技术领域
本发明涉及一种工业原油管道清洁剂的制备方法,属于清洁剂技术领域。
背景技术
在石油开采作业中,常常会遇到很多石油管道被原油油污,若清理不彻底,会对石油管道造成堵塞,甚至腐蚀,不仅影响了设备的使用效果,同时也降低了管道的使用寿命。而我国对原油管道的建设规模也在日益扩大,原油管道的清洁问题一直是原油运输过程中不可忽视的问题。
目前国内对原油管道的清洁主要使用一些强酸性或强碱性的化学清洁剂,该类清洁剂不仅清洁效果不佳,还会对环境造成二次污染,且对原油管道具有较大的腐蚀性,减少了管道的使用寿命;此外,该类清洁剂在较低温度下其清洁效果极差。
发明内容
本发明目的是针对现有技术存在的缺陷提供一种工业原油管道清洁剂的制备方法。
本发明为实现上述目的,采用如下技术方案:一种工业原油管道清洁剂的制备方法,按照重量份数计,包括如下步骤:
1)、取50-60份的去离子水,放入到反应釜中,然后取5-8份的活性硅微粉、2-6份的无水亚硫酸钠和4-8份的柠檬酸钠,并依次倒入到反应釜中进行混合搅拌,搅拌速度为50-58转/分,搅拌温度为23-33度,搅拌时间为12-18分钟,得到混合液A;
2)、向反应釜中缓慢加入2-5份的十二烷基硫酸钠和1-3份的酒石酸氢钾,并进行混合搅拌,搅拌速度为40-60转/分,搅拌温度为15-20度,搅拌时间为10-15分钟,得到混合液B;
3)、向混合液B中加入12-22份的甲缩醛、5-10份的乙醇、3-9份的对羟基苯甲酸以及3-5份的抗氧剂,并进行混合搅拌,搅拌速度为45-60转/分,搅拌温度为26-32度,搅拌时间为5-12分钟,得到混合液C;
4)、最后向混合液C中加入4-9份的表面活性剂以及3-7份的防锈剂,并进行混合搅拌,搅拌速度为60-70转/分,搅拌温度为55-65度,搅拌时间为20-30分钟,然后常温静置2-3小时,并调节PH至6.5-7.5,最后制得本发明的管道清洁剂。
进一步的,所述表面活性剂为TX-10、FMES、LAS、AEO-9、TX-10、OP-10、QYL-83C和Y一35中的任意四种的混合物。
进一步的,所述防锈剂由纯碱、磷酸三钠、丙酸钠、三聚磷酸钠以及蒸馏水按照1∶1∶2∶2∶20的比例混合而成。
本发明的有益效果:本发明制备的原油管道清洁剂的去工业原油能力强、无毒、清洁效果好、安全环保,且对原油管道具有除锈防护作用,延长设备的使用寿命。
具体实施方式
本发明涉及一种工业原油管道清洁剂,由以下重量份的组分组成:活性硅微粉5-8份、无水亚硫酸钠2-6份、柠檬酸钠4-8份、十二烷基硫酸钠2-5份、酒石酸氢钾1-3份、甲缩醛12-22份、乙醇5-10份、对羟基苯甲酸3-9份、抗氧剂3-5份、表面活性剂4-9份、防锈剂3-7份以及去离子水50-60份。
其中,所述表面活性剂为TX-10、FMES、LAS、AEO-9、TX-10、OP-10、QYL-83C和Y-35中的任意四种的混合物。其中,所述防锈剂由纯碱、磷酸三钠、丙酸钠、三聚磷酸钠以及蒸馏水按照1∶1∶2∶2∶20的比例混合而成。

上述原油管道清洁剂的制备方法,按照重量份数计,包括如下步骤:
1)、取50份的去离子水,放入到反应釜中,然后取5份的活性硅微粉、2份的无水亚硫酸钠和4份的柠檬酸钠,并依次倒入到反应釜中进行混合搅拌,搅拌速度为50转/分,搅拌温度为23度,搅拌时间为12分钟,得到混合液A;
2)、向反应釜中缓慢加入2份的十二烷基硫酸钠和1份的酒石酸氢钾,并进行混合搅拌,搅拌速度为40转/分,搅拌温度为15度,搅拌时间为10分钟,得到混合液B;
3)、向混合液B中加入12份的甲缩醛、5份的乙醇、3份的对羟基苯甲酸以及3份的抗氧剂,并进行混合搅拌,搅拌速度为45转/分,搅拌温度为26度,搅拌时间为5分钟,得到混合液C;
4)、最后向混合液C中加入4份的表面活性剂以及3份的防锈剂,并进行混合搅拌,搅拌速度为60转/分,搅拌温度为55度,搅拌时间为20分钟,然后常温静置2小时,并调节PH至6.5,最后制得本发明的管道清洁剂。
使用时,将上述制得的清洁剂装入到压力喷洒器中,然后通过喷洒器对原油管道进行喷洒冲洗,油污去除率达90%以上。
实施例2:
上述原油管道清洁剂的制备方法,按照重量份数计,包括如下步骤:
活性硅微粉7份、无水亚硫酸钠4份、柠檬酸钠6份、十二烷基硫酸钠4份、酒石酸氢钾2份、甲缩醛18份、乙醇8份、对羟基苯甲酸6份、抗氧剂4份、表面活性剂7份、防锈剂5份以及去离子水56份
