Abstract
本发明涉及一种在有机相中的纤维的可泵送悬浮液,所述悬浮液具有长的储存期限并且包含1.0-60重量%的纤维和0.01-10重量%的二取代的脲。本发明还涉及二取代的脲用于将纤维悬浮于有机相中的用途。
Description
本发明涉及一种在有机相中的纤维的可泵送的耐贮存悬浮液,并且还涉及一种使用二取代的脲而将纤维悬浮于有机相中的方法。
制备含纤维涂料、地板覆盖物、轮胎、人造革等通常需要计量添加纤维。处理这些纤维通常是困难的。特别是当纤维添加至油状疏水性液体中时,可能由于纤维的悬浮性不足、还可能由于静电效应、由于纤维的聚集(即“团聚”)等而产生不利的问题。还有一种问题是这些种类的纤维——特别是短切纤维——通常难以输送。相比之下,分批加入——可通过手工——至有机制剂中特别伴随着增加的劳动力需求,并因此伴随着成本增加。
通过本发明解决的问题是基本上解决上述问题。所述问题更具体而言是提供一种可易于处理的、理论上可机械输送的且甚至在长期贮存过程中也不会沉降的纤维制剂。所解决的问题更具体而言是提供本发明的可泵送的耐贮存悬浮液。
所述问题通过独立权利要求的特征而解决。从属权利要求涉及本发明的优选实施方案。
出人意料地发现,二取代的脲能够永久地稳定多种可泵送悬浮液形式的纤维。
因此,在第一方面,本发明提供一种在有机相中的纤维的可泵送的耐贮存悬浮液,其包含1.0-60重量%的纤维和0.01-10重量%的二取代的脲(所述有机相包含剩余部分)。所述悬浮液还可包含其他成分,在这种情况下所有百分比必须共计为100重量%,正如可以理解的。
优选地,本发明的悬浮液包含10-60重量%、特别是25-50重量%的纤维。
更优选本发明的悬浮液包含0.05-10重量%、特别是0.1-5重量%的二取代的脲。
对于本发明而言,“有机相”通常是不与水混溶的任何液体有机化合物。在本文中,不与水混溶应理解为意指在有机化合物/水体系中形成两相。更特别地,所述有机化合物在20℃下于水中的溶解度应小于10重量%、优选小于2重量%且特别是小于1重量%。
相比之下,“有机相”优选理解为意指矿物油、原油、石蜡油、汽油、石油、环烷油、芳族油、脂族烃或芳族烃(例如,苯、甲苯和二甲苯)、脂肪油(甘油三脂)、脂肪酸酯(例如,生物柴油)、硅氧烷油以及常规增塑剂(例如,各种邻苯二甲酸酯和氢化邻苯二甲酸酯)。所述“有机相”还可为用于聚合物形成的反应性组分,例如丙烯酸酯或异氰酸酯。然而,还可以使用这些化合物中的两种或多种的混合物。脂族烃和芳族烃是非常特别优选的。
“纤维”是与其长度相比为薄的柔性结构,其具有优选不小于10∶1且更优选不小于100∶1的长度/直径比。适于本发明的目的的纤维可由多种不同的材料组成,例如包含聚乙烯和聚丙烯的聚烯烃;聚乙烯醇;聚丙烯腈;包含聚乙二醇己二酸酯、聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯、聚乳酸(PLA)的聚酯;包含聚己内酰胺、尼龙66、尼龙6T的聚酰胺;包含玻璃、碳、玄武岩和金属的无机材料;或包含纤维素和木质素的可再生材料;及其混合物。
所述纤维适宜具有2μm至2mm、优选10μm至100μm的直径,和适宜0.1mm至25cm、优选1mm至10cm的长度,所服从的条件是长径比(长度/直径比)不小于10、优选不小于100。特别优选的短切纤维的长度不超过2.5cm。
所述“二取代的脲”可由单异氰酸酯或多异氰酸酯和有机胺获得。所述单异氰酸酯符合式R1-NCO,其中R1优选选自甲基、乙基、正丙基、异丙基、正丁基、仲丁基、叔丁基、正戊基、新戊基、正己基、2-乙基-正己基、正十二烷基、环己基、苯基和苄基。所述多异氰酸酯优选为脂族异氰酸酯、芳族异氰酸酯或NCO官能度(分子中NCO基团的数目)为2至5、优选2至3的结合脂族-芳族异氰酸酯。合适的多异氰酸酯包括四亚甲基1,4-二异氰酸酯、2-甲基-五亚甲基1,5-二异氰酸酯、六亚甲基1,6-二异氰酸酯(HDI)、2,2,4-三甲基六亚甲基1,6-二异氰酸酯和2,4,4-三甲基六亚甲基1,6-二异氰酸酯(TMDI)、十二亚甲基1,12-二异氰酸酯、赖氨酸二异氰酸酯、赖氨酸酯二异氰酸酯、1-异氰酸酯基-3,3,5-三甲基-5-异氰酸酯基甲基环己烷(异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯-IPDI)、1,4-二异氰酸酯基-2,2,6-三甲基环己烷(TMCDI)、2,2’-二环己基甲烷二异氰酸酯、2,4’-二环己基甲烷二异氰酸酯和4,4’-二环己基甲烷二异氰酸酯(H12MDI)、环己烷1,3-二异氰酸酯和环己烷1,4-二异氰酸酯(CHDI)、1,3-双(异氰酸酯基甲基)-环己烷和1,4-双(异氰酸酯基甲基)-环己烷、4,