格筐底部具有外表面或下表面,其构形可接纳下方同类格筐内的瓶顶。底部下表面最好具有向上凹进的接纳区,用以接纳下方同类格筐内的瓶顶。接纳区有助于瓶子保持直立状态而增加装瓶格筐堆垛的稳定性。针对这一特点,各接纳区可以可靠地接纳至少两种尺寸的瓶顶。接纳区还可防止格筐沿下方格筐内的瓶顶自由滑动。接纳区的周边表面是带斜角的,使瓶顶在使格筐绕一垂直轴线转动时可松脱瓶顶,从而使格筐可沿下方格筐内的瓶顶滑动而便于搬运。
壁体结构具有与底部邻接的下壁体和若干沿格筐底部周边设置的整体构制的柱体。可以理解,“柱体”意味着向上延伸的空心柱子。下壁体是双壁结构的,因此空心柱体适于与这种下部双层壁体作整体构制。空心柱体最好向格筐内部倾斜,并有锥度而使顶部的截面较小而靠近下壁体的截面较大,使空筐柱体可彼此上下套叠。
柱体最好沿格筐底部周边设置。每角设一柱体,在相邻底部支承区之间设一柱体,使格筐在侧面上具有锯齿形外观如图1、2所示。装在格筐内的瓶子可通过柱体之间的空当看清如图16~18所示。本发明的格筐综合了格筐可套叠、双壁结构具有足够的强度和瓶子可充分显现无阻的优点。
对本发明的这些和其他一些特点可从以下按附图对本发明的一些优选实施例所作具体说明取得更全面的了解。

优先实施例详述
本发明为具有结构特点的半高式格筐,这种结构能提供足够的强度,便于空筐套叠,对装瓶格筐作稳定的堆垛和交叉堆垛,并使瓶子和容器具有充分的可见性。本发明特别适用于一次用量的玻璃瓶或塑料瓶。
参照图1、2,格筐20具有两个基本构件:一底部22和一壁体构件24。构成格筐20周边的壁体构件具有一下壁体26和包括角柱28和侧柱30和30a的若干柱体。格筐20最好是长方形的,其壁体结构具有侧壁25和端壁27。尽管所示和所述为长方形格筐,但本发明不限于此,而可具有等长的侧壁和端壁因而成为方形格筐。
底部22最好具有带镂空图形的网格结构如图3、4所示,两图分别为底部的顶视图和底视图。镂空的底部结构可减轻格筐的重量,并具有使一些液体可从底部22排出的实际用处。底部大体上是平整的和敞开的以免跟如塑料包装一类多瓶捆装的辅助包装或捆扎干扰。
参照图1~4,底部22具有上表面32,上表面大体上是平的,带有很多最好是圆形的支承区或环体34,用以支承瓶子。在格筐20的角部设置角部支承区35,大体上与支承区34相似而在以下作具体说明。支承区34、35通过由横过底部34彼此垂直的网格状纵向支撑36和横向支撑38以及从支承区34最好作径向延伸的斜向支撑40所构成的系统彼此连接。孔隙式网格件42最好为圆形构件,位于支承区34~35之间而与纵向支撑、横向支撑和斜向支撑连成一体。互相垂直的支撑36、38大体上在底部22上作全长和全宽延伸而与成排和成列的支承区34和角部支承区35连接。有些相互垂直的支撑36、38与圆形网格件42作径向连接。斜向支撑40与网格件42和支承区34、35作斜向连接。网格件42除沿端壁之间格筐纵轴线设置的三个较大圆形网格件43外最好具有均匀的尺寸。中间网格件43a以其剖面示于图12而为注射模制格筐20时优选注射点44的位置所在。
支承区34、35作成排和成列布置而构成一个和多个阵列。在一个优选实施例中,4×6的阵列适用于24个16或20盎司的瓶子。在另外的一些优选实施例中,一升的瓶子可作3×4阵列12瓶的排列或3×5阵列15瓶的排列。各支承区34的构形应使作列阵排列的瓶子保持相互靠紧以免在搬运中瓶子相互碰撞。应避免瓶子过于松动以使瓶子保持直立状态而最有利地支承堆垛或交叉堆垛在其上面的瓶子负荷。
