本发明公开了一种防护型儿童壁纸，包括：缓冲层，所述缓冲层上设置有硅藻土吸附剂，所述硅藻土吸附层上设置有防水层，所述缓冲层上面设置有吸附层，所述硅藻土吸附层上设置有防水层，所述防水层上设置有印花层，所述印花层上设置有聚四氟乙烯层，所述聚四氟乙烯层上设置有覆膜层，所述缓冲层为圆柱体体结构，所述圆柱体为中空结构,所述硅藻土吸附层包含了海泡石、沸石、铜酸甲基纤维素，本发明通过设置缓冲层使得壁纸具备缓冲功能，保护了在受到冲撞时给以一定的缓冲从而起到保护儿童的作用，同时还具备一般壁纸具备的防潮，除臭、美观功能。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种壁纸，特别是一种防护型儿童壁纸。
背景技术
壁纸，作为应用相当广泛的室内装饰材料，因为色彩多样、图案丰富、豪华气派、安全环保、施工便捷、价格适宜等多种其它室内装饰材料所无法比拟的特点，越来受到人们的喜爱；但随着人们生活水平的不断提高，人们需要高品质的，专业化壁纸来装点自己的生活，除了对一般壁纸具备的绿色环保特点外，对一些有孩子家庭，更注重从儿童成长特点的壁纸，特别是一些家庭对儿童的安全防护要求出发，希望有针对儿童生活特点的壁纸，比如好动、喜欢拉扯等行为，市场上一般的壁纸，也不具备这些防护儿童碰撞的功能，因此提供一种专门为儿童居住环境的壁纸成为一些中产家庭的需求，有必要开发出专门的一种防护型儿童壁纸。
发明内容
发明目的：为解决现有技术的不足，提供一种防护型儿童壁纸
技术方案：一种防护型儿童壁纸，包括：缓冲层，所述缓冲层上设置有第一硅藻土吸附层，所述缓冲层下面设置有第一防水层，所述第一硅藻土吸附层上面设置有第二硅藻土吸附层，所述第二硅藻土吸附层上设置有第二防水层，所述第二防水层上设置有印花层，所述印花层上设置有聚四氟乙烯层，所述聚四氟乙烯层上设置有覆膜层，所述缓冲层为圆柱体结构，所述圆柱体为中空结构。这种中空的圆柱型结构可以很好的让壁纸内部两侧气流通过圆柱体内的孔流动，更有效的去除一方的湿气，保证了除湿效果，另外一方面很好的提供了缓冲功能，儿童在忽然撞击到壁纸时提供一种很好的阻挡保护作用，这些缓冲体有受力发生反弹的特性，同时在整个壁纸平面上的分布及大小，高低均可以有效的减少冲撞的力度，同时还能延长壁纸的寿命，所述硅藻土吸附层包含了海泡石、沸石、铜酸甲基纤维素等除臭剂，其中海泡石是一种纤维状富镁粘土矿物，有很好的吸附、阻燃、耐高温等性能，并且本身是环保无毒物质，可以作为除臭剂出去空气中的氨气等有毒物质，还可以作为阻燃剂使用，沸石是多孔性的无机物质，具有吸附、触媒和离子交换功能，具有吸附硫化氢和氨的优良性能，具有很好的除臭效果，铜酸甲基纤维素一种很好的除臭剂，透气性高、效果好，除臭能力可保持半年时间，对氨气和硫化氢的恶臭在30分钟内可以完全消除，这几种除臭剂合并使用，基本可以完全除臭室内的臭味。
本发明中所述圆柱体上下底部有上下底平层。所述缓圆柱体在上下底平层有对应于圆柱体的孔；所述圆柱体高度为2-4mm；所述圆柱体外圆直径为6-8mm，内圆直径为3-5mm；所述圆柱体在上下底为均匀分布；所述缓冲体高度为9-12mm；所述圆柱体为发泡EVA。
本发明缓冲层使用了发泡EVA，利用其良好的缓冲性能达到本发明的目的。
有益效果：本发明提供的防护型儿童壁纸与现有技术相比，有以下效果:
1、本发明的防护型儿童壁纸，加入了缓冲层，在保证一般壁纸环保干燥美观外，对碰撞时产生弹回力，有效的保护了儿童；
2、本发明通过对缓冲层圆柱体的形状、大小、高低及分布的设计，有效的保证了壁纸在加工制造及使用时的便捷；
3、本发明设有了聚四氟乙烯层，聚四氟乙烯是一种优良的环保型防水透气材料，可以使得壁纸具有很好地防水透气性；同时覆膜层也具有防潮性；这样使得本发明的壁纸具有优良的防潮性与透气性，壁纸的防潮性与透气性好，可以进一步避免壁纸发生霉变，在一定程度上加强了壁纸的抗菌、防霉性；
4、本发明各层使用的试剂绿色环保，符合GB18585-2001的规定，不含有国家规定的禁止使用的重金属锑、砷、钡、镉、铬、铅、汞、硒，不含有甲醛、不含有氯乙烯单体，也不会造成二次污染；
5、本发明的壁纸具有很好缓冲保护作用，而且还具备抗菌、防霉、除臭的功能。

一种防护型儿童壁纸，包括：缓冲层2，所述缓冲层2上设置有第一硅藻土吸附层1，所述缓冲层2下面设置有第一防水层3，所述第一硅藻土吸附层1上面设置有第二硅藻土吸附层4，所述第二硅藻土吸附层4上设置有第二防水层5，所述第二防水层5上设置有印花层6，所述印花层6上设置有聚四氟乙烯层7，所述聚四氟乙烯层7上设置有覆膜层8，所述缓冲层2为圆柱体结构，所述圆柱体为中空结构, 所述硅藻土吸附层包含了海泡石、沸石、铜酸甲基纤维素。
本实施例中所述圆柱体上下底部有上下底平层。所述缓圆柱体在上下底平层均设有对应于圆柱体的孔。所述圆柱体高度为4mm。所述圆柱体外圆直径为8mm，内圆直径为5mm。所述圆柱体在上下底为均匀分布。所述缓冲体高度为12mm。所述圆柱体为发泡EVA。
实施例2
一种防护型儿童壁纸，包括：缓冲层2，所述缓冲层2上设置有第一硅藻土吸附层1，所述缓冲层2下面设置有第一防水层3，所述第一硅藻土吸附层1上面设置有第二硅藻土吸附层4，所述第二硅藻土吸附层4上设置有第二防水层5，所述第二防水层5上设置有印花层6，所述印花层6上设置有聚四氟乙烯层7，所述聚四氟乙烯层7上设置有覆膜层8，所述缓冲层2为圆柱体结构，所述圆柱体为中空结构, 所述硅藻土吸附层包含了海泡石、沸石、铜酸甲基纤维素。