4’-二异氰酸酯基二环己基-2,2-丙烷、间亚苯基二异氰酸酯和对亚苯基二异氰酸酯、2,3,5,6-四甲基-1,4-二异氰酸酯基苯、3,3’-二甲基-4,4’-二异氰酸酯基联苯(TOBI)、2,4-甲代亚苯基二异氰酸酯和2,6-甲代亚苯基二异氰酸酯(TDI)、2,2’-二苯甲烷二异氰酸酯、2,4’-二苯甲烷二异氰酸酯和4,4’-二苯甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)、亚萘基1,2-二异氰酸酯和亚萘基1,5-二异氰酸酯(NDI)、间亚二甲苯基二异氰酸酯和对亚二甲苯基二异氰酸酯(XDI)、四甲基亚二甲苯基二异氰酸酯(TMXDI)以及任何所需的其混合物。对于本发明而言,本发明的多异氰酸酯还应包括二聚体(脲二酮)和三聚体(异氰脲酸酯)。所述HDI三聚体在此特别重要。还应包括低聚物,实例为“聚合的MDI”,其中n=1至8:
所述“有机胺”优选为未取代的直链的、支链的或环状的、饱和或烯属单不饱和或多不饱和伯胺,优选脂族伯胺且特别是脂肪胺。
已发现,用C6-22烷基胺,特别是油胺且特别是其与MDI结合时本发明的效果特别优异。
可通过异氰酸酯与有机胺的反应而获得的二取代的脲直接在有机相中制备或在溶剂中制备,并且通过干燥以可再溶解的粉末形式获得。
本发明还提供使用所述二取代的脲而将所述纤维悬浮于所述有机相中的方法。
以下实施例阐释本发明。
实施例
实施例1:油胺与MDI的反应
将100g油胺溶于300g甲苯中。在剧烈搅拌下,在另一容器中将46.77gMDI(购自BASFSE的MI——异构体混合物)溶于300g甲苯中,并将其逐渐(温度升高)加入至油胺溶液中。继续搅拌30分钟,然后蒸发溶剂以获得白色蜡状粉末形式的产物。
实施例2:油胺与MDI的反应
将34.07g油胺在剧烈搅拌下与600g石蜡油(C11-25馏分)混合。在剧烈搅拌下,在另一容器中将15.93gMDI(购自BASFSE的MI——异构体混合物)溶于300g甲苯中,并将其逐渐加入至油胺溶液中(温度略微升高)。继续搅拌30分钟以获得无色的、轻微不透明的、粘稠的、触变的但加压可泵送的溶液形式的产物。
实施例3:本发明的纤维悬浮液的性质
由50ml石蜡油(C11-25馏分)、3.0g的实施例1的产物和40g聚乳酸纤维(长度为约6mm,厚度<20μm)制备悬浮液,并将其在螺旋盖罐(screwlidjar)中储存3小时或1周。没有观察到纤维沉降。悬浮液可泵性用压力驱动的筒式压力机(cartridgepress)进行试验。使用1巴的泵送压力、20mm的孔径和4.6cm的筒径,可在3秒内泵送量为80.1g的悬浮液(26.7g/s)。在泵送期间没有观察到发生分离。
实施例4:各种试验系列
用不同的纤维、溶剂和分散剂重复实施例3。结果示于表1(贮存试验)和表2(泵送试验)中。手动泵送用于与实施例3形成对比。很明显,仅本发明的二取代的脲解决本文开始时所定义的问题,并且与MDI结合的油胺效果最佳。
Claims (9)
1.一种在有机相中的纤维的可泵送耐贮存悬浮液,其包含
1.0-60重量%的纤维,和
0.01-10重量%的二取代的脲。
2.权利要求1所述的悬浮液,其包含10-60重量%、优选25-50重量%的纤维。
3.权利要求1或2所述的悬浮液,其包含0.05-10重量%、优选0.1-5重量%的二取代的脲。
4.权利要求1-3中任一项所述的悬浮液,其中所述有机相选自矿物油、原油、石蜡油、汽油、石油、环烷油、芳族油、脂族烃和芳族烃、脂肪油、脂肪酸酯、硅氧烷油、邻苯二甲酸酯及其混合物。
5.权利要求1-4中任一项所述的悬浮液,其中所述纤维由下述物质形成:聚烯烃,包括聚乙烯和聚丙烯;聚乙烯醇;聚丙烯腈;聚酯,包括聚乙二醇己二酸酯、聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯、聚乳酸;聚酰胺,包括聚己内酰胺、尼龙66、尼龙6T;无机材料,包括玻璃、碳、玄武岩和金属;或可再生材料,包括纤维素和木质素;及其混合物。
6.权利要求1-5中任一项所述的悬浮液,其中所述纤维具有2μm至2mm、优选10μm至100μm的直径和0.1mm至25cm、优选1mm至10cm的长度,所服从的条件是长径比不小于10、优选不小于100。
7.权利要求1-6中任一项所述的悬浮液,其中所述二取代的脲是可由单异氰酸酯或多异氰酸酯和脂肪胺获得的二取代的脲。
8.权利要求1-7中任一项所述的悬浮液,其中所述二取代的脲是可由油胺和二苯甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)获得的二取代的脲。
9.一种使用权利要求1-8中任一项所定义的二取代的脲将纤维悬浮于有机相中的方法。
