Detailed Description
The embodiments of the present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the drawings and examples. It is to be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of and not restrictive on the broad invention. It should be further noted that, for convenience of description, only some structures, not all structures, relating to the embodiments of the present invention are shown in the drawings.
Example one
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a method for recovering counting of cash cassettes of an automatic teller machine according to a first embodiment of the invention.
On the basis of the first embodiment, the method for recovering the counting of the cash recycling ATM cash box comprises the following steps:
step 101, reading data stored before power-off from a preset storage position before starting money distribution after power-on, wherein the stored data comprises sensor state information and power-off information before and after power-off of a money depositing and withdrawing ATM and money box counting stored before power-off of the money depositing and withdrawing ATM;
and step 102, updating the counting of the cash box of the ATM according to the data stored before the power failure.
Preferably, the updating of the banknote cassette count of the depositing and withdrawing ATM according to the data stored before the power failure includes:
if the power-off information is deposit power-off, the state information of the sensors before and after the power-off of the ATM is as follows: when the power is off, the sensor is not covered by the bank note, the bank note is on the sensor after the power is on, or when the power is off, the sensor is covered by the bank note, the bank note leaves the sensor after the power is on, and the counting number of the bank note box stored before the power is off of the ATM is increased by 1.
Specifically, if power is cut off during the process of depositing in the banknote cassette (i.e., feeding), the banknote does not cover the sensor when the power is cut off as shown in fig. 2, and after the power is turned on, the banknote is found to be on the sensor, which is caused by the fact that the banknote slides onto the sensor due to inertia of the motor; as shown in fig. 3, when power is off, the banknote blocks the sensor, and when power is on, the banknote has left the sensor, in which case the banknote is flying into the cassette. In both cases, the banknote is not separated from the sensor, and the banknote counting method is that the banknote is calculated by judging the banknote is separated from the sensor, so that the banknote is not recorded in both cases, so in order to ensure the counting accuracy, the number of deposited banknotes needs to be added by 1, and the corrected number of collected banknotes in the banknote box is added to the residual count of the banknote box, so as to ensure the accuracy of the residual count in the banknote box.
Preferably, the updating of the banknote cassette count of the depositing and withdrawing ATM according to the data stored before the power failure includes:
if the power-off information is withdrawal power-off, the state information of the sensors before and after the power-off of the ATM is as follows: and when the power is off, the two sensors are shielded by the paper money, and when at least one sensor is judged to be shielded after the power is on, the counting of the paper money box stored before the power is off of the ATM is reduced by 1.
Specifically, if power is off during withdrawal (i.e., cash dispensing), as shown in fig. 4, when power is off, the banknote covers the sensors, and when power is on, it is determined that more than one sensor is blocked, and in this case, the banknote is detected by leaving in the banknote counting mode, and the banknote does not completely leave the sensors and is not recorded in case, while in the power-on initialization process, it is determined that one sensor counts as a banknote from a state where blocking is not achieved, and the separated counting does not have the counting of the banknote, which results in that the counting of the banknote cassette is increased by one, so that the number of separated banknotes needs to be increased by 1, and the remaining counting of the banknote cassette deducts the number of separated banknotes after correction, thereby ensuring the accuracy of the remaining counting in the banknote cassette.
The embodiment of the invention reads the data stored before power-off from the preset storage position before starting money distribution after power-on, wherein the stored data comprises sensor state information and power-off information before and after power-off of the ATM and money box counting stored before power-off of the ATM; and updating the counting of the cash box of the ATM according to the data stored before the power failure, thereby solving the problem of inaccurate counting caused by the inertia problem of the motor, achieving the recovery of the counting of the cash box, and having lower development cost and simple operation.

103, judging that the data stored before the power failure can be read from a preset storage position;
and 104, if so, reading the data saved before power failure from the preset storage position.
EXAMPLE III

On the basis of the first embodiment, the method for recovering the counting of the cash recycling ATM cash box further comprises the following steps:
105, detecting the ATM to determine whether a power-off signal exists or not within a preset time interval after the bank note sorting is started;
step 106, if yes, writing the data before power failure into a file, and storing the file to a preset storage position;
the detecting whether there is a power-off signal in the ATM for depositing and withdrawing in a preset time interval includes:
detecting whether an interrupt signal exists through a GPIO port of the MCU, wherein the GPIO port is connected with a comparator with a threshold of 18V, and the interrupt signal is a signal of 24V reduced to 0V;
if the GPIO port of the MCU detects an electric signal which is reduced from 24V to 18V, determining that the ATM has a power-off signal;
and if the GPIO port of the MCU does not detect the electric signal which is reduced from 24V to 18V, determining that the ATM is not powered off.
Specifically, the method for detecting the power-off signal of the invention comprises the following steps: when the 220V power is cut off, the 24V voltage slowly drops to 0V, and when the 24V voltage drops to 18V, the 24V voltage passes through a comparator with a threshold of 18V and is connected to a GPIO port of the MCU, and the MCU detects an interrupt signal of a falling edge.
And reading power-off counting information stored in Flash before starting money distribution after electrification, starting money distribution, transmitting paper money to an accumulation part, judging whether a power-off signal exists, writing the number of paper money boxes and the current sensor state into a file when the power-off signal exists, and storing the file in Flash.
The embodiment of the invention determines whether the ATM has a power-off signal or not within a preset time interval after the bank note sorting is started; if so, writing the data before power failure into a file, and storing the file to a preset storage position, so that the data of the currency detector after power failure is stored under the condition that the volume of a circuit board is not increased and the structural space is not adjusted.

In both cases, the banknote is not separated from the sensor, and the banknote counting method is that the banknote is calculated by judging the banknote is separated from the sensor, so that the banknote is not recorded in both cases, so in order to ensure the counting accuracy, the number of deposited banknotes needs to be added by 1, and the corrected number of collected banknotes in the banknote box is added to the residual count of the banknote box, so as to ensure the accuracy of the residual count in the banknote box.

the judging module is used for judging that data stored before power failure can be read from a preset storage position;
and the execution module is used for reading the data saved before power failure from the preset storage position if the data is stored in the preset storage position.
10. The apparatus of any one of claims 6 to 8, further comprising:
the detection module is used for detecting whether the ATM determines a power-off signal or not within a preset time interval after the bank note sorting is started;
the storage module is used for writing the data before power failure into a file and storing the file to a preset storage position if the data is in the state of power failure;
the detection module comprises:
the first detection unit is used for detecting whether an interrupt signal exists through a GPIO port of the MCU, the GPIO port is connected with a comparator with a threshold of 18V, and the interrupt signal is a signal of 24V reduced to 0V;
the first determination unit is used for determining that the ATM is powered off if the GPIO port of the MCU detects an electric signal which is reduced from 24V to 18V;
and the second determination unit is used for determining that the ATM is not powered off if the GPIO port of the MCU does not detect the electric signal which is reduced from 24V to 18V.
