本发明涉及一种水性环氧煤沥青多功能乳液的制备方法,将润湿剂、乳化剂、消泡剂、除草剂和环氧树脂按照一定质量比加入到高速剪切机中,在一定温度条件下缓慢加入一定质量的煤沥青,进行高速剪切乳化并缓慢加入水,剪切一定时间后,在低速的条件下再次加入消泡剂,搅拌3~6分钟,所得的乳液即为水性环氧煤沥青多功能乳液。环氧煤沥青涂料具有优异的电绝缘性、抗水渗透性、抗微生物侵蚀、抗杂散电流、耐热、耐温差骤变等优良性能,涂层可在-4~150℃之间使用。主要用于埋地或水下的输油、输气、输水、热力管道的外壁防腐,也适用于各类钢结构、码头、船舶、水闸、煤气储罐、炼油化工厂设备防腐及污水池、楼顶防水层、地下室混凝土层的防渗漏。

背景技术
目前市场上环氧煤沥青漆分为溶剂型和乳液型,溶剂型涂料含有较多的有机溶剂,在生产和施工阶段排入大气,造成环境污染,同时危害人类健康。溶剂型和乳液型环氧煤沥青漆具有优良的防霉性、耐水性、耐渗、耐化学腐蚀、耐油性,但在防止植物根系破坏方面未达令人满意的效果。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种水性环氧煤沥青多功能乳液的制备方法。该方法将环氧树脂、煤沥青、除草剂乳化为水性乳液,不含任何溶剂,不会对环境造成危害,并且可以有效防止植物根系的破坏。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种水性环氧煤沥青多功能乳液的制备方法,其特征在于按照以下步骤进行:
1)、将润湿剂、乳化剂、消泡剂、除草剂和环氧树脂按照一定质量比加入到高速剪切机中,在40~75℃条件下缓慢加入一定质量的煤沥青,所得产品为产品A;
2)、在40~75℃条件下对产品A进行高速剪切乳化40~90min,并在高速剪切乳化过程中缓慢加入一定质量的水,得到产品B;
3)、在低速的条件下在产品B中加入消泡剂,搅拌3~6分钟,即得水性环氧煤沥青多功能乳液;
润湿剂、乳化剂、消泡剂、除草剂、环氧树脂和煤沥青质量比为0.1~0.6:0.5~3:0.1~0.6:0.5~3:15~30:20~40;产品A和水的质量比为30~50:50~70,产品B和步骤3)中使用的消泡剂的质量比为100:0.1~0.5。

步骤2)中高速剪切的转速为1000~5000转/分。
步骤3)中所述的低速是指转速29~45转/分。
本发明具有以下有益技术效果:
1、本发明为水性乳液,不含任何溶剂,不会对环境造成危害。
2、本发明由于添加了除草剂,可以杀死破坏涂层的草类植物,而不会对多年生的树木造成伤害。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实例进一步说明本发明。
实施例1
将壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚-4、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚-10、二苄基联苯酚聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚-9、聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇单月桂酸酯-80、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯季戊四醇醚、聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯甘油醚、氟乐灵、扑草净、甘油环氧树脂和丁烯环氧树脂按照一定质量比加入到高速剪切机中,在50℃条件下缓慢加入一定质量的煤沥青,为产品A,其中十二烷基硫酸钠、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚-10、二苄基联苯酚聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚-9、聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇单月桂酸酯-80、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯季戊四醇醚、聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯甘油醚、氟乐灵、扑草净、甘油环氧树脂、丁烯环氧树脂和煤沥青的质量比为0.05:0.1:0.2:0.4:0.3:0.05:0.1:0.3:0.3:9:8:20;对产品A在温度45℃,剪切转速1000转/分条件下进行高速剪切乳化80min,并在高速剪切乳化过程中缓慢加入一定质量的水,所得产品为产品B,其中产品A和水的质量比为37:63,在29转/分转速下加入聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯季戊四醇醚和聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯甘油醚,搅拌5分钟,其中产品B、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯季戊四醇醚和聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯甘油醚的质量比为100:0.05:0.1,即得水性环氧煤沥青多功能乳液。
实施例2
将壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚-10、二苄基联苯酚聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚-9、聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇单月桂酸酯-20、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚-7、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯季戊四醇醚、西玛津、果尔、二酚基丙烷(简称双酚A)环氧树脂和丁烯环氧树脂按照一定质量比加入到高速剪切机中,在50℃条件下缓慢加入一定质量的煤沥青,为产品A,其中壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚-10、二苄基联苯酚聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚-9、聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇单月桂酸酯-20、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚-7、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯季戊四醇醚、西玛津、果尔、二酚基丙烷(简称双酚A)环氧树脂、丁烯环氧树脂和煤沥青的质量比为0.1:0.5:0.5:0.6:0.6:0.1:0.2:0.3:10:15:20;对产品A在温度50℃,剪切转速2000转/分条件下进行高速剪切乳化70min,并在高速剪切乳化过程中缓慢加入一定质量的水,所得产品为产品B,其中产品A和水的质量比为47:53,在45转/分转速下加入聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯季戊四醇醚,搅拌3分钟,其中产品B和聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯季戊四醇醚的质量比为100:0.3,即得水性环氧煤沥青多功能乳液。
