Abstract
本发明主要在一长边方向大略中央具有支撑突条,而两侧铺设弹性板的基底本体的支撑突条正上方,沿支撑突条平行架设导轨,导轨上自由滑动支撑一个前端设有切割器与突出于两侧的瓷砖按压脚的瓷砖切断用杆,该导轨一端固定在一个被一体立设在基底本体的固定支柱上,另一端被固定在另外制作的支柱上,将该支柱位于如基底本体支撑突条水平延长线上般固定在一个被固定在基底本体可更换的辅助突条体上。本发明可使用共用金属模与弹性板便宜地制作,与瓷砖尺寸无关,且能减轻重量。
Description
本发明涉及一种可将陶瓷制成或合成树脂制成的瓷砖在一定位置正确地切断的瓷砖切割器。
现有的瓷砖切割器,其主要是在一个于长边方向的大略中央位置具有支撑突条,而在其两侧则铺设弹性板的基底本体的两端部,并在支撑突条的延长线上立设与基底本体一体成形的支柱,而在该两端的支柱,在上述支撑突条的正上方,则沿着该支撑突条平行地架设有导轨,而在该导轨上则呈自由滑动状地支撑有一个在前端下面备有切割器与突出于两侧的瓷砖按压脚的瓷砖切断用杆。
上述已有的瓷砖切割器,瓷砖切断用杆作为一共用零件,而将立设有支柱的基底本体藉金属模一体成形,因此除了必须要制作一个与所要切割的瓷砖尺寸相对应的基底本体的金属模外,而且铺设在支撑突条两侧的弹性板也必须对应于基底本体而制作,因此使其成本变得非常高。此外当其为用于切断大尺寸瓷砖的瓷砖切割器时,则其重量会变得较重,且处理上并不方便,此外在切割作业时也会降低其作业性。
本发明的目的在于,提供一种瓷砖切割器,使其与作为切断对象的瓷砖的尺寸无关,可使用共用的金属模与弹性板而能便宜地制作,又即使是大尺寸瓷砖用的瓷砖切割器,也能减轻其重量。
为了要达成上述目的,本发明的瓷砖切割器,其主要是在于一长边方向的大略中央设有支撑突条,而在其两侧铺设弹性板的基底本体的上述支撑突条的正上方,沿着该突条平行地架设有导轨,而在该导轨上则呈自由滑动状地支撑有一个在前端下面备设有切割器与突出于两侧瓷砖按压脚的瓷砖切断用杆,其特征在于:上述导轨的一端固定在一个被一体立设在上述基底本体的固定支柱上,而另一端则被固定在另外制作的支柱上,而将该支柱位于上述基底本体的支撑突条的水平延长线上,该支柱固定在一个被固定在基底本体而可更换的辅助突条体上。
如上所述,由于除了将导轨的另一端架设在与基底本体另外制作的支柱上外,也将该支柱位于基底本体的支撑突条的水平延长线上,固定在一个被固定在基底本体的可更换的辅助突条体上,因此在制作不同切断对象的瓷砖尺寸各不相同的瓷砖切割器时,则基底本体以及弹性板均可以分别用共同的金属模来制作,而对于尺寸不同的瓷砖切割器而言,可当作共同的零件使用,藉由改变导轨与辅助突条体的长度,除了可制作多种的瓷砖切割器外,即使是切割大尺寸瓷砖的瓷砖切割器或是小尺寸的瓷砖切割器,在重量方面的差距亦极小。
本发明的具体结构由以下实施例及其附图详细给出。
图1是本发明瓷砖切割器一实施例将部分省略的侧视平面图。
图2是图1所示的瓷砖切割器的正面图。
图3是将本发明的主要部分解表示的正面图。
图4是图3中辅助突条体一实施例的沿A-A剖线的放大剖面图。
图5是图3中辅助突条体另一实施例的沿A-A剖线的放大剖面图。
图6是本发明的瓷砖切割器其它实施例的概略分解底面仰视图。
