技术领域
本发明涉及照明技术领域,具体涉及一种用于LED照明设备光源板与驱动板之间电连接的连接器,以及使用该连接器的LED照明设备。
背景技术
传统技术中,LED照明设备的光源板与驱动板之间电连接通过导线实现,即将导线的两端分别手工焊接在光源板和驱动板上,从而为光源板上的LED光源供电。这种电连接方法耗时耗力,无法实现自动化组装,并且可靠性差,容易造成短路。
为改进光源板与驱动板的电连接方式,技术人员研发了各种直插式连接器,例如专利申请CN201210562730.1,CN201310527555.7中所揭示的两种连接器。直插式连接器在光源板上安装连接用插座,在驱动板上安装连接用插针,简化了传统手工焊接导线的工艺,使连接操作更加方便,可实现自动化组装加工。但是,现有直插式连接器还存在结构复杂、成本较高、可适性差等问题。例如,现有连接器使用了金属和塑料绝缘材料,造成设计和加工工艺复杂,对组装精度要求高,从而报废率较高,另外,爬电距离不可调,不能适应不同大小的LED照明设备,可适性较差。
发明内容
有鉴于上述问题,本发明的一个方面在于提供一种用于LED照明设备光源板与驱动板之间电连接的连接器,所述光源板有至少一个通孔允许所述驱动板的一部分穿过,驱动板穿过光源板的部分上有至少两个触点用于与连接器电连接,该连接器包括两个或两个以上导电端子,每个导电端子包括至少两个将导电端子固定在光源板上的安装部、一个连接所述至少两个安装部的支撑架和一个将导电端子与驱动板穿过光源板的部分上的触点电连接的弹臂。本发明的导电端子的形状、大小可以根据需要,如电流大小、爬电距离,进行调节,以适应各种LED照明设备。
对于本发明的连接器,弹臂与驱动板穿过光源板的部分上的触点弹性地接触,从而实现导电端子与驱动板的电连接。
对于本发明的连接器,至少一个弹臂是悬臂的形式,即包括一个固定端和一个自由端,其中,固定端与导电端子的其中一个安装部或支撑架相连接起固定作用,自由端向侧方延伸,用于与驱动板穿过光源板的部分上的触点相接触。具体地,作为悬臂的一种实施方式,悬臂的固定端与其中一个安装部相连接或相靠近,悬臂的自由端向光源板的通孔方向延伸,与驱动板穿过光源板的部分上的触点相接触;作为悬臂的另一种实施方式,悬臂的固定端与支撑架相连接并远离任一安装部,悬臂的自由端向光源板的通孔方向延伸,与驱动板穿过光源板的部分上的触点相接触。悬臂可以以各种形状存在,例如片状、棒状等,可以是直线的,也可以是弯曲形。另外,在不影响支撑架的连接功能前提下,悬臂可以由支撑架的一部分弯曲形成。
对于本发明的连接器,至少一个导电端子还包括第二个弹臂,该第二个弹臂与导电端子的安装部或支撑架其中之一相连接,并与驱动板穿过光源板的部分弹性地相接触,起到固定驱动板位置的作用。此时,第一个和第二个弹臂均与驱动板穿过光源板的部分相接触,使驱动板与光源板的连接在结构上更牢固。优选地,所述两个弹臂分别与驱动板穿过光源板部分的两侧相接触。更优选地,所述两个弹臂形状相同,关于驱动板对称。

