Description
本发明涉及含有两种或更多种农药混合物的组成物，以及用来控制节肢动物的害虫，特别是昆虫，更具体地讲是应用于控制农业、林业、动物健康、公共卫生方面的害虫，以及用于保护储藏产品和建筑用的木料。
5-氨基-3-氰基-1-（2-，6-二氯-4-三氟甲基苯基）-4-三氟甲基亚硫酰吡唑（为了方便起见在以下内容涉及就把它称为“复合物A”）和塞欧代卡帕（thiodicarb），这两者都是有用的农药。
复合物A的制备和应用，在例如在南非专利NO.88/4179和相同的美国专利NO.205238中都有详细叙述。
塞欧代卡帕（Thiodicarb）是众所周知的普通产品。
不同的杀虫剂的混合物通常是用于控制不同的昆虫的混合侵扰。构成的各种杀虫剂对不同物种的昆虫具有不同值水平的效力。因此，各种化学品在其有利的作用方面是相互补充的。
研究和试验结果已经惊人地揭示了复合物A能与其相混合的Thiodicarb起协同作用以在控制害虫效果方面与单独使用每种杀虫剂比较，得到了一个有价值的提高。
本发明涉及一种杀灭节肢动物组合物，它包括（A）5-氨基-3-氰基-1-（2，6-二氯-4-三氟甲苯基）-4-三氟甲基亚硫酰吡唑和（B）thiodi-carb，后者是可与在农药上可接受的稀释剂或载体相结合的N，N’-硫代双[（甲基亚胺基）羧基氧]双乙基亚氨基硫代酸二甲基酯（N，N’-thiobis[（methylimino）Carbonyloxy]bisethanimidothioic acid dimethyl es-ter）。最好（A）∶（B）比例是在1∶30和13∶1之间，最有利的比例应在1∶10和2∶1之间。
本发明还涉及一种产品，它包括（A）5-氨基-3-氰基-1-（2，6-二氯-4-三氟甲苯基）-4-三氟甲基亚硫酰吡唑和（B）thiodicarb，它是N，N’-硫代双[（甲基亚胺基）羰基氧]双乙基亚胺基硫代酸二甲基酯作为复合制备，用于同时、独自或连续的应用以在所在地控制节肢动物害虫。
本发明还涉及一种在所在地控制节肢动物害虫的方法，它包括施加到那里（A）5-氨基-3-氰基-1-（2，6-二氯-4-三氟甲苯基）-4-三氟甲基亚硫酰吡唑和（B）thiodicarb，后者为N，N’-硫代双[甲基亚胺基]羰基氧]双乙基亚胺基硫代酸二甲基酯。
因此，这样的混合物除了提高控制昆虫种类的范围以外，此外还应加强控制对两种化合物敏感的昆虫。这将允许用减少的任一种构成物或两种构成物维持控制的有效水平。
通过已知的实验室技术如在以下报道所描述那样，已建立了这些化合物的重要的相互作用，其中通过化合物A与thiodicarb的混合物A与thiodicarb的混合物它对付严重的庄稼害虫，棉叶蠕虫Se-podoptera Iittoralis。
储备溶液是利用工业级thiodicarb和化合物A放在50%V/V含水丙酮内，以得到500ppm和50ppm（thiodicarb）和50ppm（化合物A）的浓度而配制的。这些溶液用50%含水丙酮进一步释释，以给出单独化合物A的浓缩范围为10，5，25，1 S0.5ppm和单独thiodicarb的浓度范围为100，50，25，10，5，25，与1ppm。储备液进一步进行二次抽样，这些子样品如此地混合，一份thiodicarb和一个化合物A混合以得到由上述5种中每一种与上述每7种浓缩thiodicarb中的每一种组成的35种不同溶液。这些化合物的47种稀释液，单独的或其结合将按下述被应用。
棉花叶盘置于培替氏培养皿的琼脂中，在每种处理安排有四个重复的培养皿，用适当的试验带有适当的稀释试验的陶工支柱下，4个同样稀释在陶土塔下喷射。当每个无水培养皿沾染上10个2龄幼虫，并且指定处于恒温（25℃）室中。3天后，测定幼虫死亡率的平均百分率。这些数据采用相对于用单独的含水丙酮处理的作为对照的培养皿的死亡率的Abbot校正法进行校正。
最后所得到的结果将采用Tammes法（1964 Neth.J.Plant.Path 70 73-80）进行分析。
剂量特性曲线是应用化合物A与每个浓缩的Thiodicarb相混合，以及thiodicarb与每个浓缩的化合物相混合进行制备。从这些曲线可以读出两种化合物的12种组合的LC90值。与每个单独的化合物的LC90值一起，图1中标绘的曲线将提供了“观察”的值。
根据成比例的混合物所预期死亡率通过显示结合单独作用的杀虫剂曲线用于每个分离化合物，通常方法分别从每种化合物的剂量死亡率图形得到（Tammes，OR.cit）。图1中标绘的曲线提了“预期”值。
图1中观察线和预期线的清楚分开说明混合物在减小，为了达到90%死亡率所需要的任一种化合物量方面的难以预期的优点，因此表明在这两构成物之间的增效作用、协合作用。
混合物中两个活性成分按重量的最佳比例范围是一份化合A与30份thiodicarb到13份化合物A与一份thiodicarb。特别好的方法是将混合物A和thiodicarb按1-10至2-1的比例混合在一起。
应该了解，其它比例的混合物也不应该排除，因为当一些不同的害虫在其所在地和时期内，要加以控制的话，除了混合物对其他种害虫的协同活所得到的好处外，要控制一种或多种害虫，可以需要较多或较少的混合物的一种或其它构成物。
Claims (6)
1、一种杀灭节肢动物的组成物，其特征在于包括(A)5-氨基-3-氰基-1-(2，6-二氯-4-三氟甲苯基)-4-三氟甲基亚硫酰吡唑和(B)thiodicarb，后者是与可用在农药上可接受的稀释剂或载体结合的N，N′-硫代双[(甲基亚胺基)]羰基氧]双乙基亚氨硫代酸二甲基酯(N，N′-thiobis[(methylimino)CarbonyloxyJ]bisethanimidothioic acid dimethyl ester)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的组成物，其特征在于（A）和（B）的重量比为1∶30-13∶1。
3、根据权利要求1所述的组合物，其特征在于（A）和（B）的重量比为1∶10-2∶1。
4、一种产品，其特征在于它包括（A）5-氨基-3-氰基-1-（2，6-二氯-4-三氟甲苯基）-4-三氟甲基亚硫酰吡唑和（B）thiobicarb后者为N，N’-硫代双[（甲基亚胺基）碳酸羰基氧]双乙基亚氨硫代酸二甲基酯作复合制剂用于同时、分别或连续的用于控制所在地的节肢动物害虫。
5、一种控制所在地控制它节肢动物害虫的方法，其特征是包括施加（A）5-氨基-3-氰基-1-（2，6-二氯-4-三氟甲苯基）-4-三氟甲基亚硫酰吡唑和（B）thiodicarb后者为N，N’-硫代双[（甲基亚胺基）羰基氧]双乙基氨硫代酸二甲基酯。
6、根据权利要求5的方法，其特征是包括采用权利要求2或3所述的杀虫组合物。
