Abstract

本发明的目的是提供一种动力电池组,通过在外框内底部设置滑行轨道来设置带有动力电池的底板,外框左右开口,这样底板就可以左右滑行滑出外框,外框的开口通过设置安装轨道来安装边板进行挡住,外框顶部设置分布有通孔的盖板进行通气,外框顶部前后两端设置提手用于将其取出,取出后将外框竖直方式,通过底板左侧的滚轮和底板右侧的拉杆进行移动,十分方便;本发明结构简单易操作,可以方便的取出并且移动,适用于动力电池领域。

技术领域
本发明涉及电池领域,尤其涉及一种电动汽车的动力电池组。
背景技术
随着科技的不断发展,对于环境的污染越来越严重,汽车是污染的重要来源。因此,对于汽车来说,采用电力务必会减少污染。因此动力电池成为未来能源的发展方向。对于电动汽车动力电池组来说,其重量重,难取出,难转运,而电动汽车若是可以将电池取下充电,必然会十分方便,因此解决上述问题就显得十分必要了。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供一种动力电池组,通过在外框内底部设置滑行轨道来设置带有动力电池的安装板,外框左右开口,这样安装板就可以左右滑行滑出外框,外框的开口通过设置安装轨道来安装边板进行挡住,外框顶部设置分布有通孔的盖板进行通气,外框顶部前后两端设置提手用于将其取出,取出后将外框竖直方式,通过底板左侧的滚轮和底板右侧的拉杆进行移动,十分方便,解决了背景技术中出现的问题。
本发明的目的是提供一种动力电池组,包括有外框,所述外框内底部设置有滑行轨道,滑行轨道上设置有底面积与其相同的安装板,安装板上设置有至少三个动力电池;所述外框左右两侧是开口的,外框左右的开口处设置有安装轨道,安装轨道插入边板将开口堵住,边板顶部设置拉板用于将边板拉出;所述底板和滑行轨道两端均可与边板紧贴着。
进一步改进在于:所述外框顶部设置有盖板,盖板分布有通孔进行通气。
进一步改进在于:所述边板分布有通孔进行通气,边板内侧设置有缓冲棉。
进一步改进在于:所述外框顶部前后两侧设置有提手。
进一步改进在于:所述外框底部设置有底板,底板左侧前后两端设置有滚轮,所述底板内右侧设置有可往右伸出的拉杆,拉杆右端连接有拉手。
本发明的有益效果:本发明通过在外框内底部设置滑行轨道来设置带有动力电池的安装板,外框左右开口,这样安装板就可以左右滑行滑出外框,外框的开口通过设置安装轨道来安装边板进行挡住,外框顶部设置分布有通孔的盖板进行通气,外框顶部前后两端设置提手用于将其取出,取出后将外框竖直方式,通过底板左侧的滚轮和底板右侧的拉杆进行移动,十分方便;本发明结构简单易操作,可以方便的取出并且移动,适用于动力电池领域。

如图1所示,本实施例提供一种动力电池组,包括有外框1,所述外框1内底部设置有滑行轨道2,滑行轨道2上设置有底面积与其相同的安装板3,安装板3上设置有三个动力电池4;所述外框1左右两侧是开口的,外框1左右的开口处设置有安装轨道5,安装轨道5插入边板6将开口堵住,边板6顶部设置拉板7用于将边板6拉出;所述底板3和滑行轨道2两端均可与边板6紧贴着。所述外框1顶部设置有盖板8,盖板8分布有通孔进行通气。所述边板6分布有通孔进行通气,边板6内侧设置有缓冲棉9。所述外框1顶部前后两侧设置有提手10。所述外框1底部设置有底板11,底板11左侧前后两端设置有滚轮12,所述底板11内右侧设置有可往右伸出的拉杆13,拉杆13右端连接有拉手14。
通过在外框1内底部设置滑行轨道2来设置带有动力电池4的安装板3,外框1左右开口,这样安装板3就可以左右滑行滑出外框1,外框1的开口通过设置安装轨道5来安装边板6进行挡住,外框1顶部设置分布有通孔的盖板8进行通气,外框1顶部前后两端设置提手10用于将其取出,取出后将外框1竖直方式,通过底板11左侧的滚轮12和底板11右侧的拉杆13进行移动,十分方便;本实施例结构简单易操作,可以方便的取出并且移动,适用于动力电池领域。

1.一种动力电池组,包括有外框(1),其特征在于:所述外框(1)内底部设置有滑行轨道(2),滑行轨道(2)上设置有底面积与其相同的安装板(3),安装板(3)上设置有至少三个动力电池(4);所述外框(1)左右两侧是开口的,外框(1)左右的开口处设置有安装轨道(5),安装轨道(5)插入边板(6)将开口堵住,边板(6)顶部设置拉板(7)用于将边板(6)拉出;所述安装板(3)和滑行轨道(2)两端均可与边板(6)紧贴着。
2.如权利要求1所述一种动力电池组,其特征在于:所述外框(1)顶部设置有盖板(8),盖板(8)分布有通孔进行通气。
3.如权利要求1所述一种动力电池组,其特征在于:所述边板(6)分布有通孔进行通气,边板(6)内侧设置有缓冲棉(9)。
4.如权利要求1所述一种动力电池组,其特征在于:所述外框(1)顶部前后两侧设置有提手(10)。
5.如权利要求1所述一种动力电池组,其特征在于:所述外框(1)底部设置有底板(11),底板(11)左侧前后两端设置有滚轮(12),所述底板(11)内右侧设置有可往右伸出的拉杆(13),拉杆(13)右端连接有拉手(14)。
