Abstract

本发明提供一种驱动器芯片结构,驱动器芯片结构包括基板及设于基板的数个大小相等的连接凸起,所述基板包括表面,所述数个连接凸起成矩阵方式间隔排列于表面上,所述连接凸起平行于所述表面的截面呈梯形或者三角形。本发明还公开了一种液晶显示装置。

驱动器芯片结构及液晶显示装置
技术领域
本发明涉及液晶显示技术领域,特别涉及一种驱动器芯片结构及液晶显示装置。
背景技术
液晶显示面板是当今市场上的主流平板显示器技术。而显示面板包括显示有效区、边框区及位于边框下方的驱动区。所述驱动区主要是指驱动器芯片贴合区,用于贴装驱动器芯片,通过柔性电路板与手机等电子装置主板电性连接。其中,柔性电路板用于电子装置主板与显示面板的电连接,从电子装置主板传送控制命令以及电源电压给驱动器IC;IC贴合区用于驱动器IC的贴合,由驱动器IC提供电压和数据信号给显示面板;面板显示有效区接收驱动器IC信号,显示需要的画面。然而,现有技术中的驱动器IC的管脚多为矩形凸起,阵列方式排列与驱动器IC基板的表面,所述驱动器芯片贴合区相对所述管脚设有ITO接点;由于在贴合时,是由一层导电胶将管脚对位粘贴到相应的ITOPad上,但是,由于我们在验证面板功能以及使用手机过程中,会经常移动手机面板,这样,管脚与ITOPad容易产生松动,DriverIC就有上下移动的风险,而一旦出现移动,则会导致整个面板工作异常。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种驱动器芯片结构及液晶显示装置,有效防止驱动器芯片与液晶显示装置贴合区产生松动。
本发明还提供一种背光模组及显示器。
为了实现上述目的,本发明实施方式提供如下技术方案:
本发明提供一种驱动器芯片结构,驱动器芯片结构包括基板及设于基板的数个大小相等的连接凸起,所述基板包括表面,所述数个连接凸起成矩阵方式间隔排列于表面上,所述连接凸起平行于所述表面的截面呈梯形或者三角形。
其中,所述表面包括两个平行相对的侧边,所述多个连接凸起截面呈梯形,并且梯形包括上底边及下底边,所述多个连接凸起的底边朝向所述侧边设置。
其中,所述表面包括两个平行相对的侧边,所述多个连接凸起截面呈梯形,并且梯形包括上底边及下底边,与一个所述侧边相邻呈一列的连接凸起为正梯形与倒梯形交替排列,其中正梯形是指下底边朝向与连接凸起相邻的侧边,倒梯形是指上底边朝向与连接凸起相邻的侧边。
其中,所述表面包括两个平行相对的侧边,所述多个连接凸起截面呈三角形,三角形较长边朝向侧边。
其中,所述基板与所述连接凸起电性连接。
本发明提供一种液晶显示装置,其包括液晶面板、贴合区及驱动器芯片结构,驱动器芯片结构包括基板及设于基板的数个大小相等的连接凸起,所述基板包括表面,所述数个连接凸起成矩阵方式间隔排列于表面上,所述连接凸起平行于所述表面的截面呈梯形或者三角形;所述贴合区相对所述连接凸起设有ITO接点,所述ITO接点与连接凸起固定并导通。
其中,所述液晶面板包括显示区及位于显示区周缘的边框区,所述贴合区位于边框区内。
其中,所述液晶显示装置还包括柔性电路板,所述柔性电路板与所述驱动器芯片结构的基板电性连接。
其中,所述表面包括两个平行相对的侧边,所述多个连接凸起截面呈梯形,并且梯形包括上底边及下底边,所述多个连接凸起的底边朝向所述侧边设置。
其中,所述表面包括两个平行相对的侧边,所述多个连接凸起截面呈梯形,并且梯形包括上底边及下底边,与一个所述侧边相邻呈一列的连接凸起为正梯形与倒梯形交替排列,其中正梯形是指下底边朝向与连接凸起相邻的侧边,倒梯形是指上底边朝向与连接凸起相邻的侧边。
本发明的驱动器芯片结构设置非矩形的具有一定排列规则的连接凸起与ITO接点贴合,由于连接凸起截面可以增加贴合稳定性,进而防止驱动器芯片与液晶显示装置贴合区产生松动。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施方式中的附图,对本发明实施方式中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。
请参阅图1,本发明的较佳实施例提供了一种驱动器芯片结构,其包括基板10及设于基板10的数个大小相等的连接凸起12。所述基板包括表面11,所述数个连接凸起12成矩阵方式间隔排列于表面11上,所述连接凸起12平行于所述表面11的截面呈梯形或者三角形。本实施例中,所述多个连接凸起12截面呈梯形。进一步的,所述表面11包括两个平行相对的侧边111,并且梯形包括上底边121及下底边122,所述多个连接凸起12的底边122朝向所述侧边111设置。所述基板10与所述连接凸起12电性连接。
具体的,所述基板10为矩形板体,其相当于一个小型电路板,内部设有走线及其它电器元件。所述连接凸起12为金属焊点,相当于电路板的管脚。所述连接凸起12与所述基板10内的走线连接实现与基板10的电性连接。所述连接图区12的截面为等腰梯形,并且上底边121长度小于下底边122长度。本实施例中,所述多个连接凸起12排成两个平行的列,所述两列平行于所述侧边111。所述每一列内的连接凸起12的下底边122朝向与其临近的侧边,也就是说,所述连接凸起12的下底边122均朝向所述表面的外侧。此结构增强了所述连接凸起与其它焊接点的连接稳定性。
请参阅图2,在本发明另一个实施例中,与上述实施例不同的是,与一个所述侧边111相邻呈一列的连接凸起12为正梯形与倒梯形交替排列,其中正梯形是指下底边122朝向与连接凸起12相邻的侧边111,倒梯形是指上底边121朝向与连接凸起12相邻的侧边111。具体的,所述多个连接凸起12排成两个平行的列,所述两列平行于所述侧边111。所述每一列内,如果第一个连接凸起12的下底边122朝向与其临近的侧边,则第二个连接凸起12的上底边121朝向同一个侧边111,第三个连接凸起12的下底边122再次朝向侧边,以此类推,一列中的数个连接凸起正、倒梯形交错设置,如此排列占用表面面积,便于窄边框设计。而且可以增加了连接凸起的个数,进而增加连接凸起与其他焊点连接面积,保证连接稳定性。
在第三实施方式中,所述多个连接凸起截面呈三角形(图未示),三角形较长边朝向侧边。
请参阅图3,本发明提供一种液晶显示装置,所述液晶显示装置包括液晶面板21、贴合区22及所述的驱动器芯片结构。所述贴合区22相对所述连接凸起设有ITO接点(图未示),所述ITO接点与连接凸起固定并导通。
具体的,所述液晶显示装置用于手机、电脑、液晶电视等。所述贴合区位于液晶面板的阵列基板延伸部分,具体可以为ITO的延伸部分。所述ITO接点按照所述连接凸起12的排列方式排列,并与所述连接凸起通过粘帖等方式固定并导通。
进一步的,所述液晶面板21包括显示区211及位于显示区211周缘的边框区212,所述贴合区22位于边框区212内。
进一步的,所述液晶显示装置还包括柔性电路板,所述柔性电路板与所述驱动器芯片结构的基板电性连接。所述荣幸电路板还电性连接具有显示装置的电子装置主板。如手机。所述柔性电路板从电子装置主板传送控制命令以及电源电压给驱动器芯片结构;驱动器芯片结构提供电压和数据信号给液晶面板;面板显示有效区接收驱动器芯片结构信号,显示需要的画面。
本发明的液晶显示装置通过驱动器芯片结构的截面呈梯形或三角形的连接凸起与ITO接点固定,增加了贴合的稳定性。
以上所述是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

