Abstract

Description
本发明涉及运输和储存液体的容器,其具有一个可封闭的充装口和一个抽取及清洗口。
为节省原材料、降低运输和储存成本并遵守法律上的环保规定,有关企业被迫将有待运输和储存的液体充装在大容量的、市售的、可作为多用途容器使用的容器内,以取代目前所用的容积明显较小的桶。
本发明的目的是提供一种成本低廉的大容量的液体容器,其具有最大的运输安全性。
根据本发明,提供一种运输和储存液体的容器,具有一个可封闭的充装口和一个抽取与清洗口,以连接一个抽取件,其特征在于:容器具有一个由塑料吹塑成形的内胆和一个薄板外壳,内胆有排放底扳并放置在一个由金属薄板或塑料制成的平坦底盘上,该底盘是作为底座构置的,其中上述与内胆的排放底板相配合的底盘具有加强筋,各加强筋的基底处于一个共同的平面上;上述加强筋在底盘中构成向下开口或封闭的腔室;该平坦的底盘具有一条向下拉伸的外支承缘,该外支承缘构成一条空心支承架;该底盘固定在一个金属的、木质的或塑料的底框上;薄板外壳的下部设置一个环形的收缩部分,以便与底座的底盘共同支承内胆的底部。
本发明的多用途容器包括:一塑料内胆和一薄板外壳,其特征在于该容器具有一平的、容置内胆的底座形底盘,该底盘与内胆的排放底板相配合并且带有一个空腔底和一个环形的外空心支承架,这种支承架不但对振动而且对撞击和打击应力均有良好的缓冲性能和高度的刚性。本发明的特征还在于设有一个薄板外壳,该外壳与上述底盘共同支承着特别易受损坏的内胆底部;本发明的另一特点是具有良好的运输安全性和保险可靠性。由于该容器可以无残留地排空,特别适于食品工业使用。结实的薄板外壳可以允许容器的多个叠放。

如图1和2所示,可作单用途或多用途容器使用的液体运输和储存容器1包括:一个作为主要部件吹塑成形的内胆2,其由塑料如聚乙烯制成并具有矩形的形状和圆滑的棱角,该内胆具有一个可用螺旋盖4封闭的充装管3和一个连接在底部6的排放管5上的抽取栓7;一个由镀锌板制成的外壳8,其上为抽取栓7留有操作口9;以及一个由薄板制成的构成平底盘11的底座10,该底座的长宽尺寸为欧洲标准,其结构吻合地容置上述塑料内胆2。
内胆2的底部6构成一个排放底板12,该底板12从底部6的后边棱6a向其前边棱6b稍许倾斜布置。另外,底部6还从两个侧边棱6c、和6d向该底板12的中心倾斜。这样,内胆2的排放底板12上形成了一个平坦的、朝内胆的底部6的前边棱6b上的排放管5稍许倾斜的排放沟13。
底座10的底盘11与内胆2的排放底板12的倾斜度相吻合,该底盘由板材深拉制得并带有一个与内胆2的排放沟13相应的平坦中央槽14。该底盘11具有一个向下拉伸的外支承缘15,以及若干沿中央槽14方向延伸的加强筋16a和与中央槽14成横向延伸的加强筋16b。各加强筋的基底17处于一个共同的平面18-18上。借助于加强筋16a和16b及中央槽14,底盘11上形成了一些向下开口的腔室19。底盘11上的外支承缘15形成一条环形的空心支承架20。这种结构的底座10的底盘11不但对于运输工具的行驶振动和液态运输物品的波动振荡所产生的振动载荷,而且对于外部打击、碰撞载荷,均显示出良好的缓冲性能和高度的稳定性。这样,容器1全部满足了运输安全和保险规定中的高要求。
一条环形外缘带21从底盘11的外支承缘15弯曲而成,该外缘带21与一个固定在底盘11下方中央的加强条22构成了一个下框。
薄板外壳8的下部设置一环形的收缩部分23,以便与底座10的底盘11共同支承内胆2的底部6。
紧接上述收缩部分23,薄板外壳8还设有一条下支承缘24。该下支承缘24与底盘11的支承缘15铆接、焊接、或者沿支承缘15用铆式挤压连接25固定起来(图5)。
