Abstract
撬开式阀塞自动排气阀,包括壳体、浮球、连杆、阀座及阀座内的阀塞,阀座固定在壳体上,阀塞后端有一个弹簧向阀塞施加阀口的关闭力,连杆后端与浮球连接接,其特征在于阀塞后端固定一个短杆,阀座后端固定一个支架,连杆的前部铰接在支架上,连杆的前端头位于阀塞后端短杆的下方。本发明连杆由支架上的铰接轴定位,当浮球下移时连杆的前端头向阀塞的短杆施加一个向上的撬动力,从而使阀塞克服弹簧的压力从阀口上被撬开。本发明将连杆定位,连杆不会产生左右方向的运动,浮球向上方的过分动作也被连杆前端头限制,从而杜绝了连杆其他方向误动作的产生,保证了产品的质量。

技术领域
本发明涉及自动排气阀。
背景技术
为减小体积目前有一种阀塞掰开式结构的排气阀,连杆直接与阀塞后端连接,连杆的另一端与浮球连接,浮球上下移动时通过连杆将阀塞从阀口上掰开或关闭。这种结构连杆直径较细并需要给连杆留出足够的空间,以保证连杆能够将阀塞从阀口上掰开,但也同时带了一个问题,就是连杆活动范围大容易产生偏离工作状态的运动,常常会产生误动作,造成漏水事故。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种阀塞打开或关闭动作准确、不会产生误动作的自动排气阀,如附图所示,撬开式阀塞自动排气阀,包括壳体、浮球、连杆、阀座及阀座内的阀塞,阀座固定在壳体上,阀塞后端有一个弹簧向阀塞施加阀口的关闭力,连杆后端与浮球连接接,其特征在于阀塞后端固定一个短杆,阀座后端固定一个支架,连杆的前部铰接在支架上,连杆的前端头位于阀塞后端短杆的下方。本发明连杆由支架上的铰接轴定位,当浮球下移时连杆的前端头向阀塞的短杆施加一个向上的撬动力,从而使阀塞克服弹簧的压力从阀口上被撬开,阀门进入排气的工作状态。本发明将连杆定位,连杆不会产生左右方向的运动,浮球向上方的过分动作也被连杆前端头限制,从而杜绝了连杆其他方向误动作的产生,阀门不会漏水,保证了产品的质量。

具体实施方式
阀座1后端固定一个支架6,阀塞2后端短杆4位于支架6内,连杆8由塑料制成,连杆8的前部通过铰接轴7铰接在支架6上,连杆8后部与浮球10连接,连杆8的前端头5制成扁平状,前端头5位于阀塞1后端短杆4的下方。浮球10向下移动时连杆8前端5向短杆4施加一个向上的力,将阀塞2从阀口上撬开。

1.撬开式阀塞自动排气阀,包括壳体(9)、浮球(10)、连杆(8)、阀座(1)及阀座内的阀塞(2),阀座固定在壳体上,阀塞后端有一个弹簧(3)向阀塞施加阀口的关闭力,连杆后端与浮球连接,其特征在于阀塞后端固定一个短杆(4),阀座后端固定一个支架(6),连杆的前部铰接在支架上,连杆的前端头(5)位于阀塞后端短杆(4)的下方。
