Detailed Description
The technical solution of the present invention is further described with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
The invention provides a refrigerator lighting device.
Referring to fig. 1, in an embodiment of the present invention, the lighting apparatus for a refrigerator includes a lighting lamp 100, a door control switch 200, a brightness detection module 300 and a control module 400, wherein a driving end of the control module 400 is connected to the lighting lamp 100; the gate control switch 200 is connected to a trigger end of the control module 400; the brightness detection module 300 is connected to an input end of the control module 400; wherein, the illuminating lamp 100 is arranged inside the refrigerator and used for providing illumination for the inside of the refrigerator; the door control switch 200 is used for controlling the illumination of the illuminating lamp 100 through the control module 400 when the refrigerator door body is opened; when the refrigerator door is closed, the control module 400 controls the illuminating lamp 100 to control the illuminating lamp 100 to be turned off; the brightness detection module 300 is configured to detect brightness of an internal environment of the refrigerator and output a brightness signal; the control module 400 is configured to receive the brightness signal output by the brightness detection module 300, and output a corresponding dimming signal according to the brightness signal, so as to control the brightness of the illumination lamp 100. Thus, when the natural light or the light provided by other lighting tools can illuminate the inside of the refrigerator, the control module 300 controls the lighting lamp 100 to weaken the brightness of the lighting lamp 100, so that the power consumed by the lighting lamp 100 is reduced, thereby realizing the energy-saving effect.
In this embodiment, the illumination lamp 100 may be composed of one or more LED lamps, wherein when there is only one LED lamp, the duty ratio of the output signal is adjusted by the control module 400 according to the detected brightness signal, so as to control the brightness of the illumination lamp 100. When a plurality of LEDs are adopted, the brightness of the illuminating lamp can be controlled by controlling the lighting of different numbers of LED lamps besides the control mode of the duty ratio.
In this embodiment, the brightness detection module 300 may be any detection element capable of detecting the brightness of the ambient light inside the refrigerator, such as a photosensitive sensor, which can detect the brightness of the ambient light inside the refrigerator, convert the brightness into a corresponding voltage signal, and output the voltage signal to the control module 400.
The control module 400 can be implemented by a PWM controller or a single chip microcomputer, and outputs a dimming signal with a preset duty ratio through the PWM controller or the single chip microcomputer, wherein the preset duty ratio can be any value between 0% and 100%, and generally takes about 50%, so that the lighting lamp 100 can provide certain illumination brightness for the inside of the refrigerator at the moment of opening the door body. Then, when the control module 400 receives the voltage signal output by the brightness detection module 300, the condition of the ambient light inside the refrigerator is determined according to the voltage signal. Thus, when the ambient light inside the refrigerator is weak, the control module 400 increases the duty ratio of the output signal, so that the light emitted by the illuminating lamp 100 is enhanced, and the illumination requirement is met; when the ambient light inside the refrigerator is strong, the control module 400 reduces the duty ratio of the output signal, so that the light emitted by the illumination lamp 100 is weakened, and the electric energy is saved. So, when the light that natural light or other lighting means provided can illuminate the refrigerator inside, just need not light 100 and supply light with the maximum load work, at this moment, according to the luminance of the inside ambient light of refrigerator, the corresponding duty cycle that will control the signal of light 100 luminance is transferred for a short time, makes the power that light 100 consumed reduce, and then makes the electric quantity that light 100 consumed reduce, realizes energy-conserving effect from this.
Based on the foregoing embodiment, in a further embodiment, the control module 400 is configured to obtain a first voltage value of the voltage signal output by the brightness detection module 300, compare the first voltage value with a preset voltage value, and adjust the duty ratio of the current output signal to zero when the first voltage value is greater than the preset voltage value. In this embodiment, the comparison between the first voltage value and the preset voltage value is realized by the internal comparator of the control module 400, so that the lighting lamp 100 can be directly turned off when the light inside the refrigerator is determined to be sufficient, thereby saving electric energy to a greater extent. The control module 400 includes a comparator (not shown) and a control chip (not shown), wherein a first input end of the comparator inputs a reference voltage signal, the reference voltage signal corresponds to the preset voltage value, and a second input end of the comparator is connected to the output end of the brightness detection module 300, so as to input the brightness signal output by the brightness detection module 300, and the brightness signal is a voltage signal; the control chip is connected with the illuminating lamp 100; the comparator compares the first voltage value with a preset voltage value, and outputs a comparison result to the control chip after comparison; and when the first voltage value is larger than the preset voltage value, the control chip adjusts the duty ratio of the current output signal to zero.
Further, referring to fig. 2, the lighting apparatus of the refrigerator further includes an analog-to-digital converter 500, an input end of the analog-to-digital converter 500 is connected to an output end of the brightness detection module 300, and an output end of the analog-to-digital converter 500 is connected to an input end of the control module 400. The digital-to-analog converter is configured to convert the luminance signal detected by the luminance detecting module 300 into a corresponding digital voltage signal, so that the control module 400 performs corresponding processing.
Further, referring to fig. 2, the lighting device of the refrigerator further includes a signal amplification circuit 600, an input terminal of the signal amplification circuit 600 is connected to an output terminal of the controller, and an output terminal of the signal amplification circuit 600 is connected to the illumination lamp 100. The signal amplifying circuit 600 is configured to amplify the driving signal output by the control module 400 to drive the lighting lamp 100 to generate electric power; the signal amplifying circuit 600 can be implemented by an amplifying chip or an amplifying circuit composed of a triode.
In addition, the invention further provides a refrigerator, in an embodiment, referring to fig. 1 to 4, the refrigerator includes a refrigerator body 700, a door body 800 and the refrigerator lighting device, wherein the door body 800 is arranged on the refrigerator body 700; the illumination lamp 100 and the brightness detection module 300 of the refrigerator illumination device are respectively disposed in the cabinet 700.
