本发明公开了一种涤粘混纺面料,由以下重量份数的原料组成:涤纶长纤维60-70份、涤纶短纤维10-15份、粘胶纤维12-15份、亚烯酸盐系纤维8-13份、改性聚丙烯腈纤维5-9份、竹炭纤维2-5份、醋酯纤维3-5份、大豆蛋白纤维0.5-2份、氧化石墨烯1-3份、ε-聚赖氨酸0.3-0.5份、纳米二氧化钛2-5份、羧甲基纤维素5-8份、阿拉伯树胶0.1-0.5份、十水四硼酸钠1-4份。本发明强度大,抗皱耐磨,不起球,吸湿性能好,免烫性好。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于纺织技术领域,具体涉及一种涤粘混纺面料。
背景技术
通常将各种纤维混合纺织获得性能更好的面料,涤粘混纺是一种互补性强的混纺,涤粘不仅有棉型、毛型,还有中长型。当涤纶不低于50%时,这种混纺织物能保持涤纶的坚牢、抗皱、尺寸稳定,可洗可穿性强的特点,这类混纺织物的特点是织物平整光洁、色彩鲜艳、毛型感强,手感弹性好,吸湿性好,但免烫性较差。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种涤粘混纺面料,强度大,抗皱耐磨,不起球,吸湿性能好,免烫性好。
本发明的技术方案是:一种涤粘混纺面料,由以下重量份数的原料组成:涤纶长纤维60-70份、涤纶短纤维10-15份、粘胶纤维12-15份、亚烯酸盐系纤维8-13份、改性聚丙烯腈纤维5-9份、竹炭纤维2-5份、醋酯纤维3-5份、大豆蛋白纤维0.5-2份、氧化石墨烯1-3份、ε-聚赖氨酸0.3-0.5份、纳米二氧化钛2-5份、羧甲基纤维素5-8份、阿拉伯树胶0.1-0.5份、十水四硼酸钠1-4份。
与现有技术相比,本发明优点在于:强度大,抗皱耐磨,吸湿性能好,免烫性好;粘胶纤维的混入,改善了织物的透气性,提高了抗熔孔性,降低了织物的起毛起球性和抗静电现象。

实施例1
一种涤粘混纺面料,由以下重量份数的原料组成:涤纶长纤维60份、涤纶短纤维10份、粘胶纤维12份、亚烯酸盐系纤维8份、改性聚丙烯腈纤维5份、竹炭纤维2份、醋酯纤维3份、大豆蛋白纤维0.5份、氧化石墨烯1份、ε-聚赖氨酸0.3份、纳米二氧化钛2份、羧甲基纤维素5份、阿拉伯树胶0.1份、十水四硼酸钠1份。
实施例2
一种涤粘混纺面料,由以下重量份数的原料组成:涤纶长纤维65份、涤纶短纤维12份、粘胶纤维14份、亚烯酸盐系纤维10份、改性聚丙烯腈纤维7份、竹炭纤维3份、醋酯纤维4份、大豆蛋白纤维1份、氧化石墨烯2份、ε-聚赖氨酸0.4份、纳米二氧化钛3份、羧甲基纤维素7份、阿拉伯树胶0.3份、十水四硼酸钠2份。
实施例3
一种涤粘混纺面料,由以下重量份数的原料组成:涤纶长纤维70份、涤纶短纤维15份、粘胶纤维15份、亚烯酸盐系纤维13份、改性聚丙烯腈纤维9份、竹炭纤维5份、醋酯纤维5份、大豆蛋白纤维2份、氧化石墨烯3份、ε-聚赖氨酸0.5份、纳米二氧化钛5份、羧甲基纤维素8份、阿拉伯树胶0.5份、十水四硼酸钠4份。