各支承区或环体34、35应按需存放的瓶子确定其尺寸而通过垂直支撑36、38和斜向支撑40与其他支承区连接。支承区34、35最好具有实体、一般为平的表面,而沿格筐周边设置的支承区则具有排放孔46。图13示出一部分角部支承区35的详图,在图3中标明了这一区的位置。
底部22具有下表面48,下表面具有很明显的结构特点。底部下表面48具有可使装瓶格筐作堆垛或交叉堆垛的构形。交叉堆垛是在使格筐绕一垂直轴线转动90度而向下放在下方格筐上进行的。在装运时可用机器搬动格筐,因而采用可作稳定堆垛或交叉堆垛的格筐比较有利。此外,在零售场合下利用格筐可展示其中容器,零售商为了展示商品或由于存放空间的原因往往愿将格筐堆垛起来。
底部的下表面48具有许多向上凹进的瓶顶接纳区50如图4、6、11所示。接纳区50的周边由环体52和弧体54构成,环体和弧体与底部下表面48作整体模制而成为其一部分。环体52和弧体54的位置应使下方装瓶格筐中的瓶顶在一定范围内可进入其中而取得安全的堆垛和交叉堆垛。接纳区50有助于瓶子保持直立状态而承受在其上面堆垛或交叉堆垛的瓶子负荷。一般来说,周边的接纳区50、也就是靠近壁体结构的接纳区由弧体54构成而中间接纳区由环体52构成。位于底部下表面中部的接纳区50偏离其相应支承区34的程度低于靠近壁体结构的接纳区。图10具体地示出一部分环体52的剖面。
接纳区50的周边表面为斜切表面56。在堆垛或交叉堆垛的状态下,接纳区可防止格筐沿下方格筐内瓶顶作自由滑动,只要接纳区脱开其保持状态,也就是脱开堆垛或交叉堆垛状态,上方格筐就可沿下方格筐内的瓶顶滑动以利搬运。在将上方格筐绕一垂直轴线稍作转动时,斜体56就使格筐20座落在下方格筐的瓶顶上。
图11详细地示出接纳区50的剖面。图11中接纳区50的详图表明这不只是一个简单的凹区。接纳区50在结构上适用于多种规格的瓶顶。这里实际上有两个同心的接纳区:外区50a和内区50b。在第一实施例中,外区50a是由沿接纳区50外周的斜面56形成的,适用于直径为38mm的瓶顶。紧靠斜面56的内侧最好是一平面区57,在第一实施例中的宽5mm。内区50b最好由球面58构成,其边沿与斜面56同心。球面58进一步从接纳区50向上凹进,可妥贴地卡住直径为28mm的瓶顶。球面58的边沿便于松开下面的瓶顶而使格筐沿瓶顶滑动。就其他一些优选实施例而言,可以理解,尺寸是可变的,内部和其他的接纳区就应如上所述对具体格筐作应有的成比例的设计。
本发明格筐20使瓶子可相对地作较密实的装填,而格筐是可沿瓶顶滑移的。这是由于瓶子的密实装填往往可取得较高的垂直稳定性。
壁体结构24构成格筐20包括对置侧壁25和对置端壁27的周边。壁体结构24具有内部60与底部22连成一体的下壁体26。格筐20角部呈圆形而与下壁体26连成一体。在各格筐角部形成角柱28。除角柱外,沿侧壁25和端壁27设有若干侧柱30和30a。全部柱体28、30、30a与下壁体26和底部连成一体。柱体28、30、30a最好是空心的,从底部向上延伸而高出下壁体26的顶面。为便于套叠空筐,柱体28、30、30a最好向格筐内部倾斜而带有锥度,使其顶部截面小于其靠近下壁体的截面。
