Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Example one
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of an embodiment of a photographing method according to the present invention, and as shown in fig. 1, the photographing method of the embodiment may include the following steps:
100. during framing, an image in a sampling area within the current interface of the terminal is acquired.
For example, during the shooting framing process, the user can capture the image before the terminal through an image capture device such as a camera, and the image can be obtained, and it should be noted that the region outside the sampling region in the current interface can still be framed, but the image does not need to be obtained from the region outside the sampling region in the current interface.
101. And comparing the image in the sampling area in the current interface of the terminal with the specified face image to obtain a comparison result.
For example, in practical applications, an image that a user does not want to keep may exist in an acquired image in a sampling area in the current interface of the terminal, and therefore, it is necessary to compare the image in the sampling area in the current interface of the terminal with a specified face image to obtain a comparison result, and then determine whether to take a picture according to the comparison result.
Specifically, a plurality of face images are set in the terminal in advance, and each face image is distributed in a corresponding sampling area to serve as an appointed face image. In the framing process, after the images in the sampling area in the current interface of the terminal are acquired, the images need to be compared with the designated face images in the corresponding area one by one to determine whether the images in the sampling area in the current interface of the terminal are matched with the designated face images in the corresponding area.
102. And if the comparison result is that the image in the sampling area in the current interface of the terminal is matched with the specified face image, executing photographing operation.
Specifically, the extraction, matching and the like of the features of the face image can be realized through a face recognition technology, an image processing technology and other related technologies. If the comparison result is that the designated face image comprises all images in the sampling area in the current interface of the terminal, the images in the sampling area in the current interface of the terminal are matched with the designated face image, and at the moment, the images acquired by the sampling area in the current interface of the terminal are the contents which the user wants to reserve, and photographing can be automatically carried out.
The executing body of the photographing method provided by this embodiment may be a photographing device, and the photographing device may be integrated by software, for example, the photographing device may be an application; alternatively, the photographing apparatus may be integrated into an operating system of the terminal, and the present invention is not particularly limited thereto.
In the shooting method of the embodiment, in the framing process, the acquired image in the sampling area in the current interface of the terminal is compared with the specified face image to obtain a comparison result; if the comparison result is that the image in the sampling area in the current interface of the terminal is matched with the specified face image, the photographing operation is executed, so that automatic photographing is realized according to the preset specified face image, the images of other users are prevented from being photographed, meanwhile, the phenomenon that the overall effect of the images is damaged due to the fact that the images are processed by means of third-party software is avoided, and the photographing efficiency is improved.
Example two
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of another embodiment of the photographing method of the present invention, and the photographing method of the embodiment further describes the technical solution of the present invention in more detail based on the embodiment shown in fig. 1.
As shown in fig. 2, the photographing method of the present embodiment may include the following steps:
200. setting M sampling areas, and configuring corresponding P designated face images for each sampling area.
For example, before a user uses the terminal to take a picture, the user may set M sampling regions according to his own needs, and make the terminal sample in the set M sampling regions, where M is an integer greater than or equal to 0.
After setting M sampling regions, P personal face images may be set for each sampling region as the face images specified in the sampling region, where P is an integer greater than or equal to 0.
It should be noted that P designated face images corresponding to any two sampling regions may be the same or different, and the number P of designated faces corresponding to any two sampling regions may be equal or may not be equal.
Specifically, if M is equal to 0, it is stated that no sampling area is set, and at this time, the terminal can sample in a full screen, so that the sampling range of the terminal is wide, and content that the user does not want to shoot is easily acquired.
If M ≠ 0, the terminal can sample in M sampling areas, and the range outside the M sampling areas does not need to sample, so that the sampling range can be reduced, but the range outside the M sampling areas can be framed, so that the content of the sampling image acquired by the terminal is less, the terminal can perform the photographing operation more reliably, and the current interface of the terminal can be ensured to take more scenes.
It should be noted that, the M sampling regions and the P designated faces are set by the user according to the requirement. For example, a user can arbitrarily draw a closed graph as a sampling area on the current interface of the terminal through gestures. The user can use the image stored in the terminal as the designated face, and also can use the image obtained by real-time photographing as the designated face.
201. Detecting whether P is equal to 0; if P ≠ 0, executing step 202; otherwise, if P is equal to 0, go to step 208.
Whether M is equal to 0 or not, it is required to detect whether a designated face is set in each sampling region at this time, that is, whether P is equal to 0 or not is detected, if P ≠ 0, it is indicated that the designated face is set in the sampling region, and step 202 is executed.
