一种道路标线涂料及制备方法,所述道路标线涂料物料及重量配比分别是:防结皮剂0.4份、催干剂0.7份、群青0.7份、聚乙烯蜡21份、重质碳酸钙479份、石英砂503份、玻璃珠21份、滑石粉11份、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯5份、钛白粉14份、有机硅烷改性醇酸树脂22份。本发明可用于公路、高速公路、城市道路、机场、码头等路面的道路分界线、中间线及安全带等路面标志线的道路标线涂料,具有防滑、耐磨、憎水、耐气候、抗粉化、耐碱、耐水等等优点,并具有灯光反射性能、存储稳定性、施工画线性能、颜色种类丰富、色牢度稳定、价格便宜,防滑作用突出、颜色种类丰富等特点。

技术领域
本发明涉及涂料领域,具体涉及一种道路标线涂料,可用于公路、高速公路、城市道路、机场、码头等路面的道路分界线、中间线及安全带等路面标志线的道路标线涂料,具有防滑、耐磨、憎水、耐气候、抗粉化、耐碱、耐水等等优点,并具有灯光反射性能、存储稳定性、施工画线性能、颜色种类丰富、色牢度稳定、价格便宜,防滑作用突出、颜色种类丰富等特点。
背景技术
道路标线涂料又称道路标线涂料和路面防滑涂料等等;它的分类、组成及特点如下:组成:路面防滑涂料由基料及防滑骨料组成。涂层表面可撒布玻璃微珠。成型后涂层的颜色主要为红、绿、黄、蓝等。国内外目前主要有四类彩色路面材料:一是彩色沥青混合料类;二是乳化彩色沥青稀浆封层类;三是彩色水泥灌浆沥青混合料类;四是彩色路面防滑涂料,较之前三类材料,彩色路面防滑涂料具备更加突出的防滑性能。由于彩色路面防滑涂料在铺设彩色路面时施工简单、颜色种类丰富、色牢度相对稳定、价格相对便宜,防滑作用突出,所以在公交车专用道、高速公路、收费口、公路上下坡、十字路口、环岛、公交车停靠站等交通事故多发地段的路面得到广泛应用,起到了很好的安全警示和防滑作用,该类涂料在国内外彩色路面的铺装中用量将越来越大。路面防滑涂料产品大体归纳为三个主要品种,其各自主要特点分述如下:(1)热熔型:该类型涂料为物理干燥型。防滑骨料一般预混于涂料中,施工温度在200℃以上,耗能高;但成本相对较低,环保性好,基本无环境污染。由于成膜物为热塑性树脂,高温易变形,易开裂,大面积施工困难,耐久性一般为2年左右。(2)双组份冷涂型:该类型涂料为化学交联固化型。常温下施工,施工时将双组份基料混合涂布于路面,然后立即撒布防滑骨料,所撒布骨料为非彩色防滑骨料,应加涂一层彩色面层。该类涂料的基料一般由为无溶剂的双组份体系构成,但成膜树脂中存在部分残留单体,对环境污染较小。成膜树脂主要为丙烯酸、环氧树脂等类型,与基层附着力好,与路面结合牢固,耐磨性、耐久性好,但成本稍高。(3)单组份冷涂型:该类型涂料为物理干燥型。防滑骨料较细,一般预混于涂料中。常温下施工,由于涂料中含挥发性有机溶剂,环境污染严重。一次成膜厚度较薄,需多次喷涂才能达到一定涂层厚度,与基层附着力较差;其耐磨性、耐久性与涂层厚度关系较大。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种道路标线涂料,可用于公路、高速公路、城市道路、机场、码头等路面的道路分界线、中间线及安全带等路面标志线的道路标线涂料,具有防滑、耐磨、憎水、耐气候、抗粉化、耐碱、耐水等等优点,并具有灯光反射性能、存储稳定性、施工画线性能、颜色种类丰富、色牢度稳定、价格便宜,防滑作用突出、颜色种类丰富等特点。

其制备方法为以下步骤:在搅拌容器中依次加入防结皮剂、催干剂、群青、聚乙烯蜡、重质碳酸钙、石英砂、玻璃珠、滑石粉、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、钛白粉、有机硅烷改性醇酸树脂,充分搅拌均匀后,即可得成品。

1.一种道路标线涂料,其特征在于,物料及重量配比分别是:防结皮剂0.4份、催干剂0.7份、群青0.7份、聚乙烯蜡21份、重质碳酸钙479份、石英砂503份、玻璃珠21份、滑石粉11份、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯5份、钛白粉14份、有机硅烷改性醇酸树脂22份。
2.按照权利要求1所述的道路标线涂料,其特征在于,其制备方法,制备方法为以下步骤:在搅拌容器中依次加入防结皮剂、催干剂、群青、聚乙烯蜡、重质碳酸钙、石英砂、玻璃珠、滑石粉、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、钛白粉、有机硅烷改性醇酸树脂,充分搅拌均匀后,即可得成品。
