Description
Technical Field
The present disclosure relates to the field of communications technologies, and in particular, to a method, an apparatus, and a system for authenticating multimedia communications.
Background
With the development of communication technology, mobile terminals and intelligent terminals have been widely used, and generally, users have one, two or more communication telephone numbers. However, because of the unsound information security system, the communication telephone numbers of many users are often revealed, so that the users often receive harassing calls of strangers, and normal life and work are influenced.
At present, the harassing calls can be shielded by directly establishing an authentication channel between the calling equipment and the receiving equipment. In this way, the caller establishes a communication channel and an authentication channel with the receiver by using the identification code, then the caller transmits authentication data corresponding to the identification code to the receiver through the authentication channel, and the receiver confirms that the caller is a legal one through the authentication data and then communicates with the receiver through the communication channel. Of course, the harassing call can be shielded by means of the authentication code communication service of the call exchange server. In this manner, the terminal joins the authentication code communication service of the talk exchange server and obtains the service subscriber authentication code. Thus, the sending terminal can send a communication request signal containing the authentication code of the service subscriber to the call switching server, the call switching server transmits the telephone number of the service subscriber to the receiving terminal after receiving the communication request signal containing the authentication code, and the receiving terminal receives the alarm call and displays the telephone number of the subscriber terminal received by the call switching server on a screen.

Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to the exemplary embodiments, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. When the following description refers to the accompanying drawings, like numbers in different drawings represent the same or similar elements unless otherwise indicated. The implementations described in the exemplary embodiments below are not intended to represent all implementations consistent with the present disclosure. Rather, they are merely examples of apparatus and methods consistent with certain aspects of the present disclosure, as detailed in the appended claims.
The technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the disclosure relates to three parties: the authentication server, a calling terminal and a called terminal, wherein in the embodiment, the calling terminal is a first terminal, and the called terminal is a second terminal. The first terminal can initiate an authentication request for multimedia communication with the second terminal to the authentication server and initiate multimedia communication to the second terminal; the authentication server can be provided by a third-party service provider trusted by the second terminal, such as an authentication server of a specific development platform for a terminal operating system; the authentication server stores authentication question information related to the second terminal and corresponding reply information, so that after receiving the authentication request, the authentication server can send the authentication question information to the first terminal, authenticate the reply information returned by the first terminal, inform the second terminal after the authentication is successful, and add the communication identification information of the first terminal into a temporary white list of the second terminal. And the second terminal adds the communication identification information of the first terminal into the temporary white list, receives the multimedia communication initiated by the first terminal and does not intercept the multimedia communication even if the do-not-disturb mode is started. Therefore, in the process, the second terminal and the authentication server are mutually trusted, and when the first terminal needs to perform multimedia communication with the second terminal which starts the do-not-disturb mode, not only the communication identification information of the second terminal but also the reply information of the authentication question information related to the second terminal need to be known, and the multimedia communication initiated by other terminals which only know the communication identification information of the second terminal can be intercepted by the second terminal, so that the harassing call is effectively shielded.
Authentication server side:
fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a method for authenticating multimedia communication according to an exemplary embodiment, where the method is used in an authentication server, as shown in fig. 1, and includes the following steps S101 to S104:
in step S101, an authentication request for multimedia communication with a second terminal sent by a first terminal is received.
The first terminal needs to authenticate before initiating multimedia communication with the second terminal, that is, the first terminal sends an authentication request for multimedia communication with the second terminal to the authentication server, and the authentication server receives the authentication request.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the multimedia communication includes: one or more of voice communication, video communication and instant communication.
In step S102, at least one piece of authentication problem information is determined from the stored authentication problem information related to the second terminal as current authentication problem information, and the current authentication problem information is returned to the first terminal.
The authentication server is a server in which the second terminal is trusted, and authentication question information related to the second terminal and reply information corresponding to the authentication question information are stored on the authentication server. The authentication problem information may include one, two, or more authentication problem information. In this way, the authentication server determines at least one piece of authentication problem information from the stored authentication problem information as the current authentication problem information, i.e., the current authentication problem information may be composed of one, two, or more pieces of authentication problem information.
In step S103, current reply information of the current authentication question information transmitted by the first terminal is received.
