Abstract
一种具有真实花材的丙烯酸树脂板制造方法,利用刀具切割具有弹性的布或纸,用胶液将真实花材与该布或纸黏合,形成上层黏附真实花材的复合材料;将复合材料夹置在强化玻璃模具内,再灌注丙烯酸树脂溶液,待其融合凝固后丙烯酸树脂溶液将复合材料封装在丙烯酸树脂溶液中间,制成丙烯酸树脂板;利用加热方式使其软化,并弯折定型制成具有预设造型的真实花材的丙烯酸树脂制品,其可进行二次弯折加工,更容易制成所需丙烯酸树脂容器或其他制品,且可突破生产限制,达到大量生产功效。
Description
本发明涉及一种作业成型领域塑料或塑性状态物质的成型或连接的制造方法,特别是涉及一种具有真实花材的丙烯酸树脂板制造方法。
当今社会已成为多元化走向,消费者对丙烯酸树脂(压克力)制品的色彩、形状均有特殊的要求,故产业界无不极力改进产品,以试图满足消费者多变的需求,因此则出现了具有复合材料的丙烯酸树脂制品问世。
现有传统的丙烯酸树脂板相关制品的制作,不外乎利用切割、黏合及弯折等技术手段来进行制作,其中,已知的弯折技术大致可以分为两种,其中一种弯折技术为高温弯折,即加热丙烯酸树脂板整体至其呈软化状态,再进行弯折加工,另一种弯折技术为低温弯折,即仅加热丙烯酸树脂板欲施以加工部分至适当温度,再予以施力加工弯折,以用于表现设计者所需设计出的型态。
然而具有复合材料的丙烯酸树脂制品当中的复合材料,其在丙烯酸树脂溶液凝固时必将产生热变化,进而产生该复合材料的脆化现象,故不论采用何种方式进行弯折,该产品在其弯折的地方皆会存在有复合材料产生折裂的情形。因此,现今产业界都采用利用切割后再黏合制成成品的制造方式;然而此种加工方式其加工过程复杂费时,且效果不佳,其制成品整体外观无法呈现出流畅优美的形态。由此可见,上述现有传统的复合材料及丙烯酸树脂板的制造方法仍存在有诸多的缺陷,而丞待加以改进。
有鉴于上述现有传统的复合材料及丙烯酸树脂板的制造方法存在的弊端,本设计人基于丰富的实务经验及专业知识,经过不断的研究,并经反复试作样品及改进后,终于创设出本发明。
本发明的主要目的在于,克服现有技术的缺陷,而提供一种新式具有真实花材的丙烯酸树脂板制造方法,使其可以突破该种相关产品难以进行弯折二次加工的缺点,而可进行二次弯折加工,利用具有弹性的布或纸与真实花材取代复合材料,并借由两者在丙烯酸树脂溶液凝结后仍具有延展性的特性,以使该种丙烯酸树脂板更容易加工制成所需丙烯酸树脂容器或其他制品,且可突破生产上的限制,达到大量生产的功效。
本发明的目的是由以下技术方案实现的。依据本发明提出的一种具有真实花材的丙烯酸树脂板制造方法,其特征在于:首先利用刀具先行切割一适量的具有弹性的布或纸,其大小约为所欲加工成型的丙烯酸树脂板大小,将其置设在一平台上,其后利用胶液,将真实花材以手工方式与具有弹性的布或纸相黏合,利用黏料将真实花材黏附于具有弹性的布或纸上,如此,即可形成一上层黏附有真实花材的复合材料;而后将附有真实花材的复合材料夹置在一强化玻璃模具内,再灌注丙烯酸树脂溶液于该强化玻璃模具之内,封闭该强化玻璃模具的空间后,并使丙烯酸树脂溶液凝固,待其融合凝固后,丙烯酸树脂溶液将会把复合材料封装在丙烯酸树脂溶液的中间,而得到一具有真实花材的丙烯酸树脂板;将以上具有真实花材的丙烯酸树脂板板体利用加热器材以加热方式予以加热,使其软化,并施加以弯折定型加工,即制成一具有预设造型的真实花材的丙烯酸树脂制品;其突破该种相关产品以往难以进行弯折二次加工的缺点而可进行二次弯折加工,进行弯折加工时可随弯折角度产生位移改变,并不会因此发生断裂。
本发明的目的还可以通过以下技术措施来进一步实现。
前述的具有真实花材的丙烯酸树脂板制造方法,其中所述的具有弹性的布或纸其为一种具有弹性及塑性的材质,可在丙烯酸树脂溶液凝结后仍具有延展性的材质。
本发明与现有技术相比具有明显的优点和积极效果。由以上技术方案可知,本发明具有真实花材的丙烯酸树脂板制造方法,本发明具有真实花材的丙烯酸树脂板制造方法是利用具有弹性的布或纸及真实花材作为基材,两者借由胶液相黏合,形成一复合材料,该复合材料在丙烯酸树脂溶液凝结时仍可保持弹性及延展性,而在进行弯折加工时可随弯折角度而产生位移改变,并不会因此而发生断裂;另,本发明利用具有弹性的布或纸的高渗透性及胶液可溶在丙烯酸树脂溶液的特性,使复合在具有弹性的布或纸上的真实花材在丙烯酸树脂溶液凝固时可呈现出完整的花形,因此,本发明具有真实花材的丙烯酸树脂板制造方法制成的产品将如传统产品一般,可呈现出具有完整花材的质感;其次,由于具有弹性的布或纸已经成为工业标准化的制品,其可轻易地大量取得,因此,使得该丙烯酸树脂板可大量的进行生产,进而可降低成本。
