Abstract
本发明涉及一种新型的、高效的包含下述混合物和植物保护剂的协同组合物,该混合物包含精油、金属离子、去污剂和有机酸。即,通过作为佐剂或添加剂施用,所述混合物可显著地提高植物保护产品中传统植物保护剂的效力和生物相容性。因此,上述新型的协同组合物可实现显著减少传统植物保护剂中的活性成分。
Description
背景
本发明涉及包含至少一种植物保护剂和用于提高所述植物保护剂的至少一种活性的混合物的植物保护组合物。具体而言,根据本发明,高效的协同混合物作为佐剂或添加剂使用,对于植物保护产品可显著提高传统植物保护剂的效力和生物相容性。因此,该协同混合物可实现显著减少传统植物保护产品中的活性成分。
现有技术
农业生产中的微生物污染导致严重的问题和商业损失。通常,世界范围内的农业生产长期遭受由植物致病病毒、细菌和真菌引起的感染的压力。因此,使用植物保护剂对于确保农产品的产量和质量以及减少经济损失是十分重要的。持续增长的人口将额外的压力施加在农产品的产量和质量以及新型植物保护剂的产生和合成上。主要的担忧仍是这些植物保护剂的生物相容性以及它们对人类健康和环境的影响。此外,现有的传统植物保护剂因为由病毒、细菌和真菌的适应产生的耐性表现,使得它们的效力降低或完全被阻断。
除了合成和产生全新的植物保护剂以外,提高既有的植物保护产品的效力也是合适的选择。
广谱性的、尤其是抗真菌的已被广泛接受的植物保护产品中使用的传统植物保护剂是例如霜霉威(propamocarb)、丙硫菌唑(prothioconazole)、克露(Curzate)、代森锰锌(mancozeb)、百菌清(chlorothalonil)、嘧菌酯(azoxystrobin)和王铜(copperoxychloride)。
上述列出的传统植物保护产品包括在世界范围内使用的抗植物致病真菌的主要植物保护产品之内。这些传统产品的大量和长期使用承受着环境风险和产生抗性相关的风险。因此,寻找增加传统植物保护剂的效力和生物相容性的协同物质是主要的需求,也是尚未解决的现有农学问题。较高的效力可实质上减少每公顷的传统植物保护剂所必要的活性成分的量。
发明概述
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的缺陷和不足,提供一种明显地增加传统植物保护剂的效力和生物相容性的混合物,并开发降低了植物保护剂的量的植物保护组合物。
上述目的通过植物保护组合物来实现,该植物保护组合物包含至少一种植物保护剂和用于提高所述植物保护剂的至少一种活性的混合物,其中,所述混合物包含:
a)至少一种精油;
b)至少一种有机酸;
c)至少一种金属离子;和
d)至少一种去污剂。
惊奇地发现,包含传统的植物保护剂和含有精油、有机酸、去污剂和金属离子的混合物的植物保护组合物与单独这些物质或者它们的不完全混合物相比,表现出明显较高的抗微生物活性。因此,含有精油、有机酸、去污剂和金属离子的混合物,如EP2481288Al中所描述的那些,令人惊讶地提高传统植物保护剂的活性、即效力。此外,由于所述混合物是高生物相容的且组合物中的植物保护剂的量能够显著降低,所以本发明的植物保护组合物的生物相容性也提高。因此,本发明的一个方面是混合物的用途,该混合物包含至少一种精油、至少一种有机酸、至少一种金属离子和至少一种去污剂,以用于提高至少一种植物保护剂的至少一种活性。
将传统的植物保护剂与这样的混合物结合,可使制剂具有比传统植物保护剂较低的活性成分浓度,但仍能与传统制剂中较高的活性成分浓度同样有效,从而以这种方式提高通常的抗微生物活性。较低的活性成分浓度还具有许多其他的积极效果,例如在生物相容性、毒性、技术应用和商品化方面。