The first terminal sends the current reply information to the authentication server after replying the current authentication question information, and the authentication server receives the current reply information. If the current authentication question information consists of one authentication question information, the current reply information generally consists of one corresponding reply information, and if the current authentication question information consists of two or more authentication question information, the current reply information can consist of one, two or more reply information, namely, the first terminal can reply to all the received authentication question information or reply to only one or more authentication question information.
In step S104, if the current reply information matches the stored reply information, the authentication success message is sent to the second terminal, and the communication identifier information of the first terminal is added to the temporary white list of the second terminal, so that the first terminal and the second terminal perform multimedia communication.
The authentication server matches the received current reply information with the stored reply information after receiving the current reply information, if the current reply information is matched with the stored reply information, the authentication is determined to be successful, the authentication success information can be sent to the second terminal, and the communication identification information of the first terminal is added into a temporary white list of the second terminal, so that after the first terminal initiates multimedia communication with the second terminal, the second terminal can remind and display the communication identification information of the first terminal, and the second terminal can perform multimedia communication with the first terminal.
Because, in the embodiment of the present disclosure, the multimedia communication includes: one or more of voice communication, video communication and instant communication, the communication identification information of the corresponding terminal may also be various. Thus, the communication identification information may include: one or more of number information, account information, identity ID information, identification code information, and the like. No matter which communication identification information is used, the corresponding unique terminal can be determined according to the communication identification information.
It can be seen that there is an authentication process between the first terminal and the authentication server with respect to the second terminal, and the witness process does not require the participation of the second terminal. And only after the first terminal passes the authentication of the authentication server, the first terminal can carry out multimedia communication connection with the second terminal with the do-not-disturb function. Otherwise, the second terminal which starts the do-not-disturb function and does not store the communication identification information of the first terminal in the white list intercepts the multimedia communication initiated by the first terminal, thereby effectively shielding the harassing call.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the authentication problem information is related to the second terminal, and may be user identity problem information of the second terminal, for example: the authentication problem information includes: "what is the user's name? "," which day the user's birthday is? "," where is the user's work unit? One, two, or more authentication question information of "where the user's residence is", and the like. These problems are generally known to persons familiar with the user of the second terminal, so that the initiation of the multimedia communication to the second terminal is not intercepted. For some specific users, the authentication question information may also be a call authentication code question information, such as: the users between the same working unit or organization are not familiar with the identity problem of the other party, so the authentication problem information can be the call authentication code problem information, and the call authentication code corresponding to the second terminal is disclosed in the internal file of the unit or organization, so the first terminal can acquire the call authentication code and pass the authentication of the authentication server. In order to further prevent information leakage, the call authentication code of the second terminal can be replaced periodically, and the corresponding second terminal sends the replaced call authentication code to the authentication server for storage. In addition, the second terminal may also set some setting questions, i.e., the authentication question information includes user setting question information. In order to reduce the error rate of intercepting calls, the authentication problem information may include one or two or more of user identity problem information, call authentication code problem information, and user set problem information. For example, the authentication issue information includes: "is the user's birthday the day? Three authentication questions of 'what the call authentication code is', and 'what the user likes in color'. Alternatively, the authentication question information is "what the user name is".
The authentication server stores authentication question information related to the second terminal transmitted from the second terminal, and reply information corresponding to the authentication question information. In this way, the authentication server determines at least one piece of authentication problem information as the current authentication problem information from the stored authentication problem information. The current authentication issue information may be one, two, or all of the stored authentication issue information. For example: the authentication question information stored in the authentication server and the reply information corresponding thereto are shown in table 1:
authentication problem information | Reply message |
What is the user's birthday? | Year and month |
Where is the user's household registration? | Beijing |
What is the user's call authentication code? | 147568 |
What is the user's calendar? | Master's soldier |
TABLE 1
The authentication server determines at least one authentication question information as the current authentication question information from the stored authentication question information, so that the current authentication question information may be "what is the user's academic story? "or" where the user's household is? "and" what is the user's call authentication code? "or" what is the user's birthday? "," where the user's household registration is? "," what is the user's call authentication code? "and" what the user's calendar is? "and the like, are not necessarily all enumerated. If the current authentication problem information comprises a relatively simple authentication problem information, a random verification code can be added into the current authentication problem information.
The first terminal needs to reply after receiving the current authentication question information and sends the corresponding current reply information to the authentication server. Since the current authentication question information may be one, two, or more questions, the current reply information may also be one, two, or more information. In addition, if the current authentication question information includes two or more questions, the first terminal may only need to answer one of the questions, that is, when the current authentication question information includes two or more authentication question information, the current reply information may only include one reply information.