如图5、6以及剖面图7~9所示,柱体28、30、30a与内部下壁体60和外部下壁体62连成一体。内部下壁体60和外部下壁体62组成格筐20的双层结构而相应地与柱体内外表面连接。下壁体的顶部86使内部下壁体60与外部下壁体62作光滑的连接。这种结构使格筐20具有对各种搬运情况来说相当高的强度和刚性。如图3、5、6、15所示,各角柱28具有相同的尺寸。但朝向随其所在位置各不相同。但,侧柱具有两种尺寸,沿侧壁25设置和位于端壁27中间的侧柱30的尺寸是相同的,但位于端壁27上的中间柱体和角柱之间的侧柱30a的尺寸稍大些。这一差异是由于:为使按优选的4×6阵列排放的瓶子作匀称的交叉堆垛,格筐的宽长比应为2∶3,因此,格筐长向壁体所占空间约为宽向壁体所占空间的1.5倍。在本发明的格筐中,通过加大柱体30a沿端壁27的厚度可取得较为合适的宽向空间。这种构形可增加格筐20的强度,而且也不影响为便于自动装运所需的多层堆垛。
如格筐的侧面图1、2、5、6所示,外部下壁体62最好不完全与底部下表面48齐平,而使底部下表面48在侧面图上有所外露。使外部下壁体62稍高于底部下表面48可使手推运货车易于滑到格筐下面而便于搬运,并可防止外部下壁体在如上所述沿瓶顶滑动时绊住瓶顶。底部下表面48的周边上形成斜面49。此外,环体52和弧体54的下表面形成底部48的最底表面。这些表面总起来在图1、2和4~6中标为底面53。底面53的边沿也形成斜面55。因此,在将格筐20放在平面上时,底面53就与平面接触。斜面49、55便于格筐的装卸搬运。
如图4所示,下壁体26的底部也是敞开的以便空筐套叠在一起。两个套叠的格筐部分地示于图15。为便于说明,对下方格筐采用加有撇号的标号,例如上方格筐20套叠在下方格筐20′的上面。对其相应的构件也都采用加有撇号的标号。
本发明的很多优点都牵涉到格筐的套叠。对可以套叠和便于套叠在结构上的特点可以参照图5、6、15取得了解。在将格筐20套叠在格筐20′上时,上方格筐20的柱体28、30、30a套叠在下方格筐20′的相应柱体28′、30′、30a′上。实际上使柱体28′、30′、30a′相应地向上进入柱体28、30、30a内侧。侧柱30、30a位于相邻支承区34(或35)之间而形成柱间空当63。这样,在格筐20装有座落在支承区34、35上的瓶子时,瓶侧就可通过空当63显出而作引人注意的展示,特别是在零售的场合下要求这样。
对角柱28最好在其内表面上设有开口64,使下面套叠的角柱具有足够的空隙套叠进去。如图14所示,角柱28内的开口64延伸到底部22而在角部支承区35上也留出缺口66供下面套叠的角柱通过。角柱28上端内部的角部壁板65从角柱顶部向下延伸到开口64。中间壁板70构成底面75如图4所示。在柱体28顶部和角部壁板65间的连接部分上设有切口31。
同样,侧柱30、30a在构形上也为下面套叠的侧柱留出足够的空隙以便套叠进去。侧柱30、30a的内侧也设开口68,但不是全部敞开而有带上壁板72和下壁板74的整体中间壁板70向下延伸到底部22。中间壁板70最好从柱体底部到顶部是倾斜的,并使柱体与底部连接。这样,在格筐20装有瓶子时中间壁板20就大体上位于相邻瓶子之间。在柱体30、30a顶部和上壁板72之间的连接部分上也设有切口31。
