技术领域
本发明涉及一种水基型具有广泛用途的醋硅丙聚合乳液(简称BEVA乳液)的制作方法,具体地说,涉及用于胶粘剂制造业、纺织印染工业、造纸业、建筑建材工业、涂料行业、制鞋行业等领域的功能乳液。
背景技术
BEVA乳液,因具有极端的抗水解性能、抗超低温贮存稳定性、超长时间贮存稳定性;无毒无异味、无环境污染,机械稳定性优良;并具有持久的柔韧性,粘合速度快、强度高、不燃烧、不霉变等优点而新生。
早期的VAE乳液主要成分为乙烯、醋酸乙烯,由于这些物严重的存在不抗水(遇水泛白溶化),不抗冻(零下5℃以上就破乳死胶),贮存期短(半年左右就沉淀,胶水分离)。由于上述乳液的几大关键性能满足不了国际国内市场使用者的高条件要求,一直束缚着乳液使用者的产品开发和前进步伐。
随着国际国内乳液用户对VAE乳液存在的问题要求得到改善的愿望越来越强烈时,我们开使了乳液的研制,我们已试产成功的BEVA乳液在抗水方面能长期浸泡于水中不会被水解(溶化);抗冻方面能在零下5℃以上保持完好的流动性,零下25℃冻结后能恢复如初;贮存方面可以长达5年保持完好,不会分离沉淀。因此,BEVA乳液逐渐成为VAE乳液的换代产品。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种水基型具有广泛用途的醋硅丙聚合乳液,它具有极端的抗水解性能、抗超低温贮存稳定性、超长时间贮存稳定性;无毒无异味、无环境污染,机械稳定性优良;并具有持久的柔韧性,粘合速度快、强度高、不燃烧、不霉变等优点。
本发明是这样实现的:一种水基型具有广泛用途的醋硅丙聚合乳液,其组成的重量份数比为:
所述含不饱和双键的有机硅单体为甲基乙烯基硅烷或乙烯基三硅烷其中的一种。
所述硅烷偶联剂为γ-2丙基三乙氧基硅烷、γ-(甲基丙烯酰氧基)丙基三甲基硅烷、乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷或乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷其中的一种。
所示阴离子乳化剂为NP-40。
所述非离子乳化剂为OP-10。
所述消泡剂为有机硅类消泡剂为广州君胜有机硅材料有限公司生产的HY-206。
所述引发剂为无机过氧化物引发剂,本发明优选质量分数为1-5%的过硫酸铵或1-5%过硫酸钾的水溶液。
所述防腐剂为卡松,本发明中可根据需要选择性加入,主要作用是优化有效使用期限。
本发明一种水基型具有广泛用途的醋硅丙聚合乳液(简称BEVA乳液)的制作方法如下:
(1)在反应器内加入去离子水400-500份,聚乙烯醇5-30份,搅拌升温,待聚乙烯醇完全溶解后,降温至75-85℃;
(2)将反应单体醋酸乙烯酯100-200份、含不饱和双键的有机硅单体20-50份、丙烯酸丁酯200-300份加入滴加罐内混合均匀;
(3)在反应器内依次加入硅烷偶联剂2-8份,阴离子乳化剂10-15份、非离子乳化剂3-10份,消泡剂1-3份;
(4)搅拌条件下滴加混合单体,同时滴加单体总重量的0.5-1.3%的引发剂过硫酸铵或过硫酸钾水溶液,并在4-6h内滴加完成;
(5)滴加完成后升温至85-95℃熟化40-60min;
(6)然后降温至35-45℃,加入防腐剂1-5份,混合均匀后出料过滤包装即成。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有下述优点:
(1)本发明的一种水基型具有广泛用途的醋硅丙聚合乳液(简称BEVA乳液)的制作方法,具体地说,涉及用于胶粘剂制造业、纺织印染工业、造纸业、建筑建材工业、涂料行业、制鞋行业等领域。
(2)胶的稳定性好,-5-50℃的贮存条件下可以长达5年保持完好,不会分离沉淀。
(3)本发明的BEVA乳液,它具有极端的抗水解性能、抗超低温贮存稳定性、超长时间贮存稳定性;无毒无异味、无环境污染,机械稳定性优良;并具有持久的柔韧性,粘合速度快、强度高、不燃烧、不霉变等优点。

所述的BEVA乳液制备方法如下:
(1)在反应器内放入去离子水500kg,聚乙烯醇30kg,搅拌升温,待聚乙烯醇完全溶解后,降温至75-85℃;
(2)将反应单体醋酸乙烯酯250kg、丙烯酸丁酯250kg、含不饱和双键的有机硅单体25kg加入滴加罐内混合均匀;
(3)在反应器内依次加入硅烷偶联剂2kg,阴离子乳化剂12kg、非离子乳化剂5kg,钠消泡剂1kg;
(4)搅拌下滴加混合单体,同时滴加引发剂质量分数为1%-5%的过硫酸铵水溶液10kg,并在3-5小时内滴加完成;
(5)滴加完成后升温至85-95℃熟化40-60min;
(6)降温至35-45℃,加入防腐剂2kg,混合均匀后出料过滤包装即成。
实施例2
一种水基型具有广泛用途的醋硅丙聚合乳液,其组成的重量份数比为:

所述含不饱和双键的有机硅单体为甲基乙烯基硅烷或乙烯基三硅烷其中的一种;
所述硅烷偶联剂为γ-2丙基三乙氧基硅烷、γ-(甲基丙烯酰氧基)丙基三甲基硅烷、乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷或乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷其中的一种;
所示阴离子乳化剂为NP-40;
所述非离子乳化剂为OP-10;
所述消泡剂为有机硅类消泡剂;
所述引发剂为无机过氧化物引发剂;
其制作方法按以下步骤:
