Abstract
本发明涉及一种含有噁唑酰草胺及唑草胺为有效成分的水稻田除草组合物,二者的重量比为15:1~1:15,其作用于水稻田中发生的一年生和多年生禾本科杂草:稗草、马唐、牛筋草或芦苇;作用于水稻田中发生的一年生和多年生莎草科杂草:萤蔺、牛毛毡或香附子;作用于水稻田中发生的一年生和多年生阔叶杂草:丁香蓼、瓜皮草、节节菜或鸭舌草。所述除草组合物表现出明显的协同增效作用,组合物的防治效果比单剂有了一定提高,降低了农药的使用剂量,降低了用药成本及农药对生态环境的影响风险。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于农药技术领域,特别是除草剂领域,具体涉及一种含有噁唑酰草胺及唑草胺为有效成分的水稻田除草组合物。
背景技术
随着高毒农药的逐步淘汰,需要高效、低毒、安全,对环境友好的新型药剂,同时农药的长期使用使病虫草害的抗药性产生,对防治药剂的要求也越来越高,这就需要农药研发人员开发出高效安全的新型药剂,满足防治要求。由于我国农药创制刚刚起步,具有自主知识产权的农药品种还不能满足需要,因此开发新型的农药混配制剂是当前国内农药发展的必由之路。
水稻是我国主要的粮食作物之一,是我国广大地区的基础口粮作物,水稻田除草是生产上的一大难题。化学除草是目前控制杂草的主要手段。近年来,由于一些除草品种的大面积单独使用,已经导致很多杂草产生抗药性,因此急需高效、低毒、经济、安全的水稻田新型除草药剂投入农业生产活动中。
噁唑酰草胺,英文名称:metamifop,化学名称:(R)-2-{(4-氯-1,3-苯并恶唑-2-基氧)苯氧基}-2′-氟-N-甲基丙酰替苯胺,属于芳氧苯氧丙酸酯类除草剂,为内吸性除草剂,能抑制杂草脂肪酸的合成。对水稻安全性高,主要用于移栽和直播稻田除草,可高效地防除水稻田中大多数一年生禾本科杂草,如稻稗、幼龄千金子、马唐和牛筋草。噁唑酰草胺低毒,对环境安全,具有较佳的可混性。其化学结构式:
唑草胺,英文名称::Cafenstrole,化学名称:N,N-二乙基-3-均三甲基苯磺酰基-1H-1,2,4-三唑-1-甲酰胺。为细胞生长抑制剂,苗前苗后除草剂,对稗草特效,并对部分莎草科杂草(如异型莎草、萤蔺、香附子)、阔叶杂草(大多数一年生与多年生阔叶杂草如鸭舌草、瓜皮草等)有较好防效,对移栽水稻安全性高,用药后持效期40天左右,对芽前到三叶期杂草均有效。可混性好,对环境安全。其化学结构式:
噁唑酰草胺与唑草胺均有较好的杀稗草活性,但经过长期单独使用后容易使稗草产生抗药性,导致目前噁唑酰草胺的亩用量成倍增加,防效降低、持效期缩短等问题,农药反复使用造成农药在土壤中的降解率下降,很不利于环境的可持续发展。如何使农药升级换代,更加高效,延缓田间抗药性的产生,降低农民用药成本,对环境更加环保、友好,以满足农业生产的要求,是现在需要解决的一个问题。
除草剂合理复配是提高防除效果,扩大杀草谱或拓宽使用时间,延缓杂草群落演替速度,降低农药单一使用带来的抗性风险,减轻对环境的污染,降低使用成本及降低除草剂残留的一种有效方法。本发明人对噁唑酰草胺、唑草胺混配进行了大量深入细致的研究,在进行大量试验后发现噁唑酰草胺、唑草胺进行混配,在一定的混配比例范围内对水稻田的稗草防除表现出明显的协同增效作用,经过进一步研究,完成本发明。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决除草剂单一使用时的不足,筛选出对水稻田杂草增效明显的除草组合物,有利于水稻田杂草综合治理。
本发明的技术方案是:一种除草组合物,其特征在于,所述除草组合物含有噁唑酰草胺和唑草胺作为活性成分,二者的重量比为15:1~1:15。
更优选地,该除草组合物中噁唑酰草胺和唑草胺的重量比为5:1~1:5。
本发明涉及一种除草剂,其特征在于,该除草剂含有0.1~90重量%的如上所述的除草组合物,余量为农药上可接受的载体和助剂。
优选地,该除草剂含有3~80重量%的如上所述的除草组合物。
更优选地,该除草剂含有15~70重量%的如上所述的除草组合物。
除非另有说明,本发明所涉及的“%”均为“重量百分比”。
本发明的除草组合物或除草剂适合作用于水稻田中发生的一年生和多年生禾本科杂草,如稗草、马唐、牛筋草、芦苇;作用于水稻田中发生的一年生和多年生莎草科杂草,如萤蔺、牛毛毡、香附子;作用于水稻田中发生的一年生和多年生阔叶杂草,如丁香蓼、瓜皮草、节节菜、鸭舌草。
本发明所涉及的除草剂可以配制成农业上可接受的剂型,优选剂型为水分散粒剂、悬浮剂、可湿性粉剂、微乳剂或水乳剂。所述剂型采用本领域技术人员公知的方法进行加工、配制。