为控制进入柱体的程度,最好设置两种以上的可靠“挡体”。挡体用以防止套叠格筐楔紧在一起,并防止柱体或壁体结构由于重复套叠和承受上面套叠格筐的重量受损或变形。第一挡体位于空心柱体的内部,第二挡体位于柱体的外部。外部柱体挡体76为与侧柱30、30a的下壁板74连成一体的箱形结构。挡件76从底部22向上作垂直延伸,挡体的上部凸台78在套叠格筐20和20′时成为壁板底面75的支承面。尽管可设想使任意数的壁板底面75支撑在下面套叠格筐的凸台78′上,在优选实施例中,接触发生在四个位于侧壁25上紧靠角柱28的四个侧柱上。例如,如图15所示,上方格筐20的壁板底面75在套叠两个格筐时就略高于下方格筐20′挡体76′的凸台78′。挡体76除用作套叠的可靠挡体外,也增加了使柱体与底部连接的中间壁板70的强度。最好在所有侧柱30、30a上设置挡体76,但本发明并不限于这种构形,挡体76可以在少数几个柱体上设置。肋体79与挡体76连接,从上部凸台78向上延伸而与中间壁板70连成一体。肋体79增加了柱体中间壁板的强度。
内部柱体挡体或跨接肋体80在柱体28、30、30a内部空间中与柱体连成一体。跨接肋体80示于剖面图5、6、15中,在图15中用虚线示出了格筐20上较典型的跨接肋体80。肋体80最好位于28、30、30a的上部中间而隐藏在角柱28的角部壁板65和侧柱30、30a的上壁板72后面。图4示出肋体80在柱体28、30、30a内跨接其内部和外部表面的优选情况。在套叠格筐时,肋体80支承在柱体28、30、30a的顶端。如图15所示,格筐20的肋体80支承在下方格筐20′柱体28′、30′、30a′的顶端上。
下壁体26的双壁结构具有另一有利的结构特点,这就是设于端壁27中部的把手82。如上所述,沿端壁27的中间柱体30窄于其他柱体30a,这种结构也便于加大把手82。把手82在端壁上与外部下壁体62连成一体,使使用人的手可以插入内部下壁件60和外部下壁体62之间。在抓住格筐20把手82时,外部下壁体62成为使用人双手舒适平滑的扶持表面。
本发明的另一特点是在外部下壁体62上设有平面标牌部分84,用以模制出标识、广告等内容。
本发明格筐综合了套叠、强度和可见性的特点。在构制格筐时,必须确定很多设计参数以达到加强上述特点而使其中任一方面都不致受到有害影响。可见性在作出引人注意的展示和不用取出瓶子就能通过空当63看出瓶侧标牌这两方面都很重要。提高瓶子的可见性、也就是加大柱体之间的空当63意味着减小柱体尺寸,这会整个地降低强度。此外,较大的空当增加瓶子从空当中颠出格筐的可能性。本发明提供与格筐尺寸相应的尽量高而又不影响强度和套叠性的可见性。
同样,套叠性对于节省空间和便于搬运是一个很重要的特点。一个格筐使一沓套叠的格筐所增加的高度即为套叠增量。在本发明第一优选实施例中,套叠增量在格筐总高为3.95英寸时最好约为每筐1.5英寸。套叠比是按高度除以增量计算时,在这一示例中为3.95/1.5=2.63。因此,柱体在下壁体以上延伸约2.5英寸而中心相隔约2.9英寸。显然,套叠比越大或套叠增量越小,节省空间也越多。但,就综合其他的结构参数来看,仅加大套叠比会造成对其他方面的欠缺。加大套叠比会降低强度和格筐的完整性,因为除作其他的调整外,下壁体的尺寸就得减小,因而影响了必要的强度和刚性。
