背景技术
婴幼儿是指0-3岁的小龄孩子。婴幼儿在这个阶段生长发育得特别迅速,是人一生中生长发育最旺盛的阶段,免疫系统还未发育完善,是最脆弱的时期。虽然婴幼儿的皮肤和成年人的皮肤在组织结构及功能上基本相似,但是又有其特殊性。一是婴幼儿皮肤薄嫩,抗损伤的能力低:婴幼儿的皮肤薄嫩,仅有成人皮肤十分之一的厚度,最外层起耐磨作用的角质层是单层细胞,缺乏透明层;真皮中的胶原纤维也很稀少,薄而缺乏弹性,不仅容易被外来的有刺激性及有毒物质渗透,而且容易摩擦受损,抵抗干燥环境的能力也差,照料上稍有疏漏,就会引起皮肤损伤,如过敏、红肿等。二是皮肤抗病能力差,容易被细菌感染:由于皮肤未发育成熟,所以免疫系统功能弱,仅靠皮肤表面的一层天然酸性膜来保护皮肤,很容易被细菌感染,或者发生过敏反应,如红斑、红疹、水泡等;皮肤结缔组织中富含基质,含水量高于成人,容易发生炎症性水肿;同时其中的血管丰富却非常脆弱,受轻度物理性刺激就会损伤出血。三是皮肤色素层薄,对外界温度变化反应敏感:宝宝的皮肤内防护紫外线穿透的黑色素生成得很少,因为色素层薄,很容易被阳光中的紫外线灼伤。加之,宝宝的体表面积按公斤体重计算较成人大,所以散热快,耗热量就相对要多,外界环境的温度一旦变化,宝宝的皮肤就会受到很大影响。四是皮肤脂质少,抗干燥能力差:宝宝的体表面积相对较大,不但容易散热,而且体液交换量也很大,又因为多汗,容易因失水使皮肤变得干燥;同时,皮脂分泌少,皮肤下的脂质可保持使皮肤内的水分平衡,如果过少则很易使水分流失,皮肤因此破裂。
由于婴幼儿的皮肤幼嫩,对来自外界环境的刺激性抵抗力低,又容易受到机械性的损伤,易感染皮肤疾病,因此,安全无添加的天然护肤品是儿童护肤用品发展的新趋势。儿童护肤用品必须遵循安全性高、温润和无副作用,又要具有护肤及防治儿童常见皮肤病的显著功效。目前大多数儿童浴后乳中虽然加入一些诸如维生素E、C、牛奶之类活性成分和某些中药成份,但是其中的表面活性剂、防腐剂、增稠剂、保湿剂、香精等原料仍然多延用一些化学合成产品。且对于婴幼儿日用品来说,安全温和,保湿润肤又不伤皮肤是大多数妈妈的首选,但现有市场上婴幼儿浴后乳的种类有限,可选性不多,功效不全面,产品质量不能很好的保证。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述问题,提供一种安全性高、温润无刺激的海茴香婴幼儿浴后乳,该浴后乳配方适应婴幼儿皮肤生理特点,以海茴香提取精华作为主要成分,与各种具有滋润及抗菌、抗过敏作用的生物植物精华成分混合,能有效滋润婴幼儿的皮肤,使婴幼儿的皮肤达到长久的抗菌、保湿及滋养柔滑的目的,还能预防儿童常见皮肤病的发生。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供的技术方案是:
一种海茴香婴幼儿浴后乳,由以下重量份数的原料制成:海茴香提取物10-20份、海藻提取液4-10份、甘油4-8份、角鲨烷4-10份、小麦胚芽油5-9份、乳木果油5-9份、高山火绒草提取物4-10份、牛乳6-12份、壳聚糖0.5-1.5份、中药添加剂3-7份;其中,所述中药添加剂由以下重量份数的原料药制成:芦荟8-12份、洋甘菊6-10份、荆芥4-8份、蝉蜕4-9份、生姜4-8份、海松子5-9份。
进一步的,一种海茴香婴幼儿浴后乳,由以下重量份数的原料制成:海茴香提取物12-18份、海藻提取液6-8份、甘油5-7份、角鲨烷5-9份、小麦胚芽油6-8份、乳木果油6-8份、高山火绒草提取物6-8份、牛乳8-10份、壳聚糖0.75-1.25份、中药添加剂4-6份;其中,所述中药添加剂由以下重量份数的原料药制成:芦荟8-11份、洋甘菊7-9份、荆芥5-7份、蝉蜕5-8份、生姜5-7份、海松子6-8份。
进一步的,一种海茴香婴幼儿浴后乳,由以下重量份数的原料制成:海茴香提取物15份、海藻提取液7份、甘油6份、角鲨烷7份、小麦胚芽油7份、乳木果油7份、高山火绒草提取物7份、牛乳9份、壳聚糖1份、中药添加剂5份;其中,所述中药添加剂由以下重量份数的原料药制成:芦荟10份、洋甘菊8份、荆芥6份、蝉蜕7份、生姜6份、海松子7份。
本发明还提供一种海茴香婴幼儿浴后乳的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将角鲨烷、甘油、小麦胚芽油、牛乳加入到反应釜中,在真空度为0.04-0.06MPa的条件下加热到40-50℃,搅拌80-120min,得到混合物A;
(2)将海藻提取液、海茴香提取物、高山火绒草提取物、壳聚糖搅拌混合均匀,然后加入中药添加剂混合均匀,得到混合物B;
(3)将步骤(1)制得的混合物A、步骤(2)制得的混合物B共同送入到高剪切乳化机中,通过机械剪切搅拌均匀,直至搅拌成乳膏状,即得所述的海茴香婴幼儿浴后乳。
进一步的,一种海茴香婴幼儿浴后乳的制备方法,步骤(2)所述的中药添加剂的制备方法为:将芦荟、洋甘菊、荆芥、蝉蜕、生姜、海松子装入球磨机研磨2h,过80目筛,得研磨粉,将所得的研磨粉放置于超临界萃取仪中的萃取釜中,利用二氧化碳作为介质进行萃取,萃取釜压力为40Mpa,萃取温度为45℃,分离器压力12Mpa,分离器温度为70℃,萃取2h后,得到萃取液,将萃取液喷雾干燥,即为所述中药提取物。
进一步的,一种海茴香婴幼儿浴后乳的制备方法,步骤(3)中,高剪切乳化剂转速为2000-2500r/min。
本发明的婴幼儿浴后乳中含有海洋生物精华和中药添加剂,针对婴幼儿的皮肤生理特性,采用海洋生物提取精华和中药成分相结合的护肤手段,以海洋生物提取精华作为主要成分,与各种具有滋润及抗菌作用的生物植物精华成分混合,能有效滋润婴幼儿的皮肤,使婴幼儿的皮肤达到长久的抗菌、保湿及滋养柔滑的目的,同时还能预防儿童常见皮肤病的发生,其中:
海茴香提取物:海茴香具抗氧化功效,由通称为海莲子、欧旋复花或海篷子的一种海藻萃取而成。这种富含矿物质的食用性海藻生长在地中海沿岸的岩石上,从海雾及海潮中汲取养分维持生命。其能防止皮肤内水份流失,脂肽成份使皮肤更湿润,滋润干涩肌肤,平滑幼纹和皱纹,能够深入肌肤裡层,具有强烈适应能力,诱导多种人体生长因子的生成,活化表皮母细胞及纤维母细胞,改善皮肤老化问题;
海藻提取液:海藻提取物是一种纯天然的海洋生物产品,它内含有藻胶酸,粗蛋白,多种维生素,酶和微量元素。此类营养经皮肤吸收后,能降低表面血脂,增进表面皮肤造血功能,而且还有减肥,保温,增稠的功能。海藻提取液带有大量的阴离子,还可以刺激纤维细胞生成胶原蛋白和弹性蛋白,促进皮肤的新陈代谢,抗皱,抗衰老;
甘油:是无色味甜澄明黏稠液体。无臭。有暖甜味,俗称甘油。食用级甘油其中最优质一种-生物精化甘油,除含有丙三醇,还有酯类、葡萄糖等还原糖,属于多元醇类甘油;除具有保湿、保润功能外,还具有高活性、抗氧化、促醇化等特殊功效;

