本发明公开了一种带防火层的橱柜用板材，从外到内依次由防火层、上加强层、芯层、下加强层和防潮层组成；防火层由如下质量份数的组分组成：50~60份聚丙烯、30~40份粘结剂、15~20份增塑剂、20~25份增韧剂、15~25阻燃剂、3~6份液态石蜡、2~3份三聚氰胺、20~30份高岭土、20~30份玻璃纤维、8~12份石灰石粉、6~8份膨胀珍珠岩、3~5份铝矾土、2~4份硫酸亚铁和2~4份氧化铁黄；芯层由如下质量份数的组分组成：60~80份植物纤维粉末、30~50份玻璃纤维、40~50份玉米秆、30~40份胶粘剂以及35~50份脲醛树脂；防潮层其中一面呈镂空状，每个镂空状凹槽内设有碳颗粒层。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种带防火层的橱柜用板材，属于橱柜家居制造领域。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的不断提高，人们对家居的选择，尤其是对家居产品材质的要求越来越高，既要求环保无污染性，也要求耐磨经用，还要求美观实用，因此各类家居板材正朝着不同维度的方向发展。由于橱柜是置于厨房内的家居产品，因此橱柜产品的板材除了需要满足上述要求外，还需要满足耐火防潮等需求。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种带防火层的橱柜用板材，该板材制得的橱柜不仅耐火，而且防潮。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明所采用的技术方案为：
一种带防火层的橱柜用板材，从外到内依次由防火层、上加强层、芯层、下加强层和防潮层组成；
其中，所述防火层由如下质量份数的组分组成：50～60份聚丙烯、30～40份粘结剂、15～20份增塑剂、20～25份增韧剂、15～25阻燃剂、3～6份液态石蜡、2～3份三聚氰胺、20～30份高岭土、20～30份玻璃纤维、8～12份石灰石粉、6～8份膨胀珍珠岩、3～5份铝矾土、2～4份硫酸亚铁和2～4份氧化铁黄；
所述芯层为木质纤维板，所述芯层由如下质量份数的组分组成：60～80份植物纤维粉末、30～50份玻璃纤维、40～50份玉米秆、30～40份胶粘剂以及35～50份脲醛树脂；
所述防潮层的一面固定黏贴在所述下加强层上，所述防潮层的另一面上设有多个镂空状凹槽，每个所述镂空状凹槽内设有碳颗粒层。
其中，所述防火层的厚度为2～3mm，所述上加强层的厚度为1～1.5mm，所述芯层的厚度为2～3mm，所述下加强层的厚度为1～1.5mm，所述防潮层的厚度为2mm。
其中，所述阻燃剂为氢氧化镁和氢氧化铝按质量比1∶1的混合。
其中，所述增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸二辛酯和邻苯二甲酸二丁酯按体积比1∶1的混合。
其中，所述增韧剂为乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物。
其中，所述碳颗粒层的厚度为1mm。
有益效果：相比于现有技术中橱柜用板材都是简单的纤维板，本发明带防火层的橱柜用板材带有多层结构，不仅外侧含有防火层，内侧还含有防潮层，且在芯层的上下两层设置了加强层，从而提高了板材的强度，本发明板材中的防火层具有良好的防火效果，进而有效提高了板材的阻燃性，防潮层能有效吸收橱柜内空气中的水蒸气，从而保持橱柜内干燥，防止放置在橱柜内的物品产生潮气。