综上所述,本发明具有真实花材的丙烯酸树脂板制造方法,其可以突破该种相关产品难以进行弯折二次加工的缺点,而可进行二次弯折加工,利用具有弹性的布或纸与真实花材取代复合材料,并借由两者在丙烯酸树脂溶液凝结后仍具有延展性的特性,以使该种丙烯酸树脂板更容易加工制成所需丙烯酸树脂容器或其他制品,且可突破生产上的限制,达到大量生产的功效,从而更加适于实用,其不论在加工方法上、结构或功能上皆有大幅改进,诚为一新颖、进步、实用的丙烯酸树脂板的制造方法。
本发明的具体制造方法及其结构由以下实施例及其附图详细给出。

图2是本发明具有真实花材的丙烯酸树脂板制造方法制成品流程的结构示意图。
以下结合附图及较佳实施例,对依据本发明提出的具有真实花材的丙烯酸树脂板制造方法其具体方法、制成品的结构、特征及其功效,详细说明如后。
请参阅图1、图2所示,本发明具有真实花材的丙烯酸树脂板制造方法,其特征为突破该种相关产品以往难以进行弯折二次加工的缺点,而可进行二次弯折加工,本发明具有真实花材的丙烯酸树脂板制造方法的制造流程如下:
制造流程开始时,即利用刀具20先行切割一适量的具有弹性的布或纸10,其大小约为所欲加工成型的丙烯酸树脂板大小,将其置设在一平台上,其后利用胶液30,将真实花材40以手工方式与该具有弹性的布或纸10相黏合,利用黏料将真实花材40黏附于具有弹性的布或纸10上,如此,即可形成一上层黏附有真实花材40的复合材料50。而后将附有真实花材40的复合材料50夹置在一强化玻璃模具60内,再灌注丙烯酸树脂溶液70于该强化玻璃模具60内,封闭该强化玻璃模具60的空间后,并使丙烯酸树脂溶液70凝固,待其融合凝固后,丙烯酸树脂溶液70将会把复合材料50封装在丙烯酸树脂溶液70的中间,而可得到一具有真实花材40的丙烯酸树脂板80。
其后,可对所制得的具有真实花材40的丙烯酸树脂板80进行弯折加工,弯折加工时,首先利用加热器材将具有真实花材40的丙烯酸树脂板80予以加热,使其呈现软化现象,再贴靠模具予以弯折,即可制成一具有真实花材40的丙烯酸树脂制品90。
本发明具有真实花材的丙烯酸树脂板制造方法是利用具有弹性的布或纸10及真实花材40作为基材,两者借由胶液30相黏合,形成一复合材料50,该复合材料50在丙烯酸树脂溶液70凝结时,仍可保持弹性及延展性,而在进行弯折加工时,可随弯折角度而产生位移改变,并不会因此而发生断裂。
另,本发明利用具有弹性的布或纸10的高渗透性及胶液30可溶在丙烯酸树脂溶液70的特性,使复合在具有弹性的布或纸10上的真实花材40在丙烯酸树脂溶液70凝固时可呈现出完整的花形,因此,本发明具有真实花材的丙烯酸树脂板制造方法制成的产品将如传统产品一般,可呈现出具有完整花材的质感。
其次,由于具有弹性的布或纸10已成为工业标准化的制品,将可轻易地大量取得,因此,使得丙烯酸树脂板80可大量的进行生产,进而可降低成本。
以上所述,仅是本发明的较佳实施例而已,并非对本发明作任何形式上的限制,凡是依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何简单修改、等同变化与修饰,均仍属于本发明技术方案的范围内。
Claims (2)
1、一种具有真实花材的丙烯酸树脂板制造方法,其特征在于:
首先利用刀具先行切割一适量的具有弹性的布或纸,其大小约为所欲加工成型的丙烯酸树脂板大小,将其置设在一平台上,其后利用胶液,将真实花材以手工方式与具有弹性的布或纸相黏合,利用黏料将真实花材黏附于具有弹性的布或纸上,如此,即可形成一上层黏附有真实花材的复合材料;
而后将附有真实花材的复合材料夹置在一强化玻璃模具内,再灌注丙烯酸树脂溶液于该强化玻璃模具内,封闭该强化玻璃模具的空间后,并使丙烯酸树脂溶液凝固,待其融合凝固后,丙烯酸树脂溶液将会把复合材料封装在丙烯酸树脂溶液的中间,而得到一具有真实花材的丙烯酸树脂板;
将以上具有真实花材的丙烯酸树脂板板体利用加热器材以加热方式予以加热,使其软化,并施加以弯折定型加工,即制成一具有预设造型的真实花材的丙烯酸树脂制品。
2、根据权利要求1所述的具有真实花材的丙烯酸树脂板制造方法,其特征在于所述的具有弹性的布或纸其为一种具有弹性及塑性的材质,可在丙烯酸树脂溶液凝结后仍具有延展性的材质。