就水分散粒剂而言,本领域技术人员使用下述主要的助剂、采用常规方法进行配制:分散剂选用自聚羧酸盐、木质素磺酸盐、烷基萘磺酸盐;润湿剂选自聚氧乙烯醇、烷基硫酸盐、烷基磺酸盐、萘磺酸盐;崩解剂选自硫酸铵、尿素、蔗糖、葡萄糖、柠檬酸、丁二酸、碳酸氢钠;粘结剂选自硅藻土、玉米淀粉、PVA、羧甲基(乙基)纤维素及微晶纤维素类;填料选自硅藻土、高岭土、白炭黑、轻钙、海泡石、滑石粉、凹凸棒土、陶土等。
就可湿性粉剂而言,本领域技术人员使用下述主要的助剂、采用常规方法进行配制:分散剂选自聚羧酸盐、木质素磺酸盐、烷基萘磺酸盐;润湿剂选自烷基硫酸盐、烷基磺酸盐、萘磺酸盐;填料选自硅藻土、高岭土、白炭黑、轻钙、滑石粉、凹凸棒土、陶土等。
就悬浮剂而言,本领域技术人员使用下述主要的助剂、采用常规方法进行配制:分散剂选自聚羧酸盐、木质素磺酸盐、烷基萘磺酸盐、TERSPERSE2425(美国亨斯迈公司出品,烷基萘磺酸盐类);乳化剂选自农乳700#(通用名:烷基酚甲醛树脂聚氧乙烯醚)、农乳2201、斯盘-60#(通用名:山梨醇酐单硬脂酸酯)、乳化剂T-60(通用名:失水山梨醇单硬脂酸酯聚氧乙烯醚)、农乳1601#(通用名:苯乙基苯酚聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚)、TERSPERSE4894(美国亨斯迈公司出品);润湿剂选自烷基酚聚氧乙烯聚基醚甲醛缩合物硫酸盐、烷基酚聚氧乙烯基醚磷酸酯、苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯基醚磷酸酯、烷基硫酸盐、烷基磺酸盐、萘磺酸盐、TERSPERSE2500(美国亨斯迈公司出品);增稠剂选自黄原胶、硅酸镁铝、膨润土;防腐剂选自苯甲酸、苯甲酸钠;消泡剂为有机硅类消泡剂;防冻剂选自乙二醇、丙二醇、甘油、尿素、无机盐类如氯化钠。
就水乳剂而言,本领域技术人员使用下述主要的助剂、采用常规方法进行配制:乳化剂选自壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚(EO=10)磷酸酯、三苯乙基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯(农乳600#磷酸酯)、农乳700#、农乳2201#、Span-60#、乳化剂T-60、TX-10、农乳1601#、农乳600#、农乳400#;溶剂选自二甲苯、甲苯、环己酮、溶剂油(牌号:S-150、S-180、S-200);稳定剂选自亚磷酸三苯酯、环氧氯丙烷;防冻剂选自乙二醇、丙二醇、甘油、尿素、无机盐类如氯化钠;增稠剂选自黄原胶、膨润土、硅酸镁铝;防腐剂选自苯甲酸、苯甲酸钠。
就微乳剂而言,本领域技术人员使用下述主要的助剂、采用常规方法进行配制:乳化剂选自十二烷基苯磺酸钙(农乳500#)、农乳700#、农乳2201#、斯盘-60#、吐温-80、TX-10、农乳1601、农乳600#、农乳400#;助溶剂选自甲醇、异丙醇、正丁醇、乙醇;溶剂选自环己酮、N-甲基吡咯烷酮、二甲苯、甲苯、溶剂油(牌号:S-150、S-180、S-200);稳定剂选自亚磷酸三苯酯、环氧氯丙烷。
本发明所述的除草组合物可以以成品制剂形式提供,即组合物中各活性物质已经混合;也可以以单剂制剂提供,即在田间使用前在桶(罐)中直接混合。采用水稀释获得所需活性物质的浓度。
本发明提供的除草组合物有如下有益效果:
1.本发明提供的除草组合物,在一定的混配比例范围内对水稻田一年生杂草及部分多年生杂草表现出明显的协同增效作用,组合物的防治效果比单剂有了一定提高,降低了农药的使用剂量,降低了用药成本及农药对生态环境的影响风险。
2.本发明提供的为除草组合物,可降低或延缓长期使用单一噁唑酰草胺或唑草胺产生的抗性风险,延长药剂的使用寿命,对杂草抗性的综合治理有着重要意义。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加简洁明了,本发明用以下具体实例进行说明,但本发明绝非仅限于这些例子。以下所述仅为本发明较好的实施实例,仅用于描述本发明,不能理解为对本发明范围的限制。应当指出的是,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所作出的任何修改,等同替换和改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
实施例1:噁唑酰草胺与唑草胺及其混配对3叶期稻稗的毒力测定。

