After the printing equipment sends a request to the bar code generation center, the bar code generation center receives the request and judges whether a request queue of the bar code generation center is zero or not; if the request queue is zero, the bar code generation center does not have a request to be processed at the moment, and executes the request just received; if the queue is not zero, which means that the barcode generation center has requests to process at this time, the request just received is added to the request queue, and then each request in the request queue is executed in sequence.
It should be noted that the request queue may be a single-thread queue or a multi-thread queue, the single-thread queue forms a request queue for all the requests issued by the printing device, and the multi-thread queue generates a request queue for each barcode (i.e., a product corresponding to each barcode) and for each category of barcode.
For the single-threaded queue, when a request is not completely executed, the barcode generation center cannot execute the next request in the queue, and only when the request is completely executed or the request is overtime, the barcode generation center executes the next request in the queue, that is, the barcode generation center can only process one request at a time. While for a multi-threaded queue, the barcode generation center may process multiple requests simultaneously.
Step S12: and generating the corresponding number of bar codes by the bar code generating center according to the product codes and the printing number, and returning the generated bar codes serving as request results to each printing device.
The method comprises the following steps that a request comprises two contents, namely a product code and a printing quantity, wherein the product code is configured through a bar code generation center and is used for inquiring a serial number which is applicable to a bar code to be generated in the request, the serial number rule is also configured through the bar code generation center, each product code corresponds to a serial number generation rule, and printing equipment prints the bar code according to an interval formed by the serial number; and the number of prints is the number of barcodes to be generated by the request.
When the bar code generation center executes the request, firstly, the serial number generation rule applicable to the bar code is inquired according to the product code in the request, the serial number is generated according to the serial number generation rule, and then, the bar code consistent with the printing quantity is generated according to the serial number and the printing quantity.
It should be noted that, for the single thread queue, in order to prevent the problem of repeated barcode printing caused by an unexpected situation, after the serial number is generated by the barcode generation center, the serial number needs to be locked by using an exclusive lock, and during the process of locking the serial number, only the current request can perform a modification operation on the serial number, where the modification operation actually refers to updating the serial number.
Therefore, after the serial number is generated in the bar code generation center, whether the serial number is in a locking state needs to be judged, if the serial number is in the locking state, the request is terminated after the abnormality is thrown out; if the serial number is in the non-locking state, the serial number is locked firstly, then the serial number machine is updated, and after the serial number is updated, the updated serial number is unlocked. For example: after the bar code generation center generates the serial number according to the current request, the serial number is locked, but before the serial number is unlocked, the bar code generation center illegally exits from the bar code generation center or the request is overtime, the bar code generation center executes the next request, generates a new serial number according to the next request, judges whether the new serial number is in a locked state, if the new serial number is in the locked state, the serial number generated by the last request is not unlocked, namely, the last request is not executed, at the moment, the request is terminated, and error information is returned; if the state is the non-locking state, the last request is executed, and the execution of subsequent operations can be continued. As can be seen from the above description, the exclusive lock locking serial number can prevent the barcode from being repeatedly printed when an unexpected situation occurs.
For each request, the barcode generation center generates a serial number corresponding to each request, and generates a corresponding number of barcodes according to the serial number generated by each request and the number of prints required by each request (i.e. the number of prints is the same as the number of generated barcodes).
After the barcode generation center generates the barcodes, the barcodes are fed back as a request result to the printing device that issued the request, in other words, the barcode generation center returns the same number of barcodes as the number of prints.
S13: each printing apparatus prints the bar code according to the request result.
And after receiving the request result, the printing equipment starts to print the bar code.
S14: the printed bar code is scanned by the scanning device, and the information of the scanned bar code is transmitted to the bar code generating center.
The scanning device is used for scanning the bar code to obtain information of the bar code, and since the scanning device has no checking function, the information of the scanned bar code needs to be transmitted to the device with the checking function to check the bar code.
The barcode generation center is used as a barcode detection device, specifically, a client is installed on a computer of the barcode generation center, a scanning device is connected to a client formed by the barcode generation center, a barcode detection program is arranged in the client, the scanning device transmits information of the barcode to the client, and the client can detect the information of the barcode.
S15: the barcode generation center receives and checks whether the information of the scanned barcode is correct.
The information of the barcode includes: the total number of barcodes scanned by the scanning device and the content of each barcode.
The process that the bar code generation center checks whether the information of the scanned bar code is correct is as follows:
the bar code generation center compares whether the total number of the acquired bar codes is consistent with the printing number or not; and comparing whether the content of each acquired bar code is consistent with the content of the corresponding bar code in the bar code generation request. If one of the two is inconsistent, an abnormal alarm is given.
Fig. 2 shows a second flow of a method for generating and verifying a barcode based on a plurality of printing apparatuses according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 2, a method for generating and verifying a barcode based on multiple printing devices according to an embodiment of the present invention includes:
step S20: the printing apparatus issues a barcode generation request to the barcode generation center.
The plurality of printing devices send bar code generation requests to the same bar code generation center, all the requests form a request queue, and the bar code generation requests sent by the printing devices are executed in sequence through the bar code generation center maintenance request queue.
Step S21: the current request is executed.
When the current request is not completely executed, the next request cannot be executed.
Step S22: judging whether the serial number is locked; if yes, go to step S23; if not, step S24 is performed.
