Abstract
本发明涉及的是一种中成药外用八鲜(仙)汁、八鲜(仙)糊的配制方法。其特征是采用夏、秋季新鲜的天然野生草药，蒲公英，薄荷、艾叶、马齿苋、车前草含水车前子(车前草的绿穗)、凤仙透骨草、含水急性子(凤仙透骨草的绿果)为原料，通过清洗，绞轧，加压过滤，收取鲜汁按比例混合摇匀，静置沉淀配制而成。本发明经多年临床试验证明对治疗褥疮、过敏性皮炎、烧伤、烫伤、猫癣、痤疮、手足鲜、蜂蜇伤、蚊虫叮伤、外伤感染、急性日光性皮炎具有显著的疗效。
Description
本发明涉及的是一种“中成药外用八鲜汁、八鲜糊的配制方法”。“中成药外用八鲜汁(糊)的商品名为外用八仙汁(糊)”。
本发明根据中药清热解毒、托里生肌、利水燥湿、通经活络、祛风止痒的理论选用八种天然野生草药配制而成的中成药外用八仙汁(糊)，主要用于治疗褥疮、过敏性皮炎、烧伤、烫伤、猫癣、痤疮、手足癣、蜂蜇伤、蚊虫叮伤、外伤感染、急性日光性皮炎。
目前国内外治疗烧伤、烫伤、外伤感染、蜂蜇伤、褥疮、猫癣等皮肤病的药剂种类很多，如①治疗褥疮，国内外的普遍方法是抗炎、换药、且治愈时间长，病人痛苦，部分病人因合并败血症以致死亡，使用本发明不用植皮、不换药，既可祛腐生肌又能长皮。②治疗猫癣，国内常用的方法是口服灰黄霉素，外用灰黄霉软膏，治愈时间约二个月左右，使用本发明平均治愈期在8.3天。③治疗过敏性皮炎，目前国内多采用脱敏抗炎方法，如扑尔敏、维生素C、青梅素。代价高，负担重，使用本发明价格低，疗效快。④治疗蜂蜇伤，国内尚无特效方法，一般采用止痛，抗炎的方法，使用本发明一次既愈。⑤治疗外伤感染多采用西医无菌术换药，配合应用抗生素与植皮术，也有的采用药膏外敷治疗。所有的外用药膏多是复方，药味最多达70～80余种，少则几十种，药膏配制复杂，难以掌握。
本发明的目的在于采用八种天然野生草药为原料制取八仙汁(糊)的配制方法，使用本方法制造的八仙汁(糊)可对烧伤、烫伤、外伤感染和褥疮、猫癣等多种皮肤病起着祛腐生肌长皮、愈后无疤痕、消肿排脓、活血化瘀、消炎止痛、促进结痂、排除水分一药制多病的作用。
本发明的配制方法是：
将夏、秋季采取的新鲜蒲公英、薄荷、艾叶、马齿苋、车前草、含水车前子(车前草的绿穗)、风仙透骨草、含水急性子(风仙透骨草的绿果)，分别用20℃左右的清水洗净，待漓尽水珠后即可分别放入绞轧机中进行较轧，轧成糊状后取出放入过滤器中进行过滤，滤出鲜汁，然后将八种鲜汁分别按一定的比例放入容器中进行混合，摇匀再加入煤酚皂溶液防腐，静置沉淀后即可获得八鲜汁(糊)。(全部配制过程最好在室温30℃左右的情况下进行为宜)。
实施例：
每1000克薄公英可取鲜汁480ml。
每1000克薄荷可取鲜汁500ml。
每1000克车前草含水车前子可取鲜汁420ml。
每1000克马齿苋可取鲜汁250ml。
每1000克艾叶可取鲜汁300ml。
每1000克风仙透骨草含水急性子可取鲜汁460ml。
配制1000ml八仙汁(糊)，取蒲公英鲜汁200ml，马齿苋鲜汁200ml，艾叶鲜汁150ml，薄荷鲜汁150ml，车前草、含水车前子鲜汁150ml，风仙透骨草、含水急性子鲜汁150ml，薄荷鲜汁150ml，依次放入容器中进行混合，再加入3ml的煤酚皂溶液防腐，摇匀，静置沉淀七天后，容器上部的液体呈棕褐色，气味清香，即为八仙汁，底部的沉淀物呈墨绿色、气味清香，即为八仙糊。每配制1000ml鲜汁可得930ml八仙汁，70g八仙糊。
根据本发明配制成的八仙汁(糊)的使用方法：
褥疮：八仙汁沙布条外敷患处一日一次，开始一、二天可见脓血液体渗出，男性50天左右愈，女性30天左右愈。
猫癣：八仙汁涂患处一日二次，8天左右愈。
蜂蜇伤、蚊虫叮伤：八仙汁涂患处一次即愈。
过敏性皮炎：八仙汁沙布条外敷患处一日一次，15天左右愈。
痤疮：每晚用温水洗净患处后用八仙汁外涂患处一日一次，30天左右愈。
手足癣：八仙汁外涂患处一日一次，5天左右愈。
外伤感染：八仙糊外涂伤口周围一日一次，开始一、二天可见从伤口排脓排液，7天左右愈。
烧伤、烫伤：八仙糊外涂患处一日一次，15天左右愈。
由以上可知，根据本发明配制成的八仙汁(糊)的配制方法及产品有以下优点：
1、制作简单，只经过清洗、绞轧、过滤、沉淀即可制得。
2、本方法配制的药品使用方便，药品系汁(湖)状物，可随心所欲地施用到人体任何患处，不受患处部位大小的影响。
3、本方法配制的药品可一药治多病，贵在天然。
4、本方法配制的药品药源丰富、易取、成本低、治愈率高。
Claims (2)
1、一种中成药外用八鲜汁的配制方法，其特征在于它包括下列步骤：
采用八种夏秋季新鲜的天然野生草药，蒲公英、马齿苋、艾叶、薄荷、车前草、含水车前子、凤仙透骨草、含水急性子，用20℃左右清水洗净，漓尽水珠，绞轧加压过滤，滤出鲜汁，取蒲公英鲜汁200ml，马齿苋鲜汁200ml，艾叶鲜汁150ml，薄荷鲜汁150ml，车前草含水车前子鲜汁150ml，凤仙透骨草含水急性子鲜汁150ml依次放入容器摇匀，加入3ml煤酚皂溶液防腐静置7天沉淀，取容器上部液体。
2、一种中成药外用八鲜糊的配制方法，其特征在于它包括下列步骤：