实施例3
将十二烷基硫酸钠、失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯-20、二苄基联苯酚聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚-3、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚-4、聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇单月桂酸酯-80、聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯甘油醚、聚二甲基硅氧烷、氟乐灵、扑草净、甘油环氧树脂和环戊二烯环氧树脂(由二环戊二烯环氧化制得)按照一定质量比加入到高速剪切机中,在55℃条件下缓慢加入一定质量的煤沥青,为产品A,其中十二烷基硫酸钠、失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯-20、二苄基联苯酚聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚-3、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚-4、聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇单月桂酸酯-80、聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯甘油醚、聚二甲基硅氧烷、氟乐灵、扑草净、甘油环氧树脂、环戊二烯环氧树脂(由二环戊二烯环氧化制得)和煤沥青的质量比为0.1:0.2:0.6:1:0.9:0.4:0.1:0.05:0.2:0.3:7:8:30;对产品A在温度55℃,剪切转速3000转/分条件下进行高速剪切乳化60min,并在高速剪切乳化过程中缓慢加入一定质量的水,所得产品为产品B,其中产品A和水的质量比为42:58,在35转/分转速下加入聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯甘油醚和聚二甲基硅氧烷,搅拌4分钟,其中产品B、聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯甘油醚和聚二甲基硅氧烷的质量比为100:0.1:0.1,即得水性环氧煤沥青多功能乳液。
实施例4
将壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚-7、二苄基联苯酚聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚-9、聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇单月桂酸酯-80、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯季戊四醇醚、聚二甲基硅氧烷、氟乐灵、扑草净、甘油环氧树脂和环戊二烯环氧树脂(由二环戊二烯环氧化制得)按照一定质量比加入到高速剪切机中,在60℃条件下缓慢加入一定质量的煤沥青,为产品A,其中壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚-7、二苄基联苯酚聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚-9、聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇单月桂酸酯-80、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯季戊四醇醚、聚二甲基硅氧烷、氟乐灵、扑草净、甘油环氧树脂、环戊二烯环氧树脂(由二环戊二烯环氧化制得)和煤沥青的质量比为0.3:0.7:0.4:1:0.3:0.1:0.2:0.3:10:12:40;对产品A在温度60℃,剪切转速4000转/分条件下进行高速剪切乳化50min,并在高速剪切乳化过程中缓慢加入一定质量的水,所得产品为产品B,其中产品A和水的质量比为35:65,在29转/分转速下加入聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯季戊四醇醚和聚二甲基硅氧烷,搅拌5分钟,其中产品B、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯季戊四醇醚和聚二甲基硅氧烷的质量比为100:0.05:0.2,即得水性环氧煤沥青多功能乳液。
下面结合实验数据进一步说明本发明有益效果:
针对普通水性环氧煤沥青乳液(除未加除草剂,其它制作方法与实施例2相同)和实施例2做效果比较。
1实验实施
将普通水性环氧煤沥青乳液(除未加除草剂,其它制作方法与实施例2相同)和实施例2涂抹于不锈钢板上,涂抹体积为4cm*4cm*4cm,用模板在中间扣一个2cm*2cm*2cm的小坑,共涂抹8个,其中将普通水性环氧煤沥青乳液(除未加除草剂,其它制作方法与实施例2相同)涂抹4个,实施例2涂抹4个,48小时后,做四组平行对照,每个小坑内分别放入2颗野麦种,填上土并浇10ml水,8个月后将土倒出,观察环氧煤沥青中小坑情况。
2实验结果
普通水性环氧煤沥青乳液(除未加除草剂,其它制作方法与实施例2相同)涂抹的小坑中,野麦成功生长,8个月后倒出土观察,4个小坑中均出现凹凸不平和制作时有明显差别,而实施例2涂抹的小坑中,野麦均死亡,8个月后倒出土观察,小坑无凹凸不平现象和制作时看不出差别。
3讨论
除草剂可能会随着时间的延长缓慢失效,有待做更长的时间去验证。
Claims (4)
1.一种水性环氧煤沥青多功能乳液的制备方法,其特征在于按照以下步骤进行:
1)、将润湿剂、乳化剂、消泡剂、除草剂和环氧树脂按照一定质量比加入到高速剪切机中,在40~75℃条件下缓慢加入一定质量的煤沥青,所得产品为产品A;
2)、在40~75℃条件下对产品A进行高速剪切乳化40~90min,并在高速剪切乳化过程中缓慢加入一定质量的水,得到产品B;
3)、在低速的条件下在产品B中加入消泡剂,搅拌3~6分钟,即得水性环氧煤沥青多功能乳液;
润湿剂、乳化剂、消泡剂、除草剂、环氧树脂和煤沥青质量比为0.1~0.6:0.5~3:0.1~0.6:0.5~3:15~30:20~40;产品A和水的质量比为30~50:50~70,产品B和步骤3)中使用的消泡剂的质量比为100:0.1~0.5。