The authentication server matches the received previous reply information with the stored reply information. If at least one piece of information in the current reply information is found in the stored reply information, the matching between the current reply information and the stored reply information is confirmed; and if at least one piece of information in the current reply information is not found in the stored reply information, confirming that the current reply information is not matched with the stored reply information. For example: the authentication question information stored in the authentication server corresponds to the reply information, and the current authentication question information is "where the user's membership is? "and" what is the user's call authentication code? "the current reply message is" shanghai "and" 147568 "or only" 147568 ", since for" what is the user's call authentication code? "is correct, that is, the current reply information" 147568 "is found in the reply information in table 1, the authentication is confirmed to be successful, and the authentication server may send an authentication success message to the second terminal. If the current reply information is "shanghai" and "147578", any one of the current reply information is not found in the reply information of table 1, and it is confirmed that the authentication is unsuccessful.
In another embodiment of the present disclosure, the current authentication question information is only one or several of the authentication question information stored by the authentication server, but not necessarily all of the authentication question information, and therefore, if the authentication server determines that the current response information does not match the stored response information, another at least one authentication question information is re-determined from the stored authentication question information related to the second terminal as the current authentication question information, the current authentication question information is returned to the first terminal, the current response information of the current authentication question information sent by the first terminal is received, and the current response information is matched with the stored response information until the matching is successful or until the stored authentication question information is rotated.
When the authentication problem information is alternated, the authentication server does not completely transmit the current authentication problem information to the first terminal every time. If the current authentication problem information only comprises one authentication problem information, the current authentication problem information sent each time is different. If the current authentication problem information comprises two or more pieces of authentication problem information, at least one piece of authentication problem information in the current authentication problem information sent this time is different from the authentication problem information in the current authentication problem information sent every time.
Due to the diversity of the authentication problem information, the current authentication problem information can be sent in a way of being not identical for multiple times, and the repeatability of the authentication matching process enables more first terminals to carry out multimedia communication with second terminals which start the do-not-disturb mode and do not store the communication identification information of the first terminals in the white list. Therefore, important or effective calls are prevented from being intercepted, and the accuracy of shielding harassing calls is improved.
The authentication server is generally a server that the second terminal trusts a third party, that is, the authentication server and the second terminal are trusted, and the first terminal and the authentication server may be in a trusted relationship or an untrusted relationship. If the first terminal and the authentication server are in a trusted relationship and can be controlled by the authentication server, the first terminal can send an authentication request for multimedia communication with the second terminal to the authentication server through network connection and send current reply information. Namely, the first terminal of the authentication server and the authentication server are connected through a network to transmit information. If the first terminal and the authentication server are not trustable or trustable, the first terminal can send an authentication request for multimedia communication with the second terminal to the authentication server through a short message channel of a trust platform of the first terminal, and send current reply information. That is, the first terminal of the authentication server and the authentication server transmit information through short messages, in the embodiment of the present disclosure, the authentication server receives an authentication request for multimedia communication with the second terminal, which is sent by the first terminal, through network connection or in a short message manner.
In another embodiment of the present disclosure, if the current reply information matches the stored reply information, the authentication success message is sent to the first terminal, so that the first terminal initiates multimedia communication with the second terminal. Therefore, the authentication server timely informs the first terminal of the successful authentication message, and the first terminal initiates the multimedia communication with the second terminal after receiving the notification, thereby reducing the blindness of initiating the communication and saving the communication resources.
In another embodiment of the present disclosure, after the multimedia communication between the first terminal and the second terminal is finished, the second terminal adds the communication identifier information of the first terminal to a white list of the second terminal. In the authentication process of the first terminal and the authentication server, the participation of the second terminal is not needed, but after the multimedia communication between the first terminal and the second terminal is finished, the second terminal can add the communication identification information of the first terminal into the white list of the second terminal. Therefore, the multimedia communication initiated by the first terminal is no longer a harassing call, and does not need to be intercepted in the do-not-disturb mode.