一种海茴香婴幼儿浴后乳,由以下重量份数的原料制成:海茴香提取物10份、海藻提取液4份、甘油4份、角鲨烷4份、小麦胚芽油5份、乳木果油5份、高山火绒草提取物4份、牛乳6份、壳聚糖0.5份、中药添加剂3份;其中,所述中药添加剂由以下重量份数的原料药制成:芦荟8份、洋甘菊6份、荆芥4份、蝉蜕4份、生姜4份、海松子5份。
所述海茴香婴幼儿浴后乳的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将角鲨烷、甘油、小麦胚芽油、牛乳加入到反应釜中,在真空度为0.04MPa的条件下加热到40-50℃,搅拌120min,得到混合物A;
(2)将海藻提取液、海茴香提取物、高山火绒草提取物、壳聚糖搅拌混合均匀,然后加入中药添加剂混合均匀,得到混合物B;
(3)将步骤(1)制得的混合物A、步骤(2)制得的混合物B共同送入到高剪切乳化机中,通过机械剪切搅拌均匀,高剪切乳化剂转速为2000r/min,直至搅拌成乳膏状,即得所述的海茴香婴幼儿浴后乳。
本实施例所述中药添加剂的制备方法为:将芦荟、洋甘菊、荆芥、蝉蜕、生姜、海松子装入球磨机研磨2h,过80目筛,得研磨粉,将所得的研磨粉放置于超临界萃取仪中的萃取釜中,利用二氧化碳作为介质进行萃取,萃取釜压力为40Mpa,萃取温度为45℃,分离器压力12Mpa,分离器温度为70℃,萃取2h后,得到萃取液,将萃取液喷雾干燥,即为所述中药提取物。
实施例2
一种海茴香婴幼儿浴后乳,由以下重量份数的原料制成:海茴香提取物20份、海藻提取液10份、甘油8份、角鲨烷10份、小麦胚芽油9份、乳木果油9份、高山火绒草提取物10份、牛乳12份、壳聚糖1.5份、中药添加剂3-7份;其中,所述中药添加剂由以下重量份数的原料药制成:芦荟12份、洋甘菊10份、荆芥8份、蝉蜕9份、生姜8份、海松子9份。
所述海茴香婴幼儿浴后乳的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将角鲨烷、甘油、小麦胚芽油、牛乳加入到反应釜中,在真空度为0.06MPa的条件下加热到40-50℃,搅拌80min,得到混合物A;
(2)将海藻提取液、海茴香提取物、高山火绒草提取物、壳聚糖搅拌混合均匀,然后加入中药添加剂混合均匀,得到混合物B;
(3)将步骤(1)制得的混合物A、步骤(2)制得的混合物B共同送入到高剪切乳化机中,通过机械剪切搅拌均匀,高剪切乳化剂转速为2500r/min,直至搅拌成乳膏状,即得所述的海茴香婴幼儿浴后乳。