1.一种驱动器芯片结构,其特征在于,驱动器芯片结构包括基板及设于基板的数个大小相等的连接凸起,所述基板包括表面,所述数个连接凸起成矩阵方式间隔排列于表面上,所述连接凸起平行于所述表面的截面呈梯形或者三角形。
2.如权利要求1所述的驱动器芯片结构,其特征在于,所述表面包括两个平行相对的侧边,所述多个连接凸起截面呈梯形,并且梯形包括上底边及下底边,所述多个连接凸起的下底边朝向所述侧边设置。
3.如权利要求1所述的驱动器芯片结构,其特征在于,所述表面包括两个平行相对的侧边,所述多个连接凸起截面呈梯形,并且梯形包括上底边及下底边,与一个所述侧边相邻呈一列的连接凸起为正梯形与倒梯形交替排列,其中正梯形是指下底边朝向与连接凸起相邻的侧边,倒梯形是指上底边朝向与连接凸起相邻的侧边。
4.如权利要求1所述的驱动器芯片结构,其特征在于,所述表面包括两个平行相对的侧边,所述多个连接凸起截面呈三角形,三角形较长边朝向侧边。
5.如权利要求1-4任一项所述的驱动器芯片结构,其特征在于,所述基板与所述连接凸起电性连接。
6.一种液晶显示装置,其特征在于,所述液晶显示装置包括液晶面板、贴合区及驱动器芯片结构,驱动器芯片结构包括基板及设于基板的数个大小相等的连接凸起,所述基板包括表面,所述数个连接凸起成矩阵方式间隔排列于表面上,所述连接凸起平行于所述表面的截面呈梯形或者三角形;所述贴合区相对所述连接凸起设有ITO接点,所述ITO接点与连接凸起固定并导通。
7.如权利要求6所述的液晶显示装置,其特征在于,所述液晶面板包括显示区及位于显示区周缘的边框区,所述贴合区位于边框区内。
8.如权利要求6所述的液晶显示装置,其特征在于,所述液晶显示装置还包括柔性电路板,所述柔性电路板与所述驱动器芯片结构的基板电性连接。
9.如权利要求6所述的液晶显示装置,其特征在于,所述表面包括两个平行相对的侧边,所述多个连接凸起截面呈梯形,并且梯形包括上底边及下底边,所述多个连接凸起的底边朝向所述侧边设置。
10.如权利要求6所述的液晶显示装置,其特征在于,所述表面包括两个平行相对的侧边,所述多个连接凸起截面呈梯形,并且梯形包括上底边及下底边,与一个所述侧边相邻呈一列的连接凸起为正梯形与倒梯形交替排列,其中正梯形是指下底边朝向与连接凸起相邻的侧边,倒梯形是指上底边朝向与连接凸起相邻的侧边。
