一种用户设备、网络侧设备及DPCCH发送方法,实现网络侧设备对DPCCH的发送时刻已知且DPCCH的周期性发送的DPCCH发送,其中包括:通过用户设备接收网络侧设备发送的指示信息;根据指示信息,激活DC-HSUPA的辅载波;获取上行DTX参数;根据指示信息及上行DTX参数,在DC-HSUPA的辅载波上周期性的发送上行DPCCH。
