本发明公开一种封边条用木皮弹性底漆UV涂装施工工艺,包括以下步骤如下:S1、将成卷天然木皮或科技木皮基材使用木皮专用砂光机进行砂毛处理;S2、辊涂木皮专用弹性UV腻子,涂布量为25~30g/㎡,然后用双汞灯进行紫外线干燥,干燥强度为200mJ,干燥时间为1~3秒;S3、辊涂木皮专用弹性UV弹性底,涂布量为30~40g/㎡,然后用双汞灯进行紫外线干燥,干燥强度为200mJ,干燥时间为1~3秒;S4、辊涂木皮专用弹性UV砂光底,涂布量为25~30g/㎡,然后用双汞灯进行紫外线干燥,干燥强度为250mJ,干燥时间为1~3秒;S5、使用木皮砂光机进行砂光、除尘;S6、最后覆膜包装,完成生产。本发明的施工工艺无需喷涂,而且能适用于批量生产;最主要的是使用弹性底漆涂装后的木皮包覆木线条后无需打磨。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及涂料施工领域,更具体地,涉及一种封边条用木皮弹性底漆UV涂装施工工艺。
背景技术
目前市场上生产木线条主要工艺为先用未经任何涂装处理的木皮直接包覆于木线条上,再经打磨、喷涂两道底漆、再进行底漆打磨,最后再进行面漆涂装。这样在生产过程中有害物质挥发,严重影响身体健康,而且生产周期长,易发生暴裂、起桔皮等问题,且打磨难度极大。
发明内容
为了解决传统工艺不环保、打磨难度大等问题,本发明提供一种封边条用木皮弹性底漆UV涂装施工工艺,包括以下步骤如下:
S1、将成卷天然木皮或科技木皮基材使用木皮专用砂光机进行砂毛处理;
S2、辊涂木皮专用弹性UV腻子,涂布量为25~30g/㎡,然后用双汞灯进行紫外线干燥,干燥强度为200mJ,干燥时间为1~3秒;
S3、辊涂木皮专用弹性UV弹性底,涂布量为30~40g/㎡,然后用双汞灯进行紫外线干燥,干燥强度为200mJ,干燥时间为1~3秒;
S4、辊涂木皮专用弹性UV砂光底,涂布量为25~30g/㎡,然后用双汞灯进行紫外线干燥,干燥强度为250mJ,干燥时间为1~3秒;
S5、使用木皮砂光机进行砂光、除尘;
S6、最后覆膜包装,完成生产。
本发明的优点在于:
1.而木皮先经过弹性UV底漆涂装并打磨,再进行木线条包覆,而后进行面漆涂装(喷涂),这样的新工艺可解决传统工艺不环保、打磨难度大等问题,且漆膜厚度及漆膜平整性都能得到很大的改善。
2.通过机械化生产设备将天然或科技木皮表面涂装好油漆后,形成的油漆木皮再用作包覆或贴面加工。
3、油漆木皮是通过底着色,刮底漆等多工序完成,有天然木皮的真实感和传统油漆工艺的表面效果。
4、油漆木皮可加工成定宽定长或定宽无限长卷状木皮,可提高木皮的利用率,可提高设备的工作效率。
5、该木皮底部托无纺布表面油漆加工后,木皮更加柔韧,包覆加工更加容易操作,复杂线型包覆效果更加明显。
6、产品适用于各种装饰线条、型材包覆、复合门套、复合门扇、现场装修等表面包覆、覆膜和封边处理。
7、油漆木皮颠覆了木制品油漆工艺,可有效解决传统工艺因最少需要连续三次以上的喷漆、打磨和几天时间的生产周期而造成的用工需求大、场地占用多的问题。

下面结合具体实施例进一步详细说明本发明。除非特别说明,本发明采用的试剂、设备和方法为本技术领域常规市购的试剂、设备和常规使用的方法。
实施例1
一种封边条用木皮弹性底漆UV涂装施工工艺,包括以下步骤如下:
S1、将成卷天然木皮或科技木皮基材使用木皮专用砂光机进行砂毛处理;
S2、辊涂木皮专用弹性UV腻子,涂布量为30g/㎡,然后用双汞灯进行紫外线干燥,干燥强度为200mJ,干燥时间为3秒;
S3、辊涂木皮专用弹性UV弹性底,涂布量为40g/㎡,然后用双汞灯进行紫外线干燥,干燥强度为200mJ,干燥时间为3秒;
S4、辊涂木皮专用弹性UV砂光底,涂布量为30g/㎡,然后用双汞灯进行紫外线干燥,干燥强度为250mJ,干燥时间为3秒;
S5、使用木皮砂光机进行砂光、除尘;
S6、最后覆膜包装,完成生产。
实施例2
一种封边条用木皮弹性底漆UV涂装施工工艺,包括以下步骤如下:
S1、将成卷天然木皮或科技木皮基材使用木皮专用砂光机进行砂毛处理;
S2、辊涂木皮专用弹性UV腻子,涂布量为25g/㎡,然后用双汞灯进行紫外线干燥,干燥强度为200mJ,干燥时间为1秒;
S3、辊涂木皮专用弹性UV弹性底,涂布量为40g/㎡,然后用双汞灯进行紫外线干燥,干燥强度为200mJ,干燥时间为1秒;
S4、辊涂木皮专用弹性UV砂光底,涂布量为25g/㎡,然后用双汞灯进行紫外线干燥,干燥强度为250mJ,干燥时间为1秒;
S5、使用木皮砂光机进行砂光、除尘;
S6、最后覆膜包装,完成生产。
实施例3
一种封边条用木皮弹性底漆UV涂装施工工艺,包括以下步骤如下:
S1、将成卷天然木皮或科技木皮基材使用木皮专用砂光机进行砂毛处理;
S2、辊涂木皮专用弹性UV腻子,涂布量为27g/㎡,然后用双汞灯进行紫外线干燥,干燥强度为200mJ,干燥时间为2秒;
S3、辊涂木皮专用弹性UV弹性底,涂布量为35g/㎡,然后用双汞灯进行紫外线干燥,干燥强度为200mJ,干燥时间为2秒;
S4、辊涂木皮专用弹性UV砂光底,涂布量为27g/㎡,然后用双汞灯进行紫外线干燥,干燥强度为250mJ,干燥时间为2秒;
S5、使用木皮砂光机进行砂光、除尘;
S6、最后覆膜包装,完成生产。
本发明的施工工艺无需喷涂,没有漆雾,而且能适用于批量生产;由于是UV油漆辊涂于基材表面,漆膜涂布非常均匀平整,附着力强,最主要的是使用弹性底漆涂装后的木皮包覆木线条后无需打磨。

1.一种封边条用木皮弹性底漆UV涂装施工工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤如下:
S1、将成卷天然木皮或科技木皮基材使用木皮专用砂光机进行砂毛处理;
S2、辊涂木皮专用弹性UV腻子,涂布量为25~30g/㎡,然后用双汞灯进行紫外线干燥,干燥强度为200mJ,干燥时间为1~3秒;
S3、辊涂木皮专用弹性UV弹性底,涂布量为30~40g/㎡,然后用双汞灯进行紫外线干燥,干燥强度为200mJ,干燥时间为1~3秒;
S4、辊涂木皮专用弹性UV砂光底,涂布量为25~30g/㎡,然后用双汞灯进行紫外线干燥,干燥强度为250mJ,干燥时间为1~3秒;
S5、使用木皮砂光机进行砂光、除尘;
S6、最后覆膜包装,完成生产。
