本发明公开了一种管线接头,属水暖管件技术领域,该管线接头包括有外管套,所述外管套内套装有其两端分别从外管套内伸出的内管套,所述内管套的两端头分别套装有端套,所述端套一端与所述外管套螺纹相接,所述端套另一端和所述内管套两端的孔径均由内向其端头逐渐减小,所述内管套两端的壁体上分别开设有多个朝向内管套端头的槽。本发明可以解决现有管线安装较麻烦,以及一种管线的规格只能与相应规格的螺母相连接,功能较单一的问题。

本发明涉及水暖管件技术领域,尤其是一种用于两条管线相连的接头。
背景技术
管线接头是短管连接成管道的必要件,现有的管线接头采用的是具有内孔螺纹的螺母,连接时要预先在管线外壁开设与所述螺母内孔螺纹相配合的螺纹,然后使所述管线与所述螺母螺纹连接,所述管线与所述螺母之间设置有密封圈;这种连接方式存在着:安装较麻烦,以及一种管线的规格只能与相应规格的螺母相连接,功能较单一的问题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种管线接头,这种管线接头可以解决现有管线安装较麻烦,以及一种管线的规格只能与相应规格的螺母相连接,功能较单一的问题。
为了解决上述问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:这种管线接头,包括有外管套,所述外管套内套装有其两端分别从外管套内伸出的内管套,所述内管套的两端头分别套装有端套,所述端套一端与所述外管套螺纹相接,所述端套另一端和所述内管套两端的孔径均由内向其端头逐渐减小,所述内管套两端的壁体上分别开设有多个朝向内管套端头开口的槽。
上述技术方案中,更具体的技术方案还可以是:所述外管套与所述端套之间设置有密封圈;所述外管套两端的外壁均开设有外螺纹,所述端套的一端内壁分别开设有内螺纹,所述外管套两端分别和各自的端套螺纹连接。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果:
1、由于外管套内套装有内管套,内管套两端的壁体上分别开设有多个朝向内管套端头开口的槽,并且内管套的两端头分别套装有其一端与外管套螺纹相接的端套,内管套两端和相应于内管套两端的端套另一端他们的孔径均由内向其端头逐渐减小,因此,当将两个管线连接时,只需将两个管线分别插入内管套中,转动端套,端套逐渐减小的端头使开有槽的内管套端头收缩,即可将管线箍紧。其不用预先在管线外壁开设螺纹,安装方便,并且端套孔径由内向其端头逐渐减小,有可变动的余量,因此,可连接多规格的管线。
2、由于外管套与端套之间设置有密封圈,可避免液体使螺纹生锈,起到延长使用寿命的作用。

下面结合附图实施例对本发明作进一步详述:
图1、图2所示的管线接头,包括有外管套1,外管套1内套装有其两端分别从外管套1内伸出的内管套2,内管套2的两端头分别套装有端套3,外管套1两端的外壁均开设有外螺纹11,端套3的一端内壁分别开设有内螺纹,外管套1两端分别和各自的端套3螺纹连接,外管套1与端套3之间设置有密封圈;端套3另一端和内管套2两端的孔径均由内向其端头逐渐减小,内管套2两端的壁体上分别开设有多个朝向内管套2端头开口的槽。管线连接时,将两个管线分别插入内管套中,转动端套将管线箍紧。其不用预先在管线外壁开设螺纹,安装方便,并且端套孔径由内向其端头逐渐减小,有可变动的余量,因此,可连接多规格的管线。

1.一种管线接头,其特征在于:包括有外管套(1),所述外管套(1)内套装有其两端分别从所述外管套(1)内伸出的内管套(2),所述内管套(2)的两端头分别套装有端套(3),所述端套(3)一端与所述外管套(1)螺纹相接,所述端套(3)另一端和所述内管套(2)两端的孔径均由内向其端头逐渐减小,所述内管套(2)两端的壁体上分别开设有多个朝向内管套(2)端头开口的槽。
2.根据权利要求1所述的管线接头,其特征在于:所述外管套(1)与所述端套(3)之间设置有密封圈;所述外管套(1)两端的外壁均开设有外螺纹(11),所述端套(3)的一端内壁分别开设有内螺纹,所述外管套(1)两端分别和各自的端套(3)螺纹连接。