由图1可以得出噁唑酰草胺与唑草胺混配对3叶期稻稗的等效点均在理论等效线之下,表现为协同增效作用。
实施例2:30%噁唑酰草胺·唑草胺水分散粒剂。

将上述物流一起加入锥形混合机中混合均匀,后经气流粉碎机粉碎,粉碎后物料再经锥形混合机混合,混合后的物流细度98%通过600目标准筛,加入捏合机中捏合成可塑性物料,最后将此物料放入挤压造粒机中挤压造粒,造粒后经干燥,筛分后即可制得30%噁唑酰草胺·唑草胺水分散粒剂。
实施例3:30%噁唑酰草胺·唑草胺可湿性粉剂。

将上述物料一起加入锥形混合机中混合均匀,后经气流粉碎机粉碎,粉碎后的物料再经锥形混合机混合,混合后的物料细度98%通过600目标准筛,即可制得30%噁唑酰草胺·唑草胺可湿性粉剂。
实施例4:1%噁唑酰草胺·唑草胺颗粒剂。

将上述物料一起加入锥形混合机中混合均匀,后经气流粉碎机粉碎,粉碎后的物料再经锥形混合机混合,混合后的物料细度98%通过600目标准筛,即可制得可湿性粉剂。再将此可湿性粉剂加入圆盘造粒机中加水造粒,后经干燥筒干燥、筛分、冷却筒冷却,即可制得1%噁唑酰草胺·唑草胺颗粒剂。
实施例5:防除水稻直播田田间药效试验,试验参考GBT17980.40-2000进行。
试验地点为安徽省蚌埠市曹老集镇,水稻前茬作物为冬小麦,当茬水稻采用旱直播方式种植。处理1为30%噁唑酰草胺·唑草胺水分散粒剂、处理2为30%噁唑酰草胺·唑草胺可湿性粉剂、处理3为1%噁唑酰草胺·唑草胺颗粒剂、处理4为25克/升五氟磺草胺油悬浮剂+75%苄嘧磺隆水分散颗粒剂。

通过表2可知,在有效剂量相当的情况下,噁唑酰草胺·唑草胺混剂对水稻直播田一年生杂草防除效果优秀,总体效果优于对照药剂25克/升五氟磺草胺油悬浮剂+75%苄嘧磺隆水分散颗粒剂,具有很强的实用性和推广价值。
综上所述,本发明的除草组合物对水稻田一年生杂草具有很好的防除效果,对水稻安全性好,是防除水稻田一年生杂草的新型除草组合物。
本发明的一种含有噁唑酰草胺和唑草胺的除草组合物已经通过具体的实例进行了描述,本领域技术人员可借鉴本发明内容,适当改变原料、工艺条件等环节来实现相应的其它目的,其相关改变都没有脱离本发明的内容,所有类似的替换和改动对于本领域技术人员来说是显而易见的,都被视为包括在本发明的范围之内。
Claims (7)
1.一种除草组合物,其特征在于,所述除草组合物含有噁唑酰草胺和唑草胺作为活性成分,二者的重量比为15:1~1:15。
2.根据权利要求1所述的除草组合物,其特征在于,所述除草组合物中噁唑酰草胺和唑草胺的重量比为5:1~1:5。
3.一种除草剂,其特征在于,该除草剂含有0.1~90重量%如权利要求1所述的除草组合物,余量为农药上可接受的载体和助剂。
4.根据权利要求4所述的除草剂,其特征在于,所述除草剂含有3~80重量%的如权利要求1所述的除草组合物。
5.根据权利要求4所述的除草剂,其特征在于,所述除草剂含有15~70重量%的如权利要求1所述的除草组合物。
6.根据权利要求4所述的除草剂,其特征在于,所述除草剂配制成水分散粒剂、悬浮剂、可湿性粉剂、微乳剂或水乳剂。
7.权利要求1至2任一所述的除草组合物或权利要求3至6任一所述的除草剂应用于除草的用途,其特征在于,作用于水稻田中发生的一年生和多年生禾本科杂草:稗草、马唐、牛筋草或芦苇;作用于水稻田中发生的一年生和多年生莎草科杂草:萤蔺、牛毛毡或香附子;作用于水稻田中发生的一年生和多年生阔叶杂草:丁香蓼、瓜皮草、节节菜或鸭舌草。
