Abstract
一种治疗血管神经性头痛胶囊的制备方法，是由中药川芎、丹参、猪脑、天麻、细辛等经过捡选、混合、粉碎、酶解、混匀、灭菌、分装工艺过程加工而成，所产出的胶囊主要通过行气活血、平肝清脑、除烦安神，镇静以达息风通络镇痛的功效。
Description
本发明属于一种中成药的制备方法，尤其涉及的是一种治疗血管神经性头痛胶囊的制备方法。
目前，头痛病是临床上常见的自觉症状，可见于现代医学内、外、神经和五官等各科疾病之中，尤其是对血管神经性头痛病的治疗药物仅限于镇痛来减轻病人的疼痛，不能根治疾病。
本发明的目的在于：提供一种具有对动脉硬化、高血压及一些症状所引起的血管神经性头痛和慢性头痛以肝阳偏亢为主，夹瘀阻、血虚或痰浊等二、三类症候的头痛为对象，具有“标”、“本”兼治作用的胶囊的制备方法。
本发明的解决方案是：选用川芎、藁本、细辛、白芷、天麻、水牛角浓缩粉、丹参、葛根、猪脑为药品原料，经过检选→混合→粉碎→酶解→混匀灭菌分装工艺过程制成胶囊的，上述各类药材的重量配比为：
川芎7份、藁本5份、细辛5份、白芷7份、天麻1份、丹参7份、葛根7份、水牛角浓缩粉1、猪脑15份。
按照上述方剂制成本发明胶囊的生产方法：
1、检选川芎、藁本、细辛、白芷、天麻、丹参、葛根进行感官鉴定，取符合药典规定的药材去杂质泥土，洗净后，经低温小于60℃干燥；
2、取川芎、藁本、细辛、白芷、天麻、丹参、葛根干燥原料，混合粉碎过100目筛备用；
3、取处方量水牛角浓缩粉，过100目筛，备用；
4、取新鲜猪脑去杂质，洗净，绞碎，用丙酮脱脂脱胆固醇，共三次，滤液合并回收丙酮，滤渣于80℃以下干燥，粉碎成细粉，取此粉用蒸馏水调成浆状，调PH值至6.5-7.0，水浴恒温45℃加入蛋白酶，水解16小时后，于60℃以下真空干燥、粉碎，过100目筛备用；
5、上述药物经过检选过程、混合过程、粉碎过程、酶解过程后按方剂的重量比进行充分混匀灭菌分装成胶囊。
下面为本发明制备方法和实施例：
实施例
处方量：川芎700克、藁本500克、细辛500克、白芷700克、天麻100克、水牛角浓缩粉100克、丹参700克、葛根700克、猪脑1500克；
川芎、藁本、细辛、白芷、天麻、丹参、葛根去杂质、泥土，洗净后，经低温小于60℃干燥，干燥后按处方量混合粉碎，过100目筛，备用；
水牛角浓缩粉过100目筛，备用；
新鲜猪脑经去杂质，洗净，绞碎，用丙酮脱脂脱胆固醇，共三次，滤液合并回收丙酮，滤渣于80℃以下干燥，粉碎成细粉，取此粉用蒸馏水调成浆状，调PH值至6.5-7.0，水浴恒温45℃加入蛋白酶，水解16小时后，再将其于60℃以下真空干燥、粉碎，过100目筛，备用；
取上述川芎、藁本、细辛、白芷、天麻、丹参、葛根、水牛角浓缩粉、猪脑水解物干粉过100目筛，充分混均，灭菌，分装胶丸即得。
Claims (1)
1、一种治疗血管神经性头痛胶囊的制备方法，其特征在于：
A、检选川芎7份、藁本5份、细辛5份、白芷7份、天麻1份、丹参7份、葛根7份，去杂质泥土，洗净后，经低温小于60℃干燥，混合粉碎过100目筛，备用；
B、取水牛角浓缩粉1份，过100目筛，备用；
C、新鲜猪脑15份去杂质，洗净，绞碎，用丙酮脱脂脱胆固醇共三次，滤液合并回收丙酮，滤渣于80℃以下干燥，粉碎成细粉，取此细粉用蒸馏水调成浆状，调PH至6.5-7.0，水浴恒温45℃加入蛋白酶，水解16小时后，于60℃以下真空干燥、粉碎，过100目筛，备用；
将上述制备物检选、混合，过100目筛，混匀，灭菌，分装制成胶囊。