2.如权利要求1所述的水性环氧煤沥青多功能乳液的制备方法,其特征在于:所述润湿剂是十二烷基苯磺酸钠、十二烷基硫酸钠、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚-3、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚-4、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚-7、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚-10、失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯-20、失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯-30、失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯-80、聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇单月桂酸酯-20、聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇单月桂酸酯-40、聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇单月桂酸酯-60、聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇单月桂酸酯-80、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚-3、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚-4、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚-5、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚-7、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚-9、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚-15、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚-20、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚-23和二甲基硅油的中的一种或任意比例的两种以上;
所述乳化剂是十二烷基苯磺酸钠、十二烷基硫酸钠、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚-3、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚-4、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚-7、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚-10、苄基二甲基酚聚氧乙烯醚、二苄基异丙苯基酚聚氧乙烯醚、二苄基联苯酚聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯醚、苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯醚、二苯乙基复酚聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚-8、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚-9、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚-10、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚-15、失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯-20、失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯-30、失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯-80、聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇单月桂酸酯-20、聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇单月桂酸酯-40、聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇单月桂酸酯-60、聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇单月桂酸酯-80、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚-3、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚-4、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚-5、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚-7、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚-9、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚-15、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚-20、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚-23和二甲基硅油中的一种或任意比例的两种以上;
所述消泡剂是聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯季戊四醇醚、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙醇胺醚、聚氧丙烯甘油醚、聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯甘油醚和聚二甲基硅氧烷中的一种或任意比例的两种以上;
所述除草剂是盖草能、氟乐灵、扑草净、西玛津和果尔中的一种或任意比例的两种以上;所述环氧树脂是二酚基丙烷环氧树脂、甘油环氧树脂、丁烯环氧树脂、环戊二烯环氧树

3.如权利要求1所述的水性环氧煤沥青多功能乳液的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤2)中高速剪切的转速为1000~5000转/分。
4.如权利要求1所述的水性环氧煤沥青多功能乳液的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤3)中所述的低速是指转速29~45转/分。
