本发明公开了一种有按摩点的医疗保健用具，它由抓手、半围圈、按摩点组成，其特征在于半围圈的敞口边具有左右对称的两个按摩点，半围圈的中间端连接抓手，使用时把半围圈套入人身颈部，利用按摩点上下左右按摩即可达到锻炼目的，其有益效果是结构简单，成本低廉，实用性较强。

背景技术
目前，公知技术的颈部锻炼杆是一根藤条并有弯钩，有锻炼者自由敲打，存在着不安全的因素。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术中无有按摩点的颈部锻炼杆的不足，本发明的目的是为了提供一种有按摩点的医疗保健用具，该锻炼杆可增加人们锻炼颈部的积极性和提高锻炼效果。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:由抓手、半围圈、按摩点组成其特征在于半围圈的敞口边具有左右对称的两个按摩点，半围圈的中间端连接抓手，使用时把半围圈套入人身颈部，利用按摩点上下左右按摩即可达到锻炼目的。
本发明的有益效果是结构简单，成本低廉，实用性较强。
