Abstract
本发明提供一种背光模组,所述背光模组包括胶框、导光板、光学膜片、灯源及散热片;所述导光板包括入光面及与入光面相邻设置的出光面,所述灯源与导光板的入光面相对设置,所述光学膜片贴设于所述出光面上,所述灯源与所述导光板装于所述胶框内,所述灯源通过双面胶固定于胶框上,所述散热片贴于所述双面胶背向胶框的表面,并且所述灯源投影于所述散热片。本发明还公开了一种液晶面板及显示屏。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及液晶显示技术领域,特别涉及一种背光模组及显示屏。
背景技术
目前,液晶显示装置作为电子设备的显示部件已经广泛的应用于各种电子产品中,随着电子产品轻薄化的发展,电子设备的边框被设计得越来越窄。而背光模组则是液晶显示装置中的一个重要部件。如今的手机屏的分辨率越来越高,相应地背光亮度也要升高,于是背光的产热也随之增加。为防止热量积累对显示产生不良影响,需要在背光模组内增加散热结构。一般的做法是在背光的背后也就是反射片后贴一层散热膜,以此来吸收LED产生的热量降低温度。这样做的好处是工艺简单,缺陷则在于这样做会增加模组整体的厚度,同时由于反射片与LED间有空气间隙,散热的效率并不高。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种述背光模组,不增加模组整体厚度同时可以较好的散热。
本发明还提供一种显示面板及显示屏。
为了实现上述目的,本发明实施方式提供如下技术方案:
本发明涉及一种背光模组,所述背光模组包括胶框、导光板、光学膜片、灯源及散热片;所述导光板包括入光面及与入光面相邻设置的出光面,所述灯源与导光板的入光面相对设置,所述光学膜片贴设于所述出光面上,所述灯源与所述导光板装于所述胶框内,所述灯源通过双面胶固定于胶框上,所述散热片贴于所述双面胶背向胶框的表面,并且所述灯源投影于所述散热片。
其中,所述散热片还包括延长部,所述延长部由所述散热片位于胶框边缘的一端远离所述胶框延伸形成。
其中,所述背光模组还包括反射片,所述反射片设于所述导光板背向出光面的一侧。
其中,所述散热片包括两层散热层。
本发明还提及一种显示面板,所述显示面板包括显示本体及背光模组,所述背光模组包括胶框、导光板、光学膜片、灯源及散热片;所述导光板包括入光面及与入光面相邻设置的出光面,所述灯源与导光板的入光面相对设置,所述光学膜片贴设于所述出光面上,所述灯源与所述导光板装于所述胶框内,所述灯源通过双面胶固定于胶框上,所述散热片贴于所述双面胶背向胶框的表面,并且所述灯源正投影于所述散热片上,所述显示本体的显示面贴有下偏光层,所述显示面板贴于所述背光模组上,下偏光层与所述光学膜片贴合,并且所述散热片位于所述显示本体与所述双面胶之间与所述下偏光层位于同一层面。
其中,所述散热片还包括延长部,所述延长部由所述散热片位于胶框边缘的一端远离所述胶框延伸形成。
其中,所述散热片包括两层散热层。
本发明还提及一种显示屏,所述液晶显示屏包括壳体及显示面板,所述显示面板包括显示本体及背光模组,所述背光模组包括胶框、导光板、光学膜片、灯源及散热片;所述导光板包括入光面及与入光面相邻设置的出光面,所述灯源与导光板的入光面相对设置,所述光学膜片贴设于所述出光面上,所述灯源与所述导光板装于所述胶框内,所述灯源通过双面胶固定于胶框上,所述散热片贴于所述双面胶背向胶框的表面,并且所述灯源正投影于所述散热片上,所述显示本体的显示面贴有下偏光层,所述显示面板贴于所述背光模组上,下偏光层与所述光学膜片贴合,并且所述散热片位于所述显示本体与所述双面胶之间与所述下偏光层位于同一层面,所述显示面板装于所述壳体上。
其中,所述散热片还包括延长部,所述延长部由所述散热片位于胶框边缘的一端远离所述胶框延伸形成,所述壳体包括侧壁,所述延长部弯折并贴于所述侧壁内表面上。
本发明的液晶面板的背光模组的所述散热片直接设于所述灯源上方,没有阻隔物,可以直接对灯源进行散热,提高散热效率。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施方式中的附图,对本发明实施方式中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。
本发明的较佳实施例提供了背光模组及显示面板,主要用于显示屏中。所述显示面板为液晶式显示面板,并且设于所述背光模组上,且所述液晶面板与所述背光模组之间通过双面胶固定,所述背光模组用于供应显示屏充足的亮度与分布均匀的发光元件,使其能正常显示影像。
请参阅图1与图3,本实施例中所述背光模组包括胶框10、导光板11、光学膜片12、灯源13及散热片14。所述导光板11包括入光面111及与入光面111相邻设置的出光面112。所述灯源13与导光板11的入光面111相对设置;所述光学膜片12贴设于所述出光面112上。所述灯源13与所述导光板11装于所述胶框10内,所述灯源13通过双面胶15固定于胶框10上,所述散热片14贴于所述双面胶15背向胶框10的表面,并且所述灯源13正投影于所述散热片14。