图6和图7所示是本发明连接器的第三实施例,该连接器33用于连接LED照明设备光源板10与驱动板20,图6和图7分别是光源板10与驱动板20未连接状态的立体图和连接状态的主视图。连接器33包括两个导电端子331、332,以导电端子331为例,其包括两个安装部333、334,一个支撑架335和两个弹臂336、337,其中安装部333、334位于光源板通孔11的两侧,用于将导电端子331固定在光源板10上,支撑架335用于连接安装部333、334,弹臂336由支撑架335的一部分向光源板通孔11方向弯曲形成,具体地,以支撑架335上远离安装部334的一点为轴,将靠近安装部334的部分弯曲,弹臂337以类似弹臂336的方式形成,以支撑架335上远离安装部333的一点为轴,将靠近安装部333的部分朝通孔11方向弯曲。如图7所示,当驱动板20的突出部分21穿过光源板通孔11时,弹臂336与驱动板上的触点23相接触实现电连接,同时,弹臂337在驱动板突出部分21的另一侧相接触,两个弹臂336、337在驱动板两侧呈对称结构。在该实施例中,导电端子332具有与导电端子331同样的结构。与第一和第二实施例连接器31、32相比,连接器33的导电端子331、332均具有两个弹臂,可实现光源板10与驱动板20更稳固的连接。
图8所示是本发明连接器的第四实施例,该连接器34用于连接LED照明设备光源板10与驱动板20,图8是光源板10与驱动板20未连接状态的立体图。连接器34的结构与第一实施例连接器31类似,其包括两个导电端子341、342,不同之处在于,光源板10有两个通孔11、12,驱动板20有两个突出部分21、22,突出部分21、22上分别有一个触点23、24,将驱动板突出部分21、22分别穿过光源板通孔11、12,可使触点23、24分别与导电端子341、342的弹臂弹性地相接触,从而实现光源板10与驱动板20的电连接。
图9所示是本发明的LED照明设备一个实施例的立体分解图,该LED照明设备包括光源板10、驱动板20和安装在光源板10上的连接器30,其中光源板10上有多个LED光源40和一个通孔11,驱动板20有一个相对驱动板20整体宽度相对较窄的突出部分21,突出部分21上有两个触点23、24,连接器30具有与第一实施例连接器31同样的结构。将驱动板突出部分21穿过光源板通孔11,可使触点23、24分别与连接器30的两个导电端子的弹臂相接触,从而实现光源板10与驱动板20的电连接。
虽然结合特定的实施例对本发明进行了说明,但本领域的技术人员可以理解,对本发明可以作出许多修改和变形。因此,要认识到,权利要求书的意图在于涵盖在本发明真正构思和范围内的所有这些修改和变型。

Claims (13)

1.一种用于LED照明设备光源板与驱动板之间电连接的连接器,所述光源板有至少一个通孔允许所述驱动板的一部分穿过,驱动板穿过光源板的部分上有至少两个触点用于与连接器电连接,该连接器包括:
两个或两个以上导电端子,每个导电端子包括至少两个将导电端子固定在光源板上的安装部、一个连接所述至少两个安装部的支撑架和一个将导电端子与驱动板穿过光源板的部分上的触点电连接的弹臂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的连接器,所述弹臂与驱动板穿过光源板的部分上的触点弹性地相接触。
3.根据权利要求1所述的连接器,其中至少一个弹臂是悬臂,所述悬臂包括一个与导电端子的安装部或支撑架其中之一相连接的固定端和一个向侧方延伸的自由端。
4.根据权利要求3所述的连接器,所述悬臂的固定端与其中一个安装部相连接或相靠近,悬臂的自由端向光源板的通孔方向延伸,与驱动板穿过光源板的部分上的触点相接触。
5.根据权利要求3所述的连接器,所述悬臂的固定端与支撑架相连接并远离任一安装部,悬臂的自由端向光源板的通孔方向延伸,与驱动板穿过光源板的部分上的触点相接触。
6.根据权利要求1所述的连接器,至少一个导电端子还包括第二个弹臂,所述第二个弹臂与导电端子的安装部或支撑架其中之一相连接,并与驱动板穿过光源板的部分相接触。
7.根据权利要求1所述的连接器,至少一个导电端子是由导电金属一体加工成型制造。
8.一种LED照明设备,包括:
一个光源板,所述光源板上有至少一个LED光源和至少一个通孔;
一个驱动板,所述驱动板的一部分可穿过光源板的通孔,驱动板穿过光源板的部分上有至少两个触点;以及
一个安装在光源板上用于实现光源板与驱动板电连接的连接器,所述连接器包括两个或两个以上导电端子,每个导电端子包括至少一个将导电端子固定在光源板上的安装部和一个将导电端子与驱动板穿过光源板的部分上的触点电连接的弹臂。
9.根据权利要求8所述的LED照明设备,每个导电端子包括至少两个将导电端子固定在光源板上的安装部、一个连接所述至少两个安装部的支撑架和一个将导电端子与驱动板穿过光源板的部分上的触点电连接的弹臂。
10.根据权利要求8所述的LED照明设备,驱动板穿过光源板的部分是一个与驱动板整体宽度相比较窄的突出部分,该突出部分上有至少两个触点,光源板有一个使该驱动板突出部分穿过的通孔。
11.根据权利要求8所述的LED照明设备,驱动板穿过光源板的部分包括两个或两个以上突出部分,各突出部分上分别有一个触点,光源板有至少一个使该驱动板各突出部分穿过的通孔。
12.根据权利要求11所述的LED照明设备,光源板有与驱动板的突出部分相同数目的通孔,所述光源板的各通孔可使驱动板的各突出部分分别穿过。
13.根据权利要求8所述的LED照明设备,驱动板上的触点为驱动板表面的焊点或驱动板上的金属部分。
