Abstract
本发明公开了一种采用UASB、UASS反应处理酿酒废水的系统,提供了一种运行成本较低且有效保护环境的酿酒废水处理系统。包括格栅池、收集池、水力筛、调节池、UASB反应器、UASS反应池、气水分离器、沼气柜、集泥井、污泥浓缩池、脱水间和连通管道组成。

技术领域
本发明涉及污水处理技术领域,尤其涉及酿酒废水的处理系统。
背景技术
在酿酒生产主要是生产白酒或酒精,在生产过程中,每1吨酒或酒精要排
放14-16m3酒糟液,糟液中含有大量的有机物,从废水水质可以看出,白酒或酒精生产后产生的酒糟废水中悬浮物浓度比较高,达到20000mg/L左右,有机物浓度也非常高,一般达到33000~35000mg/L,但可生化性较好。
由于白酒、酒精或啤酒生产废水中的有机物含量较高,具有较好的生化性,所以对于酿酒废水通常的都采用生化法进行处理,但由于白酒和酒精生产中的有机物特别高,所以必须进行预处理,经济上可行,就采用厌氧的方式使大量的有机物生成沼气,利用沼气进行发电供给酿酒过程中所需的能源。
发明内容
本发明公开了一种采用UASB、UASS反应处理的系统,其步骤如下:
(1)酿酒废水经管道进入格栅池,池内设格栅以去除较大的漂浮物和悬浮物,保证后续处理设备的正常运行。
(2)酿酒废水经格栅后自流到集水池以后,用提升泵将废水提升至水力筛后进入到调节池,调节池可以保证处理污水水质均匀、水量稳定。调节池中设置预曝气系统,但间歇瞬时供气,既可防止水质厌氧发臭和悬浮物不沉淀,又可以在不增加设备停留时间的情况下去除一部分污染物,减轻后续设备的进水负荷。在废水调节池内设液位变送器、COD在线仪、pH在线仪、氨氮在线仪及SS在线仪等在线仪表,并在提升泵出口设电磁流量计,对进入污水处理站的废水进行计量。根据在线pH计的pH值用计量泵将酸碱送入调节池,调节池pH值在6.5~7.5之间。
(3)污水用泵连续送入UASB反应器进行厌氧消化,降低有机物浓度。厌氧处理过程中产生的沼气收集到沼气柜。
废水均匀的引入反应器的底部,污水向上通过包含颗粒污泥或絮状污泥的污泥床。厌氧反应发生在废水和污泥颗粒接触的过程。在厌氧状态下产生的沼气(主要是甲烷和二氧化碳)引起了内部的循环,这对于颗粒污泥的形成和维持有利。在污泥层形成的一些气体附着在污泥颗粒上,附着和没有附着的气体向反应器顶部上升。上升到表面的污泥撞击三相反应器气体发射器的底部,引起附着气泡的污泥絮体脱气。气泡释放后污泥颗粒将沉淀到污泥床的表面,附着和没有附着的气体被收集到反应器顶部的三相分离器的集气室。置于集气室单元缝隙之下的挡板的作用为气体发射器和防止沼气气泡进入沉淀区,否则将引起沉淀区的絮动,会阻碍颗粒沉淀。包含一些剩余固体和污泥颗粒的液体经过分离器缝隙进入沉淀区。
(4)UASB反应器内污水流入CASS池中进行好氧处理后达标出水。
(5)来自UASB反应器、CASS反应池的剩余污泥先收集到集泥井,在由污泥提升泵提升到污泥浓缩池内被浓缩,浓缩后进入污泥脱水机房,进一步降低污泥的含水率,实现污泥的减量化。污泥脱水后形成泥饼,装车外运处置。

CASS工艺(循环式活性污泥法)是对SBR方法的改进。该工艺简单,占地面积小,投资较低;有机物去除率高,出水水质好,具有脱氮除磷的功能,运行可靠,不易发生污泥膨胀,运行费用省。使大量的有机物生成沼气,利用沼气进行发电供给酿酒过程中所需的能源。
Claims (1)
1.一种采用UASB、UASS反应处理酿酒废水的系统,其特征在于:其步骤如下:
(1)酿酒废水经管道进入格栅池,池内设格栅以去除较大的漂浮物和悬浮物,保证后续处理设备的正常运行。
(2)酿酒废水经格栅后自流到集水池以后,用提升泵将废水提升至水力筛后进入到调节池,调节池可以保证处理污水水质均匀、水量稳定。调节池中设置预曝气系统,但间歇瞬时供气,既可防止水质厌氧发臭和悬浮物不沉淀,又可以在不增加设备停留时间的情况下去除一部分污染物,减轻后续设备的进水负荷。
在废水调节池内设液位变送器、COD在线仪、pH在线仪、氨氮在线仪及SS在线仪等在线仪表,并在提升泵出口设电磁流量计,对进入污水处理站的废水进行计量。
根据在线pH计的pH值用计量泵将酸碱送入调节池,调节池pH值在6.5~7.5之间。
(3)污水用泵连续送入UASB反应器进行厌氧消化,降低有机物浓度。厌氧处理过程中产生的沼气收集到沼气柜。
(4)UASB反应器内污水流入CASS池中进行好氧处理后达标出水。
(5)来自UASB反应器、CASS反应池的剩余污泥先收集到集泥井,在由污泥提升泵提升到污泥浓缩池内被浓缩,浓缩后进入污泥脱水机房,进一步降低污泥的含水率,实现污泥的减量化。污泥脱水后形成泥饼,装车外运处置。