A first terminal side:
the disclosed embodiment provides a method for authenticating multimedia communication, wherein the authentication process is an interactive process between an authentication server and a first terminal, therefore, an execution main body for implementing the method is provided with the authentication server and can also be provided with the first terminal, therefore, another set of method for authenticating multimedia communication is arranged according to different implementation main bodies of the method, and the following steps are as follows:
fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating an authenticated multimedia communication method according to an exemplary embodiment, where, as shown in fig. 2, the authenticated multimedia communication method is used in a first terminal, and includes the following steps S201 to S203:
in step S201, an authentication request for multimedia communication with the second terminal is sent to the authentication server, and current authentication problem information returned by the authentication server is received, where the current authentication problem information is determined by the authentication service from the stored authentication problem information related to the second terminal, and the current authentication problem information includes at least one piece of authentication problem information.
The first terminal sends an authentication request for multimedia communication with the second terminal to the authentication server, and the authentication server determines at least one piece of authentication problem information as current authentication problem information from the stored authentication problem information related to the second terminal and sends the current authentication problem information to the first terminal.
Also, multimedia communication includes: one or more of voice communication, video communication and instant communication.
In step S202, the current reply information of the current authentication question information is sent to the authentication server, so that the authentication server matches the current reply information with the stored reply information, and when the current reply information matches the stored reply information, an authentication success message is sent to the second terminal, and the communication identification information of the terminal that initiated the authentication request is added to the temporary white list of the second terminal.
After the first terminal sends the current reply information of the current authentication question information to the authentication server, the authentication server can authenticate according to the current reply information and the stored reply information, send an authentication success message to the second terminal after the authentication is successful, and add the communication identification information of the terminal initiating the authentication request into a temporary white list of the second terminal.
And the communication identification information may include: one or more of number information, account information, identity ID information, identification code information, and the like.
In step S203, a multimedia communication is initiated to the second terminal.
The first terminal may initiate a multimedia communication to the second terminal. When the first terminal passes the authentication of the authentication server, the multimedia communication initiated by the first terminal can be connected by the second terminal. And when the first terminal fails the authentication of the authentication server, the second terminal starts the do-not-disturb mode and the communication identification information of the first terminal is not stored in the white list of the second terminal, the multimedia communication initiated by the first terminal is intercepted by the second terminal.
In order to avoid that the first terminal blindly initiates multimedia communication with the second terminal, in the embodiment of the present disclosure, the first terminal may also initiate multimedia communication to the second terminal after receiving an authentication success message returned by the authentication server. The authentication server authenticates according to the current reply information and the stored reply information, and after the current reply information is successfully matched with the stored reply information, the authentication server not only sends an authentication success message to the second terminal, but also can send an authentication success message to the first terminal, so that the first terminal receives the authentication success message returned by the authentication server before initiating multimedia communication to the second terminal.
Similarly, the first terminal and the authentication server may be in a trusted relationship or an untrusted relationship, and therefore, the first terminal sends an authentication request for multimedia communication with the second terminal to the authentication server through network connection or in a short message manner. Namely, the first terminal and the authentication server are connected through a network or transmit information in a short message mode.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the authentication question information also has diversity, the current authentication question information may not be completely the same for multiple times to be sent, and the authentication matching process may also have repeatability, so that the first terminal further receives another current authentication question information redetermined from the stored authentication question information related to the second terminal, which is returned when the authentication server determines that the current response information does not match the stored response information, and sends the current response information of the current authentication question information to the authentication server, so that the authentication server matches the current response information with the stored response information until the matching is successful or until the stored authentication question information is rotated.
Therefore, the first terminal needs to initiate an authentication request of multimedia communication, only after the authentication server passes the authentication request, the second terminal which starts the do-not-disturb function and does not store the communication identification information of the first terminal in the white list can be connected with the multimedia communication initiated by the first terminal, otherwise, the multimedia communication of the first terminal is intercepted by the second terminal, and the harassing call is effectively shielded.
The method provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure is illustrated by integrating the respective operation flows of the authentication server side and the first terminal side into a specific embodiment.
In a first embodiment, the authentication server is a first server, the second terminal is a terminal a, the second terminal and the authentication server are in a trust relationship, and the first server can control the terminal a. The first server stores authentication question information related to the second terminal and reply information corresponding to the authentication question information. In this embodiment, the multimedia communication may be a voice communication, and is specifically a telephone communication. And the corresponding communication identification information can be number information.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating a method for authenticating multimedia communication according to an exemplary embodiment, where the method shown in fig. 3 includes: step S301 to step S307.
In step S301, the first terminal sends an authentication request for telephone communication with the second terminal to the first server.