上述薄板外壳8的下支承缘24过渡成为一条向外的卷边26,该卷边26压在底盘11的支承缘15的环形外缘带21上。
采用薄板自攻螺钉27将底盘11与底座10之底框30的中间支脚28和棱角支脚29螺纹连接起来,该底框30是一个钢管框架结构。
容器1的薄板外壳8的上缘31被成型为支承缘,以支承叠放容器的底座10。
图1中的容器1被一个金属板制成的可取下的防护盖32封闭,该防护盖32上设有入口33以便露出内胆2的充装管3。防护盖32的成型缘34压在薄板外壳8的上缘31上,并用自攻薄板螺钉35固定在其上。该螺钉35穿过薄板外壳上缘31上的孔36,进入由防护盖边缘34向内成形的套管37中并拧紧。上述螺钉35上盖有一个塑料的或同样材料的防护帽38。稍呈拱形的防护盖32上设有一条环形的外排放槽39,该排放槽39上带有泄水孔40(图6)。
图2所示的容器1具有一个防护与加强框41。该框41与薄板外壳8的上缘31是螺纹连接(图7)。
薄板制外壳8上对接边缘8a、8b均制成复式折边结构,它们相互钩接并焊接(图9),或者采用铆钉式挤压连接成一体(图10)。
Claims (8)
1.运输和储存液体的容器,具有一个可封闭的充装口和一个抽取与清洗口,以连接一个抽取件,其特征在于:容器(1)具有一个由塑料吹塑成形的内胆(2)和一个薄板外壳(8),内胆(2)有排放底板(12)并放置在一个由金属薄板或塑料制成的平坦底盘(11)上,该底盘(11)是作为底座(10)构置的,其中上述与内胆(2)的排放底板(12)相配合的底盘(11)具有加强筋(16a、16b),各加强筋的基底(17)处于一个共同的平面(18-18)上;上述加强筋在底盘(11)中构成向下开口或封闭的腔室(19);该平坦的底盘(11)具有一条向下拉伸的外支承缘(15),该外支承缘(15)构成一条空心支承架(20);该底盘(11)固定在一个金属的、木质的或塑料的底框(30)上;薄板外壳(8)的下部设置一个环形的收缩部分(23),以便与底座(10)的底盘(11)共同支承内胆(2)的底部(6)。
2.如权利要求1所述的容器,其特征在于:薄板外壳(8)的上缘(31)被制成支承缘,以便支承叠放的容器(1)的底部(10)。
3.如权利要求1所述的容器,其特征在于:薄板外壳(8)上设有一条紧接上述收缩部分(23)的下支承缘(24),该下支承缘与底盘(11)的外支承缘(15)铆接和/或螺纹拧紧。
4.如权利要求2所述的容器,其特征在于:薄板外壳(8)上设有一条紧接上述收缩部分(23)的下支承缘(24),该下支承缘与底盘(11)和底座(10)的底框(30)铆接和/或螺纹拧紧。
5.如权利要求1至4中任一项所述的容器,其特征在于:有一个薄板制成的可取下的防护盖(32),该盖(32)带有一个通往内胆(2)的充装管(3)的入口(33),并且该盖(32)与薄板外壳(8)的上缘(31)铆接或螺纹拧紧。
6.如权利要求1至4中任一项所述的容器,其特征在于:有一个可取下的防护及加强框(41),该框与薄板外壳(8)的上缘(31)螺纹拧紧。
7.如权利要求1至4中任一项所述的容器,其特征在于:上述内胆(2)的排放底板(12)从底部(6)的后边棱(6a)向其前边棱(6b)稍许倾斜布置,该底板(12)上设有一个排放管(5),以连接一个抽取和清洗用栓(7)。
8.如权利要求7所述的容器,其特征在于:上述内胆(2)的排放底板(12)从底部(6)的两个侧边棱(6c、6d)向底板之中心倾斜,并构成一个平坦的中央排放沟(13)。
