Abstract
本发明提供一种治疗急性痛风性关节炎的清热除湿中药，按重量份计其组分为：龙胆草10～20份，透骨草10～20份，怀牛膝5～15份，独活5～15份，海风藤5～15份，麦冬5～15份，甘草2～8份，苦参2～8份，黄柏2～8份，金荞麦2～8份，海桐皮2～8份，海风藤2～8份。本发明采用天然药材，来源广、成本低、无毒副作用，药材配方合理，使各味药材在疗效上产生良好的协同作用，共同达到以祛风除湿、清热解毒、散寒止痛、补脾益肾之功效。本发明具有见效快、治愈率高、不易复发等特点，适用于治疗急性痛风关节炎。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及中药技术领域，具体涉及一种治疗急性痛风性关节炎的清热除湿中药。
背景技术
急性痛风性关节炎是一种严重危害人类健康的常见病、多发病。它是嘌呤代谢紊乱及(或)尿酸排泄减少所引起的一组疾病。临床特点是高尿酸血症、反复发作的急性单一关节炎、尿酸钠盐形成痛风石沉积、痛风石等，并且随着生活水平的提高，其发病率有逐渐增加的趋势，而且该病并发症严重，病史长，治疗费用高。
目前，治疗急性痛风性关节炎，一般采用秋水仙碱、非甾体类抗炎药及糖皮质激素等，但存在以下缺陷：其一，应用秋水仙碱，虽然有较好的止痛作用，但该药毒性很大，例如恶心呕吐、腹痛腹泻、肝细胞损害、骨髓抑制、脱发、呼吸抑制等；其二，应用非甾体类抗炎药，如吲哚美辛，易引起胃肠不适、头痛、头晕、焦虑、皮疹及肾功能损害；其三，应用糖皮质激素，容易影响患者的血压、血糖、血脂及骨代谢，诱发或加重消化性溃疡。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足，本发明的目的是提供一种采用天然药材、配伍合理、疗效显著的治疗急性痛风性关节炎的清热除湿中药。
为了达到上述目的，本发明采取的技术方案是：
一种治疗急性痛风性关节炎的清热除湿中药，按重量份计其组分为：龙胆草10～20份，透骨草10～20份，怀牛膝5～15份，独活5～15份，海风藤5～15份，麦冬5～15份，甘草2～8份，苦参2～8份，黄柏2～8份，金荞麦2～8份，海桐皮2～8份，海风藤2～8份。
作为优选成分，按重量份计其组分为：龙胆草12～18份，透骨草12～18份，怀牛膝7～13份，独活7～13份，海风藤7～13份，麦冬7～13份，甘草3～7份，苦参3～7份，黄柏3～7份，金荞麦3～7份，海桐皮3～7份，海风藤3～7份。
作为优选成分，按重量份计其组分为：龙胆草14～16份，透骨草14～16份，怀牛膝9～11份，独活9～11份，海风藤9～11份，麦冬9～11份，甘草4～6份，苦参4～6份，黄柏4～6份，金荞麦4～6份，海桐皮4～6份，海风藤4～6份。
作为较佳成分，按重量份计其组分为：龙胆草15份，透骨草15份，怀牛膝10份，独活10份，海风藤10份，麦冬10份，甘草5份，苦参5份，黄柏5份，金荞麦5份，海桐皮5份，海风藤5份。
本药酒的制备与服用方法：按比例称取各药材，水煎服，每次服用15～20毫升，日服3次，10天为1个疗程，连续服用3个疗程。
本发明药物具有以下药理：
龙胆草，药性苦、性寒，具有清热燥湿、泻肝定惊之功效，主要用于湿热黄疸；小便淋痛；阴肿阴痒；湿热带下；肝胆实火之头胀头痛；目赤肿痛；耳聋耳肿；胁痛口苦；热病惊风抽搐等症状。
透骨草，药性辛、性温，具有祛风除湿、舒筋活血、散瘀消肿、解毒目痛之功效，主要用于风湿痹痛、筋骨挛缩、寒湿脚气、腰部扭伤、瘫痪、闭经、阴囊湿疹、疮疖肿毒等症状。
牛膝，药性苦、酸、性平，具有补肝肾、强筋骨、活血通经、引敌国(火)下行、利尿通淋之功效，主要用于腰膝酸痛、下肢痿软、血滞经闭、痛经、产后血瘀腹痛、徵瘕、胞衣不下、热淋、血淋、跌打损伤、痈肿恶疮；咽喉肿痛等症状。
独活，药性味苦、辛、性微湿，具有祛风胜湿、散寒止痛之功效，主要用于风寒湿痹、腰膝疼痛、头痛齿痛等症状。
海风藤，药性辛、苦、微温，具有祛风湿、通经络、理气、止痛之功效，主要用于风寒湿痹；肢节疼痛；筋脉拘挛；脘腹冷痛；水肿等症状。
麦冬，药性甘；微苦；寒，具有滋阴润肺；益胃生津；清心除烦之功效，主要用于肺燥干咳；肺痈；阴虚劳嗽；津伤口渴；消渴；心烦失眠；咽喉疼痛；肠燥便秘；血热吐衄等症状。
甘草，药性甘；平，具有益气补中；缓急止痛；润肺止咳；泻火解毒；调和诸药之功效，主要用于倦怠食少；肌瘦面黄；心悸气短；腹痛便溏；四肢挛急疼痛；脏躁；咳嗽气喘；咽喉肿痛；痈疮肿痛；小儿胎毒；及药物、食物中毒等症状。
苦参，药性味苦；性寒，具有清热燥湿；祛风杀虫之功效，主要用于湿热泻痢；肠风便血；黄疸；小便不利；水肿；带下；阴痒；疥癣；麻风；皮肤瘙痒；湿毒疮疡等症状。