请参阅图1、图2、图3所示,本发明的瓷砖切割器,其主要是由:在长边方向的大略中央位置处具有支撑突条2,而在其两侧则铺设橡胶制的弹性板3,且除了在支撑突条2的一端延长线上立设固定支柱8外,还在支撑突条2的另一端延长线上形成狭缝11而构成的铝合金制的基底本体1;在上述支撑突条2的正上方,沿着该支撑突条2平行地被架设的导轨4;呈可自由滑动状地被支撑在该导轨4上,且在其前端下面备设有切割器5与突出于两侧的瓷砖按压脚6的瓷砖切断用杆7;在基底本体1以外,另外制作的支柱9;以及在支撑突条2的水平延长线上、将该支柱9与上述基底本体1的狭缝11部分连结固定的断面呈倒T形(参照图4所示)的可更换的辅助突条体10等所构成。
如上所述构成的瓷砖切割器,于基底本体1的狭缝11,由自攻螺栓(tapping boit)将辅助突条体10水平地固定,成为支撑突条2的延伸。之后,则将在其自由端部另外制作的支柱9藉由自攻螺栓强固地加以固定成一体,其次藉导轨4来支撑瓷砖切断用杆7,而该导轨4的一端固定在固定支柱8上,而另一端则固定在支柱9上,以此为架设状态而被安装。
此时,在将不同尺寸的瓷砖切割器加以组配时,可将基底本体1与橡胶制的弹性板3以及瓷砖切断用杆7等主要零件当作共同通用零件使用,而在制作成各种长度的导轨4与辅助突条体10中选择所需要尺寸的规格,依上述的组配要领加以组配,即可构成不同尺寸的瓷砖切割器。
此外,在上述实施例中,虽然辅助突条体10是使用断面呈倒T形,但是其也可如图5所示那样,使用断面呈I形,即指将板材折成2折的形状。
又如图6所示,也可取代支撑突条2而组装入辅助突条体10。此时除了与上述实施例的狭缝11呈连续,而开设一条到固定支柱8附近的延长狭缝12外,还在延长狭缝12的背面两侧形成固定肋13,且此时使用断面呈倒T形的辅助突条体10,藉由自攻螺栓来固定辅助突条体10的水平缘而构成一体。
如上所述本发明的瓷砖切割器,导轨的一端固定在一个被一体立设在上述基底本体的固定支柱上,而另一端则固定在基底本体以外另外制作的支柱上,而将该支柱位于如上述基底本体的支撑突条的水平延长线上般地固定在一个被固定在基底本体上可更换的辅助突条体上,因此在制作切割对象为尺寸不同的瓷砖的瓷砖切割器时,可以分别以金属模将主要零件的基底本体、弹性板以及瓷砖切断用杆作为共同零件来制作,而仅藉改变导轨与辅助突条体的长度,即可制作适于各种尺寸使用的瓷砖切割器,因而可更便宜地提供该制品。
又,即使是各种尺寸的瓷砖切割器,由于使用同一个的基底本体、弹性板以及瓷砖切断用杆,因此不论是加工对象为瓷砖大的瓷砖切割器或是瓷砖小的瓷砖切割器,其彼此间的重量差距极小,除了操作方便外,还可提高切割作业性,提高效率和质量。
Claims (4)
1、一种瓷砖切割器,其主要是在于一长边方向的大略中央具有支撑突条(2),而在其两侧铺设弹性板(3)的基底本体(1)的上述支撑突条(2)的正上方,沿着该支撑突条(2)平行地架设导轨(4),在该导轨(4)上,呈自由滑动状地支撑有一个在前端下面备设有切割器(5)和突出于两侧的瓷砖按压脚(6)的瓷砖切断用杆(7),其特征在于:上述导轨(4)的一端固定在一个被一体直立设置在上述基底本体(1)上的固定支柱(8)上,而另一端则被固定在另外制作的支柱(9)上;而将该支柱(9)位于上述基底本体(1)的支撑突条(2)的水平延长线上,且固定在一个被固定在基底本体(1)而可更换的辅助突条体(10)上。
2、根据权利要求1所述的瓷砖切割器,其特征在于所述的辅助突条体(10)的长度方向直角断面是呈I形状。
3、根据权利要求1所述的瓷砖切割器,其特征在于所述的辅助突条体(10)的长度方向直角断面是呈倒T形状。
4、根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的瓷砖切割器,其特征在于所述的支撑突条(2)是藉由辅助突条体(10)的延设而被形成。