If the first terminal is also a terminal which can be controlled by the first server, the first terminal can send an authentication request for telephone communication with the second terminal to the first server through network connection. If the first terminal is a terminal of other types, an authentication request for telephone communication with the second terminal can be sent to the first server in a short message mode.
In step S302, the first server determines at least one piece of authentication problem information as current authentication problem information from the stored authentication problem information related to the second terminal.
Also, there is diversity in the authentication problem information, which includes: one or two or more kinds of problem information in user identity problem information, call authentication code problem information and user set problem information.
In step S303, the first server transmits the current authentication problem information to the first terminal.
In step S304, the first terminal transmits current reply information of the current authentication question information to the first server.
In step S305, the first server authenticates the received current reply message and the stored reply message, and determines whether the current reply message matches the stored reply message? If the current reply information matches with the stored reply information, step S306 is executed, otherwise, the process ends.
Is the current reply message matched with the saved reply message? If the matching is performed in step S306, otherwise, the process ends.
In step S306, the first server sends the authentication success message to the second terminal, and adds the number information of the first terminal to the temporary white list of the second terminal.
In step S307, the first terminal initiates a telephone communication with the second terminal.
After the first server adds the number information of the first terminal into the temporary white list of the second terminal, the telephone communication initiated by the first terminal can be connected by the second terminal.
In this embodiment of the disclosure, in step S305, if the current reply information does not match the stored reply information, the process may jump to step S307, and only when the second terminal starts the do-not-disturb mode and the number information of the first terminal is not stored in the white list, the telephone communication initiated by the first terminal will be intercepted by the second terminal.
In addition, before step S307, the first server may further send the authentication success message to the first terminal, so as to prevent the first terminal from blindly initiating the telephone communication.
In a second embodiment, the multimedia communication may be a video communication, and the first server may send the current authentication problem information to the first terminal multiple times. Fig. 4 is a flowchart illustrating a method for authenticating multimedia communication according to an exemplary embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, including: step S401 to step S409.
In step S401, the first terminal sends an authentication request for video communication with the second terminal to the first server.
In step S402, the first server determines at least one piece of authentication problem information as current authentication problem information from the stored authentication problem information related to the second terminal.
In step S403, the first server transmits current authentication problem information to the first terminal.
In step S404, the first terminal transmits current reply information of the current authentication question information to the first server.
In step S405, the first server performs authentication according to the received current reply information and the stored reply information, and if the current reply information matches the stored reply information, step S406 is executed, otherwise, step S408 is executed.
Is the current reply message matched with the saved reply message? If the matching is performed, step S306 is performed, otherwise, step S408 is performed.
In step S406, the first server sends the authentication success message to the second terminal, and adds the communication identifier information of the first terminal to the temporary white list of the second terminal.
In step S407, the first terminal initiates video communication with the second terminal.
In step S408, the first server redetermines at least one other authentication question information as the current authentication question information from the stored authentication question information.
The first server stores two or more pieces of authentication problem information, the current authentication problem information sent last time is only one or more of the two or more pieces of authentication problem information, and at the moment, at least one other piece of authentication problem information is re-determined to be used as the current authentication problem information.
In step S409, the first server determines whether the redetermined current authentication problem information coincides with the current authentication problem information transmitted each time before? If not, the process returns to step S403, and if yes, the process ends.
If at least one piece of the re-determined current authentication problem information is different from the authentication problem information in the current authentication problem information sent each time, the first server determines that the authentication problem information is inconsistent, and returns to step S403 to send the current authentication problem information to the first terminal. And when the first server determines that the authentication problem information stored in the first server is consistent, that is, the authentication problem information stored in the first server has been rotated, and the process is ended, of course, the process may also jump to step S407, and only when the second terminal starts the do-not-disturb mode and the communication identification information of the first terminal is not stored in the white list, the video communication initiated by the first terminal is intercepted by the second terminal.
In the implementation of the present disclosure, the first server may perform authentication interaction with the first terminal for multiple times until the authentication is successful or until the stored authentication problem information is alternated. Therefore, more video communications initiated by the first terminal can be connected with the second terminal, so that some non-harassing calls are prevented from being intercepted, and the accuracy of intercepting harassing calls is improved.
Certainly, the second terminal may also add the communication identification information of the first terminal to the white list of the second terminal after the video communication with the first terminal is finished, thereby avoiding repeated authentication and saving telecommunication resources.
The following are embodiments of the disclosed apparatus that may be used to perform embodiments of the disclosed methods.