在格筐20的第一优选实施例中,侧壁的优选尺寸约为18.9英寸,端壁约为12.6英寸。如上所述,所述格筐的高度约为3.9英寸,但格筐的高度取决于瓶子的外形,因为某几种瓶子要求较大的格筐扶持深度。侧柱30的顶部厚度约为0.4英寸,而较大的柱体30a顶部厚度约为0.6英寸。侧柱向格筐内侧倾斜,而使柱体外侧向上从外侧下壁体向内倾斜约5.7°而达到柱体大体上为平的顶面。中间壁板从底部向上偏离垂线倾斜约9.2°而达到柱体的平整顶面。角柱向格筐内侧倾斜而以其外侧从外部下壁体向上作偏离垂线约5.7°的延伸以与其平的顶面相遇。角部壁板大体上是垂直的。空当由偏离垂线约8°的柱体侧边形成,使空当向柱顶逐渐加宽。显然,其他优选实施例的尺寸会是各不相同的。
以上所述尺寸和角度是与本发明的一优选实施例相应的,体现了套叠、强度和可见性方面的最佳平衡。当然,对外形和尺寸不同的瓶子和容器可作出一些必要的调整,本发明不应受以上所述尺寸的限制。
对本发明其他实施例中的相应部分在以下说明中采用相同的标号,只是标号前加上不同的百位数。
如上所述,对支承区的准确数量可以改变以得出容量不同于格筐20的格筐。此外,变化程度随所需较大或较小的容器加大或减小。现对其他的格筐实施例说明如下。
图16示出作为本发明第2实施例的格筐220。格筐220是为阵列为3×4、存放一升瓶子B作出的。在尺寸上作了一些调整,格筐20的其他基本特点保持不变。
同样,图17示出作为本发明第三实施例的格筐320。格筐320是为阵列为3×5、存放一升的瓶子B作出的。
图18示出作为本发明第四实施例的格筐420。格筐420也是为阵列为3×5、存放一升的瓶子B作出的。
格筐220、320、420和20之间的主要差别在于把手的结构。格筐220、320、420上的把手282、382、482分别为三壁结构如图19所示。为便于说明,采用了标号220,可以理解,格筐320、420具有相应的把手特点。
图19所示把手282具有三壁区,其中最外层与外部下壁体262连成一体,最内层与内部下壁体260连成一体。
外壁体262在端壁227上进一步与内壁体260隔开而使端壁下壁体226的体积加大。在这些实施例中,端壁227的外部下壁体262并不如格筐20那样与柱体230的外侧连接。中壁283位于外壁体262和内壁体260之间而与柱体230的外侧连接。中壁283通过桥体285与外壁体262连接,桥体最好在底部下表面248以上与之相隔某些距离,但低于下壁体226顶面286。这样,把手腔体287位于中壁283和内壁260之
使用中对把手282可作“手心向上”和“手心向下”两种握法。在构制格筐420中,在柱体430外侧设置切口488,使使用人具有更多的空间用手握住把手。
从以上具体说明中可以看出本发明对熟悉本专业的人来说可对本发明作出很多种改变。但所有这些并不脱离本发明精神实质的改变应视为包括在仅由这里所附权利要求书限定的范围内。

Claims (20)

1.一种容器格筐,具有一底部和一与底部连成一体的壁体结构,底部具有上表面和下表面,上表面具有若干用以支承作阵列存放的容器的支承区,壁体结构与底部连成一体而沿底部周边设置,另外,还包括一下壁体和若干柱体,所述柱体沿底部周边作间隔设置而构成位于其间的空当,通过这些空当装在所述格筐内的容器是可见的,其特征在于:
所述下壁体与底部邻接而与之连成一体,并且所述下壁体为双壁结构而具有一内部下壁体和一外部下壁体;
所述柱体的内表面与所述内部下壁体连成一体,所述柱体的外表面与所述外部下壁体连成一体。
2.按权利要求1所述格筐,其特征在于:所述柱体向所述格筐内部倾斜,至少其下壁体是空心的,使所述柱体可套叠在一下方同类格筐的相应柱体上。
