Abstract
本发明提供一种治疗湿疹的中药，其针对现有治疗湿疹类病症缺乏有效药物的不足，提出一种外用就可以快速地短时间内有效治愈湿疹，并且本发明无毒副作用，用药安全，药材来源广泛，制作便宜。一种治疗湿疹的中药，其特征在于，该中药的原料药由如下质量份数的组分组成：防风10-20份；白癣皮20-30份；金银花10-15份；苦参10-15份；忍冬藤15-20份；土茯苓20-30份；地肤子10-15份；蒲公英10-15份；薄荷10-15份；黄柏10-15份；牡丹皮5-10份；甘草5-10份。

技术领域
本发明涉及中药领域，具体涉及一种治疗湿疹的中药。
背景技术
湿疹病因复杂，常为内外因相互作用结果。内因如慢性消化系统疾病、精神紧张、失眠、过度疲劳、情绪变化、内分泌失调、感染、新陈代谢障碍等，外因如生活环境、气候变化、食物等均可影响湿疹的发生。外界刺激如日光、寒冷、干燥、炎热、热水烫洗以及各种动物皮毛、植物、化妆品、肥皂、人造纤维等均可诱发。是复杂的内外因子引起的一种迟发型变态反应。
湿疹病因复杂，治疗好转后仍易反复发作，难根治。现在都是采用这两种西医疗法，1、内用疗法：选用抗组胺药止痒，必要时两种配合或交替使用。泛发性湿疹可口服或注射糖皮质激素，但不宜长期使用。2、外用疗法：根据皮损情况选用适当剂型和药物。急性湿疹局部生理盐水、3%硼酸或1：2000～1：10000高锰酸钾溶液冲洗、湿敷，炉甘石洗剂收敛、保护。亚急性、慢性湿疹应用合适的糖皮质激素霜剂、焦油类制剂或免疫调节剂，如他克莫司软膏、匹美莫司软膏。继发感染者加抗生素制剂。
湿疹是由多种复杂的内、外因素引起的一种具有多形性皮损和易有渗出倾向的皮肤炎症性反应。本病病因复杂多难以确定。自觉症状瘙痒剧烈。病情易反复，现有技术对此类病症没有很特效的药物治疗，很多大医院都比较刺手。所用的2种疗法都是西药，副作用大，疗效很有限，并且都是治标不治本，很容易又复发。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是针对现有治疗湿疹类病症缺乏有效药物的不足，提出一种外用中药就可以快速地短时间内有效治愈湿疹，并且本发明无毒副作用，用药安全，药材来源广泛，制作便宜。
本发明所要解决的技术问题通过以下技术方案予以实现：
一种治疗湿疹的中药，其特征在于，该中药的原料药由如下质量份数的组分组成：
防风10-20份；白癣皮20-30份；金银花10-15份；苦参10-15份；忍冬藤15-20份；土茯苓20-30份；地肤子10-15份；蒲公英10-15份；薄荷10-15份；黄柏10-15份；牡丹皮5-10份；甘草5-10份。
优选的，所述的治疗湿疹的中药的原料药由如下质量份数的组分组成：
防风15份；白癣皮20份；金银花12份；苦参12份；忍冬藤15份；土茯苓20份；地肤子12份；蒲公英12份；薄荷12份；黄柏12份；牡丹皮9份；甘草6份。
进一步，所述中药为外用洗剂、乳膏剂、软膏剂、糊剂、膏剂。
本发明的中药药性药理如下：防风：味辛、甘，性微温。归膀胱、肝、脾经。功效：祛风解表，胜湿止痛，止痉定搐。主治：外感表证，风疹瘙痒，风湿痹痛，破伤风。
白癣皮：性味苦咸，寒。性味苦咸，清热燥湿，祛风解毒，用于湿热疮毒，黄水淋漓，湿疹，风疹，疥癣瘌，风湿热痹，黄疸尿赤。
金银花：味甘，性寒，具有清热解毒、疏散风热的作用。金银花有清热解毒、疏利咽喉、消暑除烦的作用。可治疗暑热症、泻立流感、疮疖肿毒、急慢性扁桃体炎、疏热散邪作用，对外感风热或温病初起，身热头痛、心烦少寐、神昏舌绛、咽干口燥。
苦参：苦，寒。有清热燥湿，杀虫，利尿之功。用于热痢，便血，黄疸尿闭，赤白带下，阴肿阴痒，湿疹，湿疮，皮肤瘙痒，疥癣麻风，外治滴虫性阴道炎。
忍冬藤：甘，寒。归肺、胃经。具有清热解毒，疏风通络的疗效。可用于温病发热，疮痈肿毒，热毒血痢，风湿热痹。
土茯苓：性味：甘淡，平。归肝经；胃经；脾经。解毒，除湿，利关节。主治：治梅毒，淋浊，筋骨挛痛，脚气，疗疔疮，痈肿，瘰疬，梅毒及汞中毒所致的肢体拘挛，筋骨疼痛。
地肤子：性寒，味辛、苦。清热利湿，祛风止痒。用于小便涩痛、阴痒带下、风疹、湿疹、皮肤瘙痒。
蒲公英：味甘，微苦，性寒。清热解毒，消肿散结。主治:治急性乳腺炎，淋巴腺炎，瘰疠，疔毒疮肿，急性结膜炎，感冒发热，急性扁桃体炎，急性支气管炎、胃炎，肝炎，胆囊炎，尿路感染。
薄荷：薄荷味辛，性凉；归肺、肝经；清香升散；具有疏风散热，清头目，利咽喉，透疹，解郁的功效；主治风热表症，头痛眩晕，目赤肿痛，咽痛声哑，鼻渊，牙痛，麻疹不透，隐疹瘙痒，肝郁胁痛脘胀，瘰疬结核。
黄柏：性味归经：苦、寒。归肾、膀胱、大肠经。功效：清热燥湿、泻火解毒、退热除蒸。主治：1.湿热带下，热淋脚气，泻痢黄疸。2.疮疡肿痛，湿疹湿疮。3.阴虚发热，盗汗遗精。
牡丹皮：性寒，味苦；凉；微寒。归心；肝；肾；肺经。清热凉血；活血散瘀。温热病热入血分；发斑；吐衄；热病后期热伏阴分发热；阴虚骨蒸潮热；血滞经闭；痛经；痈肿疮毒；跌扑伤痛；风湿热痹。
甘草：甘草补脾益气，滋咳润肺，缓急解毒，调和百药。
本发明有益效果：用中医合理配方：搭配合理的药物共同达到清热解毒、清热燥湿、泻火解毒、退热除蒸、疏风通络、祛风除湿、止痒、活血散瘀的作用，对各种原因引起的湿疹均有显著的疗效。本发明经过322人服用，有效率达99.6%，治愈率达92%。