因此,本发明涉及新型的协同制剂以产生包含用于处理各种植物致病微生物的传统保护剂的新型植物保护产品。
上述植物保护剂选自例如下组:霜霉威、丙硫菌唑、克露、代森锰锌、百菌清、嘧菌酯和王铜。
有利的是,本发明的植物保护组合物中含有的植物保护剂的浓度与传统产品中的浓度相比低约50%~80%即足够。根据具体的传统植物保护产品,优选的活性成分的较低浓度相对于制剂的总重量在0.001%~0.1%(重量)的范围内,特别优选0.05%~0.01%。相应地,本发明的协同组合物中的植物保护剂的较低的量对于实现显著的抗微生物效果而言也是足够的。
在一个示例性实施方式中,精油以相对于组合物的总重量为0.005%~0.5%(重量)、特别是0.01%~0.05%(重量)的浓度而含有。
本发明一般涉及具有可能选自下述例示的植物品种(但不限于此)的精油的制剂:茶树(Melaleucaalternifolia)油、薰衣草(Lavandulaangustifolia)油、松树(Pinussilvestris)油、麦卢卡树(Leptospermumscoparium)油、卡奴卡(kanuca)(Kunzeaericoides)油、桉树(Eucalyptusglobulus)油、香柠檬(Citrusbergamia)油、丁香(Eugeniacaryaphylata)油、柠檬(Citruslimoneum)油、柠檬草(Cymbpogoncitratus)油、迷迭香(Rosmarinusofficialis)油、天竺葵(Pelargoniumgraveoleus)油、印度楝树(Azadirachtaindica)油、薄荷油或任何其他包含薄荷醇和/或薄荷烯的组合物,或者它们的任何混合物。
上述金属离子可选自例如元素周期表的第四主族或第I、II、VIII副族。
上述金属离子可以相对于组合物的总重量为0.0005%~0.05%(重量)、特别是0.005%~0.01%(重量)的浓度而含有。
发明相关的可采用的金属离子可以是例如元素周期表的第四主族或第I、II、VIII副族中的金属的二价和/或三价离子,例如选自第VIII副族、尤其是铁、钴、镍、铜或锌的一种或多种化合物。它们可以结合了它们的有机和/或无机的酸和碱的盐使用。
上述去污剂可以相对于组合物的总重量为0.005%~0.05%(重量)、特别是0.01%~0.05%(重量)的浓度而含有。
如果植物保护剂和去污剂以约3:1的摩尔比含有,则本发明的植物保护剂的效力和生物相容性能最为显著地提高。
上述去污剂可以是选自下组的至少一种化合物:阴离子型表面活性剂、两性表面活性剂、阳离子型表面活性剂及它们的合适的混合物。
上述创造性地使用的去污剂(即、表面活性物质)可以是阴离子型表面活性剂、两性表面活性剂、阳离子型表面活性剂、或它们的合适的混合物。尤其可以使用烷基醚硫酸盐、烷基和/或芳基磺酸盐、烷基硫酸盐、两性表面活性剂、甜菜碱、烷基酰氨基烷基胺、烷基取代的氨基酸、烷基取代的亚氨基酸、酰化氨基酸、和两性表面活性剂的组合。原则上,所有的起到积极协同作用的表面活性剂都是合适的。
在一个示例性实施方式中,有机酸以相对于组合物的总体积为0.005%~0.5%(重量)、特别是0.01%~0.05%(重量)的浓度而含有。
可用于制备本发明的植物保护组合物的有机酸可以是它们自然状态下的固体或液体,且可以是易溶的、或溶解于或混溶于水或水性溶剂中。示例性的酸包括有机酸,尤其是羧酸,例如柠檬酸、戊酸、衣康酸、乙酸、柠康酸、乳酸、苹果酸、琥珀酸、醛糖二酸、丙二酸、丙酸、丙二酸、马来酸、水杨酸、戊二酸、酒石酸、苯甲酸等。
例如,根据本发明,具有有效的抗微生物作用的包含传统的植物保护剂、精油、金属离子、去污剂(表面活性物质)和有机酸的本发明的植物保护组合物可包含:
植物保护剂:0.05%-0.01%、
去污剂:0.05%-0.01%、
有机酸:0.05%-0.01%、
精油:0.05%-0.01%、
二价或三价金属离子:0.01%-0.005%。
为了进一步提高本发明的植物保护组合物的活性,传统植物保护剂和去污剂的摩尔比可调整为约3:1。
特别是,为了使组合物适合于特殊应用,本发明的植物保护组合物可进一步包含例如添加剂、佐剂、粘合剂或润湿剂和/或缓冲物质。
因此,上述发明所涉及的制剂可包含另外的常见的传统佐剂和添加剂等,例如合适的粘合剂和润湿剂、或用于限定特定pH值的缓冲物质。
如果需要,本发明的制剂的pH值可通过添加合适的酸或缓冲体系调整为2~5之间的pH。
本发明的即用型植物保护产品组合物可用于农业植物保护的所有方面。
本发明的植物保护组合物可以例如100倍~10000倍浓缩的形式提供。例如,100倍~10000倍的浓缩制剂可被用于生产和装运。
通常,通过将本发明的组合物喷洒在植物上来实现植物保护。但是,施用方法可以改变并且可以根据不同的任务进行调整。
根据本发明的一个方面,植物表面的处理方法包括如下步骤:将组合物施用在表面;其中,所述组合物包含至少一种植物保护剂、至少一种精油、至少一种去污剂、至少一种金属离子和至少一种有机酸。
上述目的也可以通过使用协同组合物来实现,该协同组合物包含至少一种精油、至少一种有机酸、至少一种金属离子和至少一种去污剂,以用于提高至少一种植物保护剂的至少一种活性。根据本发明,提供如本文所述的组合物或混合物,该组合物或混合物显著提高至少一种植物保护剂的至少一种活性,从而能够显著提高包含所述植物保护剂和所述混合物的植物保护剂的效力和生物相容性。
根据本发明的一个方面,提供一种植物保护组合物的制造方法,其为将混合物添加到至少一种植物保护剂中,所述混合物包含至少一种精油、至少一种去污剂、至少一种金属离子和至少一种有机酸。
在上述的用途或方法的一个实施方式中,上述植物保护剂可选自例如下组:霜霉威、丙硫菌唑、克露、代森锰锌、百菌清、嘧菌酯和王铜。

示例性优选实施方式的描述
使用来自近平滑假丝酵母(DSM70125)的认证测试菌株和来自黑曲霉(DSM1957)的孢子来设计特定的体外测试体系,用于明确抗微生物活性和协同效果。在所有的实验中,将所列出的微生物的新鲜生长的培养物调整为200μl体积的测试溶液中的细胞数为约105。测试溶液通常为:a)无菌水(H2O)作为阴性对照,b)单独的传统植物保护剂,c)精油、去污剂、金属离子和有机酸的特定混合物,d)本发明的植物保护组合物。
在室温下放置15分钟(近平滑假丝酵母)或60分钟(黑曲霉)后,将包含微生物和测试溶液的200μl样品稀释,并以0、10-1和10-2的稀释物各10μl等分在生长培养基中铺板。在30℃下经过2~5天的孵育期间后,通过数码照相对生长的集落进行测定和记录。
在含有无菌水(H2O)、传统的杀真菌剂(Fl-F7)或精油、金属离子、去污剂和有机酸(Ml-M7)的混合物的测试样品中,全部微生物都存活。用本发明的完全协同的植物保护组合物处理的样品确实表现出活细胞集落的实质减少,显示在这些条件下表现出较高的抗微生物效力。因此,证明了不同的物质单独不表现出特别的抗微生物效果,而且成分在本发明的范围以外的混合物也没有效果或者仅表现出有限的效果。
令人惊奇地,本发明的植物保护组合物表现出显著提高的抗微生物效力。
图1A+B示出表2中列出的混合物(Ml-M7)的对照针对A)近平滑假丝酵母(C.p.)和B)黑曲霉(A.n.)的抗微生物活性不足。从图1A+B可明确得知,具有特定组分和特定浓度的混合物M1~M7针对假丝酵母或曲霉不具有足够的抗微生物活性。