本实施例中,所述胶框10为矩形框体并围成收容空间,所述灯源13与导光板11收容于所述收容空间内,所述背光模组还包括反射片16,所述偏光片16贴于所述胶框上并设于所述导光板背向出光面的一侧,作为背光模组的底板使用。所述灯源13包括基板131及LED灯132。所述基板131的背向所述LED的表面通过所述双面胶15固定于所述胶框10及导光板11上。所述散热片14由导热材料制成,其可以是单层结构也可以是双层结构,根据灯源13的热量而定。所述散热片14相对灯源位置贴于所述双面胶上,无需在反射片上额外设置胶体固定,相较于固定于反射片外侧,减小背光模组厚度,而且散热片直接设于所述灯源13上方,没有反射片阻隔,可以直接进行散热,提高散热效率。
参阅图2,所述散热片14还包括延长部141,所述延长部141由所述散热片14位于胶框边缘的一端远离所述胶框10延伸形成。所述延长部141可以随意弯折。
请参阅图3,本发明所述的显示面板包括显示本体20,本实施例中的显示本体包括阵列基板21、彩膜基板22及夹持于阵列基板与彩膜基板之间的液晶层。所述显示本体的显示面贴有下偏光层23及上偏光层24,即阵列基板21外表面上设有下偏光层。所述显示面板通过光学胶贴于所述背光模组上,下偏光层23与所述光学膜片12贴合,并且所述散热片14位于所述显示本体20与所述双面胶15之间与所述下偏光层23位于同一层面。所述散热片14的侧边可以与所述下偏光层23的侧边相连接,并且所述散热片14的厚度小于等于所述下偏光片23的厚度。本发明所述的显示面板的背光散热片14与偏光层位于同一层面,节省显示面板整体厚度。
本发明所述的显示屏包括壳体及所述显示面板,所述显示面板装于所述壳体上。所述壳体包括侧壁,所述延长部弯折并贴于所述侧壁内表面上。所述散热片14可以讲由灯源13传递的热量通过延长部141传递到壳体上进行散热,如此大大增强了背光模组的散热效果,进而保证了显示面板显示的可靠性。
以上所述是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (9)
1.一种背光模组,其特征在于,所述背光模组包括胶框、导光板、光学膜片、灯源及散热片;所述导光板包括入光面及与入光面相邻设置的出光面,所述灯源与导光板的入光面相对设置,所述光学膜片贴设于所述出光面上,所述灯源与所述导光板装于所述胶框内,所述灯源通过双面胶固定于胶框上,所述散热片贴于所述双面胶背向胶框的表面,并且所述灯源投影于所述散热片。
2.如权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述散热片还包括延长部,所述延长部由所述散热片位于胶框边缘的一端远离所述胶框延伸形成。
3.如权利要求2所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述背光模组还包括反射片,所述反射片设于所述导光板背向出光面的一侧。
4.如权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述散热片包括两层散热层。
5.一种显示面板,其特征在于,所述显示面板包括显示本体及背光模组,所述背光模组包括胶框、导光板、光学膜片、灯源及散热片;所述导光板包括入光面及与入光面相邻设置的出光面,所述灯源与导光板的入光面相对设置,所述光学膜片贴设于所述出光面上,所述灯源与所述导光板装于所述胶框内,所述灯源通过双面胶固定于胶框上,所述散热片贴于所述双面胶背向胶框的表面,并且所述灯源正投影于所述散热片上,所述显示本体的显示面贴有下偏光层,所述显示面板贴于所述背光模组上,所述下偏光层与所述光学膜片贴合,所述散热片位于所述显示本体与所述双面胶之间与所述下偏光层位于同一层面。
6.如权利要求5所述的显示面板,其特征在于,所述散热片还包括延长部,所述延长部由所述散热片位于胶框边缘的一端远离所述胶框延伸形成。
7.如权利要求5所述的显示面板,其特征在于,所述散热片包括两层散热层。
8.一种显示屏,其特征在于,所述液晶显示屏包括壳体及显示面板,所述显示面板包括显示本体及背光模组,所述背光模组包括胶框、导光板、光学膜片、灯源及散热片;所述导光板包括入光面及与入光面相邻设置的出光面,所述灯源与导光板的入光面相对设置,所述光学膜片贴设于所述出光面上,所述灯源与所述导光板装于所述胶框内,所述灯源通过双面胶固定于胶框上,所述散热片贴于所述双面胶背向胶框的表面,并且所述灯源正投影于所述散热片上,所述显示本体的显示面贴有下偏光层,所述显示面板贴于所述背光模组上,下偏光层与所述光学膜片贴合,所述散热片位于所述显示本体与所述双面胶之间与所述下偏光层位于同一层面,所述显示面板装于所述壳体上。
9.如权利要求8所述的显示屏,其特征在于,所述散热片还包括延长部,所述延长部由所述散热片位于胶框边缘的一端远离所述胶框延伸形成,所述壳体包括侧壁,所述延长部弯折并贴于所述侧壁内表面上。