黄柏，药性苦；寒，具有清热燥湿；泻火解毒之功效，主要用于湿热痢疾、泄泻、黄疸；梦遗、淋浊、带下；骨蒸劳热；以及口舌生疮；目赤肿痛；痈疽疮毒；皮肤湿疹等症状。
金荞麦，具有清热解毒、活血消痈、祛风除湿、疮毒、蛇虫咬伤之功效，主要用于肺痈、肺热咳喘、咽喉肿痛、痢疾、风湿痹证、跌打损伤、痈肿癌等症状。
海桐皮，药性苦、辛、平，具有祛风除湿、舒筋通络、杀虫止痒之功效，主要用于风湿痹痛、肢节拘挛、跌打损伤、疥癣、湿疹等症状。
海风藤，药性辛、苦、微温，具有祛风湿、通经络、理气、止痛之功效，主要用于风寒湿痹、肢节疼痛、筋脉拘挛、脘腹冷痛、水肿等症状。
与现有技术相比，本发明具有的效益：本发明采用天然药材，来源广、成本低、无毒副作用，药材配方合理，使各味药材在疗效上产生良好的协同作用，共同达到以祛风除湿、清热解毒、散寒止痛、补脾益肾之功效。本发明具有见效快、治愈率高、不易复发等特点，适用于治疗急性痛风关节炎。
下面结合临床实验数据说明本发明的有益效果：
患者资料：患者60例，其中男32例、女28例，年龄18～64岁，病程最短者1个月、最长者7年，随机分为：治疗组30例，服用本发明药酒，每次服用15～20毫升，日服3次，10天为1个疗程，至少服用3个疗程；对照组30例，给予已有药物如过丙磺舒片、别嘌呤醇等西药治疗，1天3次，7天1疗程，最少2疗程，最多10疗程。两组性别、年龄等资料无显著性差异，具有可比性。
疗效评定标准：诊断标准，全部病例参照国家中医药管理局发布的中华人民共和国中医药行业标准之中医病症诊断疗效标准确定诊断。
痊愈，关节疼痛症状消失；显效，关节疼痛症状明显减轻；无效，关节疼痛症状无明显改善或加重。
治疗统计结果如下表所示：

可见，本发明优选实施方式制得的药物能够安全有效治疗腰腿痛。
典型病例：
病例1：罗某，男，68岁，患痛风5年，常痛风急性反复发作，严重时疼痛难忍，无法行走，一直依靠口服胶囊抑制病情，却始终没能治愈，病情的反复极大影响了罗某的日常生活。后使用本发明药物，一个疗程后病症发作次数减少，继续使用四个疗程后基本治愈，至今无复发。
病例2：谭某，男，45岁，患急性痛风关节炎半年，常在夜间发病，发病时脚踝和膝盖剧痛难忍，睡眠受影响，精神状态大不如前，中西药结合止痛治疗，未治愈。开始使用本发明药物，一个疗程后症状明显好转，三个疗程后基本痊愈，至今无复发。
病例3：谢某，男，56岁，痛风急性反复发作6年，严重时，脚趾、脚踝、膝盖剧痛，无法行走，并伴有头痛且全身无力，大部分时间只能躺着，多方治疗无效。开始使用本发明药物，两个疗程后症状逐渐好转，四个疗程后基本痊愈，行走无障碍，至今无复发。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步地说明。
实施例1
首先，按重量份称取各组分为：龙胆草10份，透骨草10份，怀牛膝14份，独活14份，海风藤14份，麦冬14份，甘草7份，苦参7份，黄柏2份，金荞麦2份，海桐皮2份，海风藤2份。
服用方法：水煎服，每次服用15～20毫升，日服3次，10天为1个疗程，连续服用3个疗程。
实施例2
首先，按重量份称取各组分为：龙胆草12份，透骨草12份，怀牛膝12份，独活12份，海风藤13份，麦冬13份，甘草6份，苦参6份，黄柏3份，金荞麦3份，海桐皮3份，海风藤3份。
服用方法：同实施例1。
实施例3
首先，按重量份称取各组分为：龙胆草15份，透骨草15份，怀牛膝10份，独活10份，海风藤10份，麦冬10份，甘草5份，苦参5份，黄柏5份，金荞麦5份，海桐皮5份，海风藤5份。
服用方法：同实施例1。
实施例4
首先，按重量份称取各组分为：龙胆草17份，透骨草17份，怀牛膝8份，独活8份，海风藤9份，麦冬9份，甘草4份，苦参4份，黄柏6份，金荞麦6份，海桐皮6份，海风藤6份。
服用方法：同实施例1。
实施例5
首先，按重量份称取各组分为：龙胆草20份，透骨草20份，怀牛膝6份，独活6份，海风藤6份，麦冬6份，甘草2份，苦参2份，黄柏8份，金荞麦8份，海桐皮8份，海风藤8份。
服用方法：同实施例1。
应当指出，以上案例仅是本发明有代表性的例子。显然，本发明的技术方案并不限于上述实施例，还可以有许多变性。

1.一种治疗急性痛风性关节炎的清热除湿中药，其特征在于，按重量份计其组分为：龙胆草10～20份，透骨草10～20份，怀牛膝5～15份，独活5～15份，海风藤5～15份，麦冬5～15份，甘草2～8份，苦参2～8份，黄柏2～8份，金荞麦2～8份，海桐皮2～8份，海风藤2～8份。