所述海茴香婴幼儿浴后乳的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将角鲨烷、甘油、小麦胚芽油、牛乳加入到反应釜中,在真空度为0.04MPa的条件下加热到40-50℃,搅拌110min,得到混合物A;

所述海茴香婴幼儿浴后乳的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将角鲨烷、甘油、小麦胚芽油、牛乳加入到反应釜中,在真空度为0.05MPa的条件下加热到40-50℃,搅拌90min,得到混合物A;

本发明实施例2与实施例5所制得的婴幼儿浴后乳的质量检测数据如表1所示。

从表1的质量检测数据来看,本发明的婴幼儿浴后乳的检测数据合格,符合国家规定标准,且其pH值极度接近婴幼儿皮肤酸度。
实施例7过敏实验
取健康小鼠20只,体重18-22g,雌雄对半,试验前剔除两侧背毛,每侧3×3cm,取本发明实施例2的婴幼儿浴后乳涂抹于背部去毛区,每日1次,共3次。每次涂抹后2h、8h、16h观察有无过敏反应。实验结果:20只健康小鼠均未出现任何过敏反应,致敏率为0%,表明本发明的婴幼儿浴后乳温和无刺激,可放心使用。

(2)将海藻提取液、海茴香提取物、高山火绒草提取物、壳聚糖搅拌混合均匀,然后加入中药添加剂混合均匀,得到混合物B;
(3)将步骤(1)制得的混合物A、步骤(2)制得的混合物B共同送入到高剪切乳化机中,通过机械剪切搅拌均匀,直至搅拌成乳膏状,即得所述的海茴香婴幼儿浴后乳。
5.如权利要求4所述的一种海茴香婴幼儿浴后乳的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)所述的中药添加剂的制备方法为:将芦荟、洋甘菊、荆芥、蝉蜕、生姜、海松子装入球磨机研磨2h,过80目筛,得研磨粉,将所得的研磨粉放置于超临界萃取仪中的萃取釜中,利用二氧化碳作为介质进行萃取,萃取釜压力为40Mpa,萃取温度为45℃,分离器压力12Mpa,分离器温度为70℃,萃取2h后,得到萃取液,将萃取液喷雾干燥,即为所述中药提取物。
