Abstract
The invention discloses a vehicle management method and system. The method comprises the steps that a vehicle moving request sent by a vehicle management person is received through an Internet of Things server; according to the vehicle moving request, whether a corresponding vehicle is registered in the Internet of Things server is determined, and the vehicle management person is authenticated through the Internet of Things server; and after the fact that the vehicle is registered is determined and the authentication of the vehicle management person is passed, according to the vehicle moving request, the Internet of Things server authorizes the vehicle management person to move the vehicle a predetermined distance. According to the technical scheme provided by the invention, the vehicle can be moved in time; the loss of illegal parking of the owner of the vehicle can be reduced to a certain extent; the method and the system are convenient for a traffic management department; and serious consequences of violations can be avoided.

Detailed Description
Exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure will be described in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. While exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure are shown in the drawings, it should be understood that the present disclosure may be embodied in various forms and should not be limited to the embodiments set forth herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the scope of the disclosure to those skilled in the art.
In order to solve the problem that other people cannot move instead of the automobile when the automobile stops at a wrong position due to the fact that only the automobile owner can move the automobile in the prior art, the invention provides a vehicle management method and a vehicle management system, which allow a third party of the automobile owner to authorize the automobile network, and a traffic police, wherein a manager can move the automobile for a preset distance (for example, 300 to 500 meters), so that the automobile owner moving time is saved, and when the automobile owner makes a serious parking error, the manager or the traffic police can help the automobile owner to reduce loss to the greatest extent. In addition, when authenticating a vehicle manager, the vehicle manager may be required to input a management authorization number and/or a user name and a password in order to perform authentication.

and the authorization module 42 is used for authorizing the vehicle manager to move the vehicle for a preset distance through the internet of things server according to the vehicle movement request after the authentication module 40 determines that the vehicle is registered and the vehicle manager passes the authentication.
The authorization module 42 is specifically configured to:
directly send the authorization information for vehicle management personnel through thing networking server, wherein, the authorization information includes: the license plate number of the vehicle and the distance information of the movable vehicle; or,
the authorization request is sent to the vehicle owner through the internet of things server, and under the condition that the vehicle owner authorizes to move, the authorization information is sent to vehicle management personnel through the internet of things server, wherein the authorization information comprises: the license plate number of the vehicle, and the distance information of the vehicle capable of moving.
Preferably, the vehicle management system further comprises:
and the positioning module is used for acquiring the GPS information of the vehicle through the Internet of things server and monitoring the actual moving distance of the vehicle according to the GPS information. The positioning module is further configured to:
send vehicle movement information to the car owner through thing networking server, wherein, vehicle movement information includes: the license plate number of the vehicle, the information of vehicle management personnel and the position information of the current vehicle. Claims (12)
1. A vehicle management method, characterized by comprising:
receiving a vehicle moving request sent by a vehicle manager through an Internet of things server, determining whether a corresponding vehicle is registered in the Internet of things server according to the vehicle moving request, and authenticating the vehicle manager through the Internet of things server;
and after the vehicle is determined to be registered and the vehicle management personnel passes the authentication, authorizing the vehicle management personnel to move the vehicle for a preset distance through the Internet of things server according to the vehicle moving request.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein after authorizing the vehicle manager to move the vehicle a predetermined distance, the method further comprises:
and acquiring the GPS information of the vehicle through the Internet of things server, and monitoring the actual moving distance of the vehicle according to the GPS information.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
receiving, by the internet of things server, a request for inquiring whether a vehicle manager is legal, the request being sent from an owner of a vehicle registered with the internet of things server;
and inquiring the legality of the vehicle management personnel through the Internet of things server, and feeding back an inquiry result to the vehicle owner.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein authorizing, by the internet of things server, the vehicle manager to move the vehicle a predetermined distance specifically comprises:
sending authorization information to the vehicle management personnel through the internet of things server, wherein the authorization information comprises: the license plate number of the vehicle and the distance information capable of moving the vehicle; or,
through the thing networking server to the car owner sends the authorization request under the circumstances that the car owner authorizes to remove, through the thing networking server sends authorization information for vehicle management personnel, wherein, authorization information includes: the license plate number of the vehicle, and distance information enabling the vehicle to move.

6. The method of claim 2, wherein after monitoring the distance the vehicle actually moves based on the GPS information, the method further comprises:
calculating a difference value between the actual moving distance of the vehicle and the preset distance through the Internet of things server, and if the difference value is larger than a preset threshold value, alarming to the vehicle main owner and/or the alarm station.
7. A vehicle management system, comprising:
the authentication module is used for receiving a vehicle movement request sent by a vehicle manager through the Internet of things server, determining whether a corresponding vehicle is registered in the Internet of things server according to the vehicle movement request, and authenticating the vehicle manager through the Internet of things server;
and the authorization module is used for authorizing the vehicle manager to move the vehicle for a preset distance through the Internet of things server according to the vehicle moving request after the vehicle is determined to be registered and the vehicle manager passes the authentication.
8. The system of claim 7, wherein the system further comprises:
and the positioning module is used for acquiring the GPS information of the vehicle through the Internet of things server and monitoring the actual moving distance of the vehicle according to the GPS information.
9. The system of claim 7, wherein the system further comprises:
the inquiry module is used for receiving a request for inquiring whether a vehicle manager is legal or not, wherein the request is sent by a vehicle owner who registers a vehicle to the internet of things server through the internet of things server; and inquiring the legality of the vehicle management personnel through the internet of things server, and feeding back an inquiry result to the vehicle owner.
10. The system of claim 7, wherein the authorization module is specifically configured to:
sending authorization information to the vehicle management personnel through the internet of things server, wherein the authorization information comprises: the license plate number of the vehicle and the distance information capable of moving the vehicle; or,
