本发明公开了一种头发干洗喷剂的制作方法，涉及日用化工技术领域。这种头发干洗喷剂的制作方法如下：A、加热氢化蓖麻油至85-88℃，熔融；B、加入香精、三乙醇胺型酯基季铵盐TEAQ、水溶性羊毛脂、维生素B5，熔融，搅拌均匀；C、再加入活性炭搅拌均匀；D、停止加热，晾凉；E、研磨至50～100目，包装即得。本发明制作出的头发干洗喷剂可以解决洁净度不持久、头发打结严重的问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及日用化工技术领域，尤其是一种头发干洗喷剂的制作方法。
背景技术
免冲洗洗发产品的市场前景很广阔，但是市面上的免冲洗洗发产品较少，并且洗发效果不尽如人意：多数消费者反映洗得不干净、不清爽、油腻程度没有得到减轻；使用后头发打结现象严重；使用之后半天左右头发油腻程度比使用前更严重……所以迫切需要研发出洗发效果好的免冲洗洗发产品。
发明内容
本发明提供一种头发干洗喷剂的制作方法，它制作出的头发干洗喷剂可以解决洁净度不持久、头发打结严重的问题。
为了解决上述问题，本发明所采用的技术方案是：这种头发干洗喷剂的制作方法，包含以下步骤：
A、在反应釜中加入0.5～3重量份的氢化蓖麻油，加热至85-88℃至熔融状；
B、保持85-88℃的反应温度，向步骤A所得加入0.5～1重量份的香精、0.02～0.06重量份的三乙醇胺型酯基季铵盐TEAQ、1～2重量份的水溶性羊毛脂、0.1～0.5重量份的维生素B5，熔融，搅拌均匀；
C、继续保持85-88℃的反应温度，再向步骤B所得加入10～20重量份的活性炭搅拌均匀；
D、停止加热，晾凉至步骤C所得的混合物凝固；
E、将步骤D所得研磨至50～100目，包装即得。
由于采用了上述技术方案，本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果：
本发明制得的头发干洗喷剂可以解决洁净度不持久、头发打结严重的问题：1.活性炭粉末具有巨大的比表面积和总多微孔，吸附功能超级强大，吸附速度快速；氢化蓖麻油作为油包水型乳化剂，一方面能使植物活性炭粉末与头发充分、均匀的接触，对头发的清洁作用更彻底；另一方面无油腻感、洁净状态持久，解决了洁净度不持久的问题。2.三乙醇胺型酯基季铵盐TEAQ是一种新型阳离子表面活性剂，具有优异的柔软、抗静电性能，抗黄变，不含APEO、甲醛，易生物降解，绿色环保——可对头发起到柔软、抗静电、保湿和调理作用；水溶性羊毛脂、维生素B5可改善头发营养状况，使头发光亮，易梳理，解决了打结的问题。
具体实施方式
以下结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步详述：
实施例一：
这种头发干洗喷剂，包含以下重量份的原料：50～100目的活性炭粉末10份，氢化蓖麻油0.5份，玫瑰香精0.3份、三乙醇胺型酯基季铵盐TEAQ0.02份、水溶性羊毛脂1份，维生素B50.1份。
制作方法如下：
A、在反应釜中加入氢化蓖麻油，加热至85-88℃至熔融状；
B、保持85-88℃的反应温度，向步骤A所得加入玫瑰香精、三乙醇胺型酯基季铵盐TEAQ、水溶性羊毛脂、维生素B5，熔融，搅拌均匀；
C、继续保持85-88℃的反应温度，再向步骤B所得加入活性炭搅拌均匀；
D、停止加热，晾凉至步骤C所得的混合物凝固；
E、将步骤D所得研磨至50～100目，包装即得。
实施例二：
这种头发干洗喷剂，包含以下重量份的原料：50～100目的活性炭粉末20份，氢化蓖麻油3份，水果香精1份、三乙醇胺型酯基季铵盐TEAQ0.06份、水溶性羊毛脂2份，维生素B50.5份。
制作方法如下：
A、在反应釜中加入氢化蓖麻油，加热至85-88℃至熔融状；
B、保持85-88℃的反应温度，向步骤A所得加入水果香精、三乙醇胺型酯基季铵盐TEAQ、水溶性羊毛脂、维生素B5，熔融，搅拌均匀；
C、继续保持85-88℃的反应温度，再向步骤B所得加入活性炭搅拌均匀；
D、停止加热，晾凉至步骤C所得的混合物凝固；
E、将步骤D所得研磨至50～100目，包装即得。
使用时，将上述实施例的头发干洗喷剂喷在头发上，按摩2～5分钟使喷剂充分吸附头发及头皮的油脂、灰尘，用梳子把喷剂梳掉或者用毛巾擦拭干净即可。
以下为试验数据：
试用者80人，上述实施例的头发干洗喷剂试用者各40人，试用者以打分的形式评价上述实施例产品：最低分0份，最高分100分。所有试用者给出的分数如下：
可见，本发明制得的头发干洗喷剂对头发的洁净及柔顺效果较好。
Claims (1)
1.一种头发干洗喷剂的制作方法，其特征在于包含以下步骤：
A、在反应釜中加入0.5～3重量份的氢化蓖麻油，加热至85-88℃至熔融状；
B、保持85-88℃的反应温度，向步骤A所得加入0.5～1重量份的香精、0.02～0.06重量份的三乙醇胺型酯基季铵盐TEAQ、1～2重量份的水溶性羊毛脂、0.1～0.5重量份的维生素B5，熔融，搅拌均匀；
C、继续保持85-88℃的反应温度，再向步骤B所得加入10～20重量份的活性炭搅拌均匀；
D、停止加热，晾凉至步骤C所得的混合物凝固；
E、将步骤D所得研磨至50～100目，包装即得。
