发明所筛选的四味中草药，其中金银花属于植物杀菌剂，其药性清凉，味甘、寒而无毒。具有杀菌消炎，清热解毒，解凝及发汗利尿的作用，在临床上常用于治疗牛、马痛肿疮疖、流感和急性咽炎、乳腺炎：板兰根，药性味微苦，有清热解毒的作用，临床上常用于猪丹毒、腮腺炎和慢性肝炎；蒲公英药性寒味甘微苦，无毒，具有清热、消炎、解毒功能，常用于治疗疔疮肿毒、乳腺炎、腮腺炎；贯仲药性微寒，味苦有小毒，具有清热去瘀、杀虫、解毒、止血收敛作用，常用于治疗子宫炎、体内寄生虫，民间常用贯仲浸水给牲畜喝，用于预防牲畜温热、急性传染痛。本发明所选4味中草药药性明确、针对性强，方剂配伍合理，可以“入其内，攻其表”，达到有效治疗仔猪湿疹性皮炎的目的。在临床上，本发明所述制剂可直接投喂仔猪，对哺乳仔猪可以直接投喂母猪，通过母乳达到间接治疗仔猪的效果，便于在农村推广应用。在用本发明治疗的8740窝仔猪中，治疗发病仔猪79215头，治愈仔猪781064头，治愈率达到98.7％，对大牲畜及猪的子宫炎性不孕症治愈率达100％，为进一步说明本发明的疗效，本发明与抗菌素治疗进行了对比试验，应用本发明拌食投喂大日令仔猪试验组的415头发病仔猪治愈414头，治疗过程中死亡一头，治愈率为99.7％；拌食投喂母猪的20日令以内病猪试验组的538头病猪治愈535头，治疗过程中死亡3头，治愈率为99.4％；上述试验组平均治愈率为99.5％。用抗菌素类药治疗的对照组119头病猪治愈79头，治疗过程中死亡40头，治愈率为66.4％，死亡率为33.6％，因此，本发明比抗菌素治疗提高治愈率33.6％，在疗程上，本发明试验组的投药天数最长10天，最短为3天，平均治愈的投药天数为4.6天，而对照组投药天数最长为30天，最短为3天，平均治愈投药天数8.64天，因此，本发明试验组比对照组平均每头病猪减少3.99无投药时间，疗程缩短了46.18％。
下面以实施例详述本发明。
本发明实施例中药物组成及重量百分比见下表；

1、一种治疗仔猪湿疹性皮炎的中药制剂，包括四味中药，其特征在于该中药制剂的药物组成及其重量百分比是金银药35-45、板兰根35-45、蒲公英5-15、贯仲5-15。
2、根据权利要求1所述的治疗仔猪湿疹性皮炎的中药制剂，其特征在于该中药制剂的药物组成及其重量百分比是金银花40、板兰根40、蒲公英10、贯仲10。