Otherwise, if P is equal to 0, it indicates that the specified face is not set in the sampling region, and this is a normal photographing process, and the user has no special requirement for the photographing content and does not need to determine whether the photographing can be performed by specifying the face, so step 208 is further performed.
202. The face camera is started.
If P is not equal to 0, the specified face is set in the sampling area, and if the specified face set in each sampling area is read, a control signal can be sent, so that the face camera is triggered, and the face camera is started.
203. During framing, an image in a sampling area within the current interface of the terminal is acquired.
After the face camera is started, a sampling area in the current interface can be framed through image acquisition equipment such as a camera, and then images in front of the terminal are acquired and can be acquired.
204. And comparing the image in each sampling area with the P designated face images corresponding to the sampling area to obtain a comparison result.
If the comparison result is that the image in the sampling area in the current interface of the terminal matches the designated face image, step 205 is executed.
If the comparison result is that the image in the sampling area in the current interface of the terminal is not matched with the designated face image, framing is continued, and the step 203 is executed again.
For example, if the comparison result is that the designated face image includes all images in the sampling area in the current interface of the terminal, it is indicated that the images in the sampling area in the current interface of the terminal match the designated face image.
Specifically, the step of matching the image in the sampling area in the current interface of the terminal with the designated face image comprises the following steps: the image in each sampling area is matched with P appointed face images corresponding to the sampling area; or, the image in each of the N designated sampling regions in the M sampling regions is matched with the P designated face images corresponding to the sampling regions; wherein N is an integer greater than 0 and less than M.
Since only a part of the sampling regions of the images acquired by the M regions may exist, and the designated face image includes all the images in the sampling region in the current interface of the terminal, in order to take a picture, N sampling regions may be set, which satisfy the designated face image includes all the images in the sampling region in the current interface of the terminal, that is, the next step 205 may be executed as long as the set N sampling regions satisfy the condition.
205. And executing the photographing operation.
If the image in each sampling area is matched with the P designated face images corresponding to the sampling area; or, if the image in each of N designated sampling areas in the M sampling areas is matched with P designated face images corresponding to the sampling area, it indicates that the image acquired by the sampling area in the current interface of the terminal is the content that the user wants to reserve, and the photographing is automatically performed.
It should be noted that, the photographing method of this embodiment may photograph the image acquired by the sampling area in the current interface of the terminal separately, or may photograph the image acquired by the sampling area in the current interface of the terminal continuously, so that the user may select the image that the user most wants.
206. Detecting whether the photographing is finished; if the photographing is detected to be completed, go to step 207; otherwise, if it is detected that the photographing is not completed, step 205 is executed.
For example, in the process of the terminal performing the photographing operation, whether the terminal completes photographing or not is detected at all times, and corresponding operation is performed according to the detection result.
Specifically, if it is detected that the photographing is completed, step 207 is executed. Otherwise, if it is detected that the photographing is not completed, step 205 is executed.
207. And sending a prompt signal to prompt the user that the photographing is finished.
If the completion of the photographing is detected, the prompting signal can be sent out in the modes of an indicating lamp, a prompting sound or vibration and the like so as to prompt the user that the photographing is completed.
208. Starting a common camera and executing photographing operation; step 206 is performed.
If the specified face is not set in the sampling area, it is indicated that the user has no special requirement for the photographing content, and does not need to determine whether the user can take a picture by specifying the face, at this time, the general camera can be started, and the photographing operation can be executed.
It should be noted that, in the photographing method of this embodiment, the face camera and the general camera may be separately arranged, or the camera with the face function and the general camera may be integrated into one, and a control key is arranged to implement switching between the two.
According to the photographing method, the M sampling areas are set, the corresponding P designated face images are configured for each sampling area, if P is equal to 0, the common camera is started, photographing operation is executed, and if P is equal to 0, the face camera is started, photographing operation is executed, so that photographing operation is executed in different camera modes according to whether the designated face is set or not. Meanwhile, in the framing process of the face camera mode, comparing the acquired image in the sampling area in the current interface of the terminal with the specified face image to obtain a comparison result; if the comparison result is that the image in the sampling area in the current interface of the terminal is matched with the specified face image, the photographing operation is executed, automatic photographing is achieved according to the preset specified face image, the images of other users are prevented from being photographed, the overall effect of the images is damaged by processing the images through third-party software, and the photographing efficiency is improved.

The program may be stored in a computer-readable storage medium. When executed, the program performs steps comprising the method embodiments described above; and the aforementioned storage medium includes: various media that can store program codes, such as ROM, RAM, magnetic or optical disks.