下面结合实施例对本发明进行详细的说明，实施例仅是本发明的优选实施方式，
不是对本发明的限定。
实施例1
一种治疗湿疹的中药，其原料药由如下质量份数的组分组成：防风10g；白癣皮20g；金银花10g；苦参10g；忍冬藤15g；土茯苓20g；地肤子10g；蒲公英10g；薄荷10g；黄柏10g；牡丹皮5g；甘草5g。
将上述原料药采用本领域公知的制备方法制备为洗剂。
实施例2
一种治疗湿疹的中药，其原料药由如下质量份数的组分组成：
防风15g；白癣皮20g；金银花12g；苦参12g；忍冬藤15g；土茯苓20g；地肤子12g；蒲公英12g；薄荷12g；黄柏12g；牡丹皮9g；甘草6g。
将上述原料药采用本领域公知的制备方法制备外用的膏剂。
实施例3
一种治疗湿疹的中药，其原料药由如下质量份数的组分组成：
防风18g；白癣皮25g；金银花15g；苦参15g；忍冬藤20g；土茯苓30g；地肤子15g；蒲公英15g；薄荷15g；黄柏15g；牡丹皮8g；甘草8g。
将上述原料药采用本领域公知的制备方法制备为乳膏剂。
下述为使用过本本发明的3个实际病例。
病例1
患者刘生，男，26岁，自己做鱼档生意，因为长时间和水接触或长时间的带胶料手套，患湿疹2个月，最初只是在一手指上部发现小水疱和有些痒，用手扎破水疱，过了一段时间发展到两个手掌上都出现了，痒痛难忍。后经过介绍使用实施例1洗剂，早晚各用一剂，连用15天后痊愈，皮肤跟正常皮肤一样，经跟踪了解，未见复发。
病例2
患者张某，男，38岁，在水泥厂工作，因为长时间接触水泥等化学物品，患有2年湿疹。服用各种西药，并涂抹各种激素类外用药，时好时坏，停药后很快发作，2年多都生活在痒痛难忍的痛苦之中。后经过介绍使用后经过介绍使用实施例1洗剂，早晚各用一剂，连用30天后痊愈，皮肤跟正常皮肤一样，经跟踪了解，未见复发。
病例3
患者黄某，女，62岁，在家种水稻，1年前局部突发湿疹，而后发病面积越来越大，服用了各种中西药，也涂抹过数种外用药，都不见好。后经过介绍使用实施例1洗剂，早晚各用一剂，连用30天后痊愈，皮肤跟正常皮肤一样，经跟踪了解，未见复发。

1.一种治疗湿疹的中药，其特征在于，该中药的原料药由如下质量份数的组分组成：
防风10-20份；白癣皮20-30份；金银花10-15份；苦参10-15份；忍冬藤15-20份；土茯苓20-30份；地肤子10-15份；蒲公英10-15份；薄荷10-15份；黄柏10-15份；牡丹皮5-10份；甘草5-10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的治疗湿疹的中药，其特征在于，该中药的原料药由如下质量份数的组分组成：
防风15份；白癣皮20份；金银花12份；苦参12份；忍冬藤15份；土茯苓20份；地肤子12份；蒲公英12份；薄荷12份；黄柏12份；牡丹皮9份；甘草6份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的治疗湿疹的中药，其特征在于：该中药为外用洗剂、乳膏剂、软膏剂、糊剂、膏剂。
