技术领域
本发明涉及开关柜,具体的说是一种用于高低压开关柜的高强度金属涂层。
背景技术
高低压开关柜是供配电系统中使用的重要设备,输配电行业中主要的组成部分,其广泛应用于不同的场所,如高层建筑、住宅小区、工矿企业、施工工地等场所,使用环境恶劣,现有的开关柜在高温高压或者具有腐蚀的环境中使用,并且强度低,大大降低了高低压开关柜的使用寿命,并且现有的开关柜防潮性能差,造成线路老化严重,使用寿命短。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,针对以上现有技术的缺点,提出一种用于高低压开关柜的高强度金属涂层,开关柜表面设置金属涂层,不仅能增加其强度,还能增加其耐高温和耐腐蚀的性能,增加使用寿命,降低成本。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案是通过以下方式实现的:一种用于高低压开关柜的高强度金属涂层,高强度金属涂层按质量百分比包括:碳:0.32-0.35%,镁:0.26-0.28%,铬:4.25-4.28%,钛:6.22-6.52%,镓:11.54-11.84%,锰:3.25-3.28%,铌:2.24-2.52%,铷:1.4-1.6%,钒:0.21-0.24%,铼:0.32-0.34%,耐腐蚀混合物20-22%,余量为铁;
耐腐蚀混合物的组分按重量份数计为:水性丙烯酸树酯:35-38份、甲苯:12-15份、醇酸树脂:1-3份、甲酮:4-9份、高岭土:20-22份,金红石:5-7份,石墨粉:13-15份,铝粉:5-7份。

前述的用于高低压开关柜的高强度金属涂层,高强度金属涂层按质量百分比包括:碳:0.32%,镁:0.26%,铬:4.25%,钛:6.22%,镓:11.54%,锰:3.25%,铌:2.24%,铷:1.4%,钒:0.21%,铼:0.32%,耐腐蚀混合物20%,余量为铁;
耐腐蚀混合物的组分按重量份数计为:水性丙烯酸树酯:35份、甲苯:12份、醇酸树脂:1份、甲酮:4份、高岭土:20份,金红石:5份,石墨粉:13份,铝粉:5份。
前述的用于高低压开关柜的高强度金属涂层,高强度金属涂层按质量百分比包括:碳:0.35%,镁:0.28%,铬:4.28%,钛:6.52%,镓:11.84%,锰:3.28%,铌:2.52%,铷:1.6%,钒:0.24%,铼:0.34%,耐腐蚀混合物22%,余量为铁;
耐腐蚀混合物的组分按重量份数计为:水性丙烯酸树酯:38份、甲苯:15份、醇酸树脂:3份、甲酮:9份、高岭土:22份,金红石:7份,石墨粉:15份,铝粉:7份。
本发明的有益效果是:开关柜表面设置金属涂层,不仅能增加其强度,还能增加其耐高温和耐腐蚀的性能,增加使用寿命,降低成本。

本实施例提供的一种用于高低压开关柜的高强度金属涂层,高强度金属涂层按质量百分比包括:碳:0.32%,镁:0.26%,铬:4.25%,钛:6.22%,镓:11.54%,锰:3.25%,铌:2.24%,铷:1.4%,钒:0.21%,铼:0.32%,耐腐蚀混合物20%,余量为铁;
耐腐蚀混合物的组分按重量份数计为:水性丙烯酸树酯:35份、甲苯:12份、醇酸树脂:1份、甲酮:4份、高岭土:20份,金红石:5份,石墨粉:13份,铝粉:5份。
实施例2
本实施例提供的一种用于高低压开关柜的高强度金属涂层,高强度金属涂层按质量百分比包括:碳:0.35%,镁:0.28%,铬:4.28%,钛:6.52%,镓:11.84%,锰:3.28%,铌:2.52%,铷:1.6%,钒:0.24%,铼:0.34%,耐腐蚀混合物22%,余量为铁;
耐腐蚀混合物的组分按重量份数计为:水性丙烯酸树酯:38份、甲苯:15份、醇酸树脂:3份、甲酮:9份、高岭土:22份,金红石:7份,石墨粉:15份,铝粉:7份。
这样通过本发明的技术方案,开关柜表面设置金属涂层,不仅能增加其强度,还能增加其耐高温和耐腐蚀的性能,增加使用寿命,降低成本。

1.一种用于高低压开关柜的高强度金属涂层,其特征在于:所述高强度金属涂层按质量百分比包括:碳:0.32-0.35%,镁:0.26-0.28%,铬:4.25-4.28%,钛:6.22-6.52%,镓:11.54-11.84%,锰:3.25-3.28%,铌:2.24-2.52%,铷:1.4-1.6%,钒:0.21-0.24%,铼:0.32-0.34%,耐腐蚀混合物20-22%,余量为铁;
所述耐腐蚀混合物的组分按重量份数计为:水性丙烯酸树酯:35-38份、甲苯:12-15份、醇酸树脂:1-3份、甲酮:4-9份、高岭土:20-22份,金红石:5-7份,石墨粉:13-15份,铝粉:5-7份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于高低压开关柜的高强度金属涂层,其特征在于:所述高强度金属涂层按质量百分比包括:碳:0.32%,镁:0.26%,铬:4.25%,钛:6.22%,镓:11.54%,锰:3.25%,铌:2.24%,铷:1.4%,钒:0.21%,铼:0.32%,耐腐蚀混合物20%,余量为铁;
所述耐腐蚀混合物的组分按重量份数计为:水性丙烯酸树酯:35份、甲苯:12份、醇酸树脂:1份、甲酮:4份、高岭土:20份,金红石:5份,石墨粉:13份,铝粉:5份。