3.按权利要求2所述格筐,其特征在于所述柱体具有:
一些角柱,位于所述格筐角部,各所述角柱具有一角部开口;
一些侧柱,沿所述格筐侧边设置,各所述侧柱具有一套叠开口和一中间壁板,中间壁板从所述侧柱顶部向下延伸而与底部连成一体,所述中间壁板对分所述套叠开口;
其中:所述角部开口和所述套叠开口具有足以在所述角柱中套叠一同类格筐的相应角柱和在所述侧柱中套叠一同类格筐的相应侧柱的间隙。
4.按权利要求3所述格筐,其特征在于还具有阻挡机构,用以限止一下置套叠柱体进入一上置相应柱体的进程以免套叠的格筐楔紧在一起。
5.按权利要求4所述格筐,其特征在于:所述阻挡机构在一些所述柱体上部内具有跨接肋体,使所述格筐的所述跨接肋体在套叠时支撑在一下方同类格筐相应柱体的顶上。
6.按权利要求5所述格筐,其特征在于:所述阻挡机构具有位于一些所述侧柱中间壁板上的挡体,使各所述挡体在套叠所述格筐时以其凸台支撑同类格筐中一相应柱体上所述中间壁板的底面。
7.按权利要求6所述格筐,其特征在于:底部下表面具有若干接纳凹区,用以接纳装在一下方同类格筐内的容器顶部,使装有容器的格筐保持稳定的堆垛或交叉堆垛状态。
8.按权利要求7所述格筐,其特征在于:各所述接纳区具有斜边以便容器顶部从所述接纳区内脱出。
9.按权利要求8所述格筐,其特征在于:各所述接纳区至少具有两个接纳分区,各接纳分区用以接纳尺寸不同的容器顶部。
10.按权利要求9所述格筐,其特征在于:底部下表面略低于所述外部下壁体。
11.按权利要求10所述格筐,其特征在于:所述下壁体具有在其中与其连成一体的把手。
12.按权利要求1所述格筐,其特征在于:所述柱体向所述格筐内部倾斜,至少其下部是空心的,使所述柱体可套叠在一下方同类空筐的相应柱体上。
13.按权利要求12所述格筐,其特征在于还具有阻挡机构,用以限止一下置套叠柱体进入一上置相应柱体的进程以免套叠的格筐楔紧在一起。
14.按权利要求13所述格筐,其特征在于:所述阻挡机构在一些所述柱体上部内具有跨接肋体,使所述格筐的所述跨接肋体在套叠时支撑在一下方同类格筐相应柱体的顶上。
15.按权利要求14所述格筐,其特征在于所述柱体具有:
一些角柱,位于所述格筐角部,各所述角柱具有一角部开口;
一些侧柱,沿所述格筐侧边设置,各所述侧柱具有一套叠开口和一中间壁板,中间壁板从所述侧柱顶部向下延伸而与底部连成一体,所述中间壁板对分所述套叠开口,
其中:所述角部开口和所述套叠开口具有足以在所述角柱中套叠一同类格筐的相应角柱和在所述侧柱中套叠一同类格筐的相应侧柱的间隙。
16.按权利要求15所述格筐,其特征在于:所述阻挡机构具有位于一些所述侧柱的所述中可壁板上的挡件,使各所述挡体在套叠所述格筐时以其凸台支撑同类格筐中一相应柱体上所述中间壁板的底面。
17.按权利要求16所述格筐,其特征在于:底部下表面具有若干接纳凹区,用以接纳装在一下方同类格筐内的容器顶部,使装有容器的格筐保持稳定的堆垛或交叉堆垛状态;各所述接纳区具有斜边以便容器顶部从所述接纳区内脱出。
18.按权利要求17所述格筐,其特征在于:各所述接纳区至少具有两个接纳分区,各接纳分区用以接纳尺寸不同的容器顶部。
19.按权利要求18所述格筐,其特征在于:底部下表面略低于所述外部下壁体。
20.按照权利要求12所述格筐,其特征在于:底部下表面略低于所述外部下壁体。
