本发明涉及阀门,尤其涉及一种不锈钢磁力球阀。
背景技术
现有的球阀包括阀盖、阀体、手柄、阀杆、填料压盖、填料箱、球体、阀盖密封圈、阀体密封圈、密封填料和填料垫,密封填料装入填料箱,这样的结构,制作时要求保证密封性能,应有一定的弹性予紧力及调整余量,当用于挥发性物质时,使用一段时间后容易发生渗漏,安全性难以保证。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种不锈钢磁力球阀,该种不锈钢磁力球阀制作方便,且能提高长时间使用的安全系数。
要解决该技术问题,本发明的技术方案为:一种不锈钢磁力球阀,包括阀体、阀盖、球体、阀杆、联接体和手柄,所述的阀杆的下部具有球体,所述的球体位于阀体与阀盖之间,所述的联接体与阀体相连,其特征在于:所述的手柄的一端连接有短轴,所述的短轴处设置有外磁组件,所述的手柄、短轴和外磁组件连接为一体,所述的联接体的上方设置有内磁组件和隔离套,所述的内磁组件、联接体和阀杆为连成一体的结构,所述的内磁组件与联接体相连,所述的阀体、阀盖、球体和阀杆的材料为不锈钢。
所述的隔离套由折弯边、薄壁筒和底板组成。
所述的隔离套的折弯边为波浪形。
所述的外磁组件与联接体通过螺栓连接。
本发明一种不锈钢磁力球阀采用这样的结构,外形美观,制作方便,能提高长时间使用的安全系数。

如图1所示,不锈钢磁力球阀包括阀体1、阀盖11、球体10、联接体3、阀杆4、外磁组件5、隔离套6、内磁组件9、手柄7和短轴8,手柄7、短轴8和外磁组件5连接为一体,内磁组件9、联接体和阀杆4为连成一体的结构,内磁组件9与联接体3相连,联接体3与阀体1通过螺栓相连,阀杆4的下部具有球体,球体位于阀体与阀盖之间,球体与阀体、阀盖之间具有密封圈。阀体1、阀盖11、球体10和阀杆4的材料为不锈钢,外磁组件5与联接体3通过螺栓连接,隔离套6由折弯边、薄壁筒和底板组成,隔离套6的折弯边可以采用波浪形。

1.一种不锈钢磁力球阀,包括阀体、阀盖、球体、阀杆、联接体和手柄,所述的阀杆的下部具有球体,所述的球体位于阀体与阀盖之间,所述的联接体与阀体相连,其特征在于:所述的手柄的一端连接有短轴,所述的短轴处设置有外磁组件,所述的手柄、短轴和外磁组件连接为一体,所述的联接体的上方设置有内磁组件和隔离套,所述的内磁组件、联接体和阀杆为连成一体的结构,所述的内磁组件与联接体相连,所述的阀体、阀盖、球体和阀杆的材料为不锈钢。

3.根据权利要求2所述的一种不锈钢磁力球阀,其特征在于:所述的隔离套的折弯边为波浪形。