1)、取56份的去离子水,放入到反应釜中,然后取7份的活性硅微粉、4份的无水亚硫酸钠和6份的柠檬酸钠,并依次倒入到反应釜中进行混合搅拌,搅拌速度为55转/分,搅拌温度为28度,搅拌时间为16分钟,得到混合液A;
2)、向反应釜中缓慢加入4份的十二烷基硫酸钠和2份的酒石酸氢钾,并进行混合搅拌,搅拌速度为50转/分,搅拌温度为18度,搅拌时间为13分钟,得到混合液B;
3)、向混合液B中加入18份的甲缩醛、8份的乙醇、6份的对羟基苯甲酸以及4份的抗氧剂,并进行混合搅拌,搅拌速度为52转/分,搅拌温度为29度,搅拌时间为9分钟,得到混合液C;
4)、最后向混合液C中加入7份的表面活性剂以及5份的防锈剂,并进行混合搅拌,搅拌速度为65转/分,搅拌温度为59度,搅拌时间为25分钟,然后常温静置2.5小时,并调节PH至7,最后制得本发明的管道清洁剂。
使用时,将上述制得的清洁剂装入到压力喷洒器中,然后通过喷洒器对原油管道进行喷洒冲洗,油污去除率达95%以上。
实施例3:
上述原油管道清洁剂的制备方法,按照重量份数计,包括如下步骤:
1)、取60份的去离子水,放入到反应釜中,然后取8份的活性硅微粉、6份的无水亚硫酸钠和8份的柠檬酸钠,并依次倒入到反应釜中进行混合搅拌,搅拌速度为58转/分,搅拌温度为33度,搅拌时间为18分钟,得到混合液A;
2)、向反应釜中缓慢加入5份的十二烷基硫酸钠和3份的酒石酸氢钾,并进行混合搅拌,搅拌速度为60转/分,搅拌温度为20度,搅拌时间为15分钟,得到混合液B;
3)、向混合液B中加入22份的甲缩醛、10份的乙醇、9份的对羟基苯甲酸以及5份的抗氧剂,并进行混合搅拌,搅拌速度为60转/分,搅拌温度为32度,搅拌时间为12分钟,得到混合液C;
4)、最后向混合液C中加入9份的表面活性剂以及7份的防锈剂,并进行混合搅拌,搅拌速度为70转/分,搅拌温度为65度,搅拌时间为30分钟,然后常温静置3小时,并调节PH至7.5,最后制得本发明的管道清洁剂。
使用时,将上述制得的清洁剂装入到压力喷洒器中,然后通过喷洒器对原油管道进行喷洒冲洗,油污去除率达99.5%以上。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (3)
1.一种工业原油管道清洁剂的制备方法,其特征在于,按照重量份数计,包括如下步骤:
1)、取50-60份的去离子水,放入到反应釜中,然后取5-8份的活性硅微粉、2-6份的无水亚硫酸钠和4-8份的柠檬酸钠,并依次倒入到反应釜中进行混合搅拌,搅拌速度为50-58转/分,搅拌温度为23-33度,搅拌时间为12-18分钟,得到混合液A;
2)、向反应釜中缓慢加入2-5份的十二烷基硫酸钠和1-3份的酒石酸氢钾,并进行混合搅拌,搅拌速度为40-60转/分,搅拌温度为15-20度,搅拌时间为10-15分钟,得到混合液B;
3)、向混合液B中加入12-22份的甲缩醛、5-10份的乙醇、3-9份的对羟基苯甲酸以及3-5份的抗氧剂,并进行混合搅拌,搅拌速度为45-60转/分,搅拌温度为26-32度,搅拌时间为5-12分钟,得到混合液C;
4)、最后向混合液C中加入4-9份的表面活性剂以及3-7份的防锈剂,并进行混合搅拌,搅拌速度为60-70转/分,搅拌温度为55-65度,搅拌时间为20-30分钟,然后常温静置2-3小时,并调节PH至6.5-7.5,最后制得本发明的管道清洁剂。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种工业原油管道清洁剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述表面活性剂为TX-10、FMES、LAS、AEO-9、TX-10、OP-10、QYL-83C和Y-35中的任意四种的混合物。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种工业原油管道清洁剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述防锈剂由纯碱、磷酸三钠、丙酸钠、三聚磷酸钠以及蒸馏水按照1∶1∶2∶2∶20的比例混合而成。