具体实施方式
如图1～2所示，本发明带防火层的橱柜用板材，从外到内依次由防火层1、上加强层2、芯层3、下加强层4和防潮层5组成，防火层1、上加强层2、芯层3、下加强层4和防潮层5相邻两者之间通过防水性的粘合剂固定贴合，上加强层2和下加强层4为高密度板；其中，防火层1由如下质量份数的组分组成：50～60份聚丙烯、30～40份粘结剂、15～20份增塑剂、20～25份增韧剂、15～25阻燃剂、3～6份液态石蜡、2～3份三聚氰胺、20～30份高岭土、20～30份玻璃纤维、8～12份石灰石粉、6～8份膨胀珍珠岩、3～5份铝矾土、2～4份硫酸亚铁和2～4份氧化铁黄，阻燃剂为氢氧化镁和氢氧化铝按质量比1∶1的混合，增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸二辛酯和邻苯二甲酸二丁酯按体积比1∶1的混合，增韧剂为乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物；芯层3为木质纤维板，芯层3由如下质量份数的组分组成：60～80份植物纤维粉末、30～50份玻璃纤维、40～50份玉米秆、30～40份胶粘剂以及35～50份脲醛树脂；防潮层5的一面固定黏贴在下加强层4上，防潮层5的另一面上设有多个镂空状凹槽9，每个镂空状凹槽9内设有碳颗粒层6，碳颗粒层6的厚度为1mm。防火层1的厚度为2～3mm，上加强层2的厚度为1～1.5mm，芯层3的厚度为2～3mm，下加强层4的厚度为1～1.5mm，防潮层5的厚度为2mm。

本发明带防火层的橱柜用板材，从外到内依次包括防火层1、上加强层2、芯层3、下加强层4和防潮层5；其中，防火层1由如下质量份数的组分组成：55份聚丙烯、35份粘结剂、17份增塑剂、22份增韧剂、20阻燃剂、4份液态石蜡、2.5份三聚氰胺、25份高岭土、25份玻璃纤维、10份石灰石粉、7份膨胀珍珠岩、4份铝矾土、3份硫酸亚铁和3份氧化铁黄，阻燃剂为氢氧化镁和氢氧化铝按质量比1∶1的混合，增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸二辛酯和邻苯二甲酸二丁酯按体积比1∶1的混合，增韧剂为乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物；芯层3为木质纤维板，芯层3由如下质量份数的组分组成：70份植物纤维粉末、40份玻璃纤维、45份玉米秆、35份胶粘剂以及40份脲醛树脂；防潮层5一面固定黏贴在下加强层4上，防潮层5的另一面上设有多个镂空状凹槽9，每个镂空状凹槽9内设有碳颗粒层6，碳颗粒层6的厚度为1mm，防火层1的厚度为2.5mm，上加强层2的厚度为1mm，芯层3的厚度为2.5mm，下加强层4的厚度为1mm，防潮层5的厚度为2mm。
对实施例1、实施例2、实施例3的板材和市场上现有板材进行防火等级测试，防火等级测试标准为GB/T5464-1999，实验结果见表1：

由表1可知，相比于现有板材，本发明的板材具有更好的防火性能，不易燃烧。
对实施例1、实施例2、实施例3板材制得的橱柜和市场上现有板材组合成的橱柜进行防潮测试，春夏季节将相同的四袋花生米分别置于实施例1、实施例2、实施例3板材和市场上现有板材组合成的橱柜中，得到的结果如表2所示：

由表2可知，在空气湿度比较大的季节中，采用本发明板材得到的橱柜能够使放置在其中的物品保持更长时间的干燥度。

1.一种带防火层的橱柜用板材，其特征在于：从外到内依次由防火层、上加强层、芯层、下加强层和防潮层组成；
其中，所述防火层由如下质量份数的组分组成：50~60份聚丙烯、30~40份粘结剂、15~20份增塑剂、20~25份增韧剂、15~25阻燃剂、3~6份液态石蜡、2~3份三聚氰胺、20~30份高岭土、20~30份玻璃纤维、8~12份石灰石粉、6~8份膨胀珍珠岩、3~5份铝矾土、2~4份硫酸亚铁和2~4份氧化铁黄；
所述芯层为木质纤维板，所述芯层由如下质量份数的组分组成：60~80份植物纤维粉末、30~50份玻璃纤维、40~50份玉米秆、30~40份胶粘剂以及35~50份脲醛树脂；
所述防潮层的一面固定黏贴在所述下加强层上，所述防潮层的另一面上设有多个镂空状凹槽，每个所述镂空状凹槽内设有碳颗粒层。
