Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种传统草药的未确定结构的医药配制品，尤其是一种治疗咽喉肿痛的中药组合物。
背景技术
咽喉肿痛是一种常见的四季多发病，是口咽和喉咽部病变的主要症状，以咽喉部红肿疼痛、吞咽不适为特征，又称“喉痹”。咽喉肿痛的常见症状有：咽喉赤肿疼痛，吞咽困难、咳嗽、咽干、口渴、便秘、尿黄、舌红、苔黄、声带结节、嘶哑失音等症状。目前，治疗咽喉肿痛的药物有很多，包括西药和中成药，临床上治疗咽喉肿痛一般以西药为主，中成药为辅，但是存在疗效不明显、见效慢的不足。
祖国医学认为，咽喉肿痛多因风火痰盛壅闭咽喉，以及肺胃虚寒或肺胃热盛等引起，气血运行不畅，通则不痛，痛则不通。
根据中医理论，针对咽喉肿痛的发病机理，采用清热泻火、解毒消肿的治法，进行辩证配伍组方，以达到标本兼治的目的。
发明内容
为了克服现有临床上治疗咽喉肿痛存在疗效不明显、见效慢的不足，本发明提供一种配制简便、成本低、疗效显著、无副作用的治疗咽喉肿痛的中药组合物。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种治疗咽喉肿痛的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：元参10-40份、天冬5-25份、赤芍5-25份、桑白皮5-25份、半枝莲5-20份、虎杖10-30份、白花蛇舌草10-40份、夏枯草5-20份、川牛膝5-20份、生地黄10-40份、桔梗5-20份、桑叶5-20份、牛蒡子5-20份、黄芩5-20份、金银花10-30份、大黄5-20份、厚朴5-25份、升麻5-20份、射干5-20份、甘草5-15份。
本发明的优选技术方案是：一种治疗咽喉肿痛的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：元参30份、天冬15份、赤芍15份、桑白皮15份、半枝莲10份、虎杖20份、白花蛇舌草30份、夏枯草10份、川牛膝10份、生地黄30份、桔梗10份、桑叶10份、牛蒡子10份、黄芩10份、金银花20份、大黄10份、厚朴15份、升麻10份、射干10份、甘草10份。
本发明中药组合物是在传统中医理论和临床经验指导下，精选药物组方。本发明中药组合物中：元参具有养阴凉血、清热泻火、除烦止渴、解毒散结的功效；天冬具有滋阴润燥、清肺降火的功效；赤芍具有清热凉血、散瘀止痛的功效；桑白皮具有泻肺平喘、利水消肿的功效；半枝莲具有清热解毒、散瘀止血、消肿定痛的功效；虎杖具有活血散瘀、祛风通络、清热利湿、解毒、止咳化痰的功效；白花蛇舌草具有清热解毒、利尿消肿、活血止痛的功效；夏枯草具有清肝明目、清热利尿、散结消肿的功效；川牛膝具有活血通经、祛风除湿、通利关节、利尿通淋的功效；生地黄具有清热凉血、养阴生津、止痛调经的功效；桔梗具有宣肺祛痰、养气补血、利五脏、补五劳的功效；桑叶具有疏散风热、清肺润燥、清肝明目、凉血止血的功效；牛蒡子具有疏散风热、宣肺透疹、利咽散结、解毒消肿的功效；黄芩具有清热燥湿、泻火解毒、止血安胎的功效；金银花具有清热解毒、凉散风热的功效；大黄具有泻火消积、清热解毒、凉血止血、祛瘀止咳的功效；厚朴具有行气消积、燥湿除满、降逆平喘的功效；升麻具有发表透疹、清热解毒、升举阳气的功效；射干具有清热解毒、利喉消痰的功效；甘草具有补脾益气、清热解毒、祛痰止咳、调和诸药的功效。本发明精选药物组方，其药物组分经辩证配伍，在作用上相互佐助，共奏清热泻火、凉血止血、清肝宣肺、解毒消肿的功效，对咽喉肿痛的治疗达到标本兼治。
本发明组合物的组分均采用天然的中药原料，其配制简便、药源广、成本低。本发明遵循中医的处方用药原则，各种组分药物采用水煎服用。经临床应用验证，其疗效显著可靠，药性平和，未出现毒副作用，有效率达92.5%，治愈率75%。

一种治疗咽喉肿痛的中药组合物，其中药原料及重量配比为：元参30g、天冬15g、赤芍15g、桑白皮15份、半枝莲10g、虎杖20g、白花蛇舌草30g、夏枯草10g、川牛膝10g、生地黄30g、桔梗10g、桑叶10g、牛蒡子10g、黄芩10g、金银花20g、大黄10g、厚朴15g、升麻10g、射干10g、甘草10g。
实施例2
一种治疗咽喉肿痛的中药组合物，其中药原料及重量配比为：元参15g、天冬25g、赤芍5g、桑白皮20份、半枝莲12g、虎杖30g、白花蛇舌草15g、夏枯草20g、川牛膝12g、生地黄25g、桔梗5g、桑叶15g、牛蒡子12g、黄芩20g、金银花10g、大黄15g、厚朴5g、升麻20g、射干12g、甘草5g。
实施例3
一种治疗咽喉肿痛的中药组合物，其中药原料及重量配比为：元参25g、天冬5g、赤芍20g、桑白皮10份、半枝莲15g、虎杖25g、白花蛇舌草10g、夏枯草15g、川牛膝5g、生地黄40g、桔梗12g、桑叶20g、牛蒡子5g、黄芩15g、金银花25g、大黄5g、厚朴25g、升麻12g、射干20g、甘草8g。
实施例4
一种治疗咽喉肿痛的中药组合物，其中药原料及重量配比为：元参10g、天冬20g、赤芍10g、桑白皮25份、半枝莲5g、虎杖15g、白花蛇舌草25g、夏枯草5g、川牛膝15g、生地黄35g、桔梗15g、桑叶12g、牛蒡子20g、黄芩5g、金银花15g、大黄20g、厚朴10g、升麻15g、射干5g、甘草15g。
实施例5
一种治疗咽喉肿痛的中药组合物，其中药原料及重量配比为：元参40g、天冬10g、赤芍25g、桑白皮5份、半枝莲20g、虎杖10g、白花蛇舌草40g、夏枯草12g、川牛膝20g、生地黄10g、桔梗20g、桑叶5g、牛蒡子15g、黄芩12g、金银花30g、大黄12g、厚朴20g、升麻5g、射干15g、甘草12g。
本发明实施例中的中药组合物按常规的水煎法制取药剂。具体方法如下：将组方的中药原料放入容器中，加冷水漫过药面，浸泡15～20分钟，再加水没过药面约6厘米，进行第一次煎煮，未沸前采用武火煎煮，沸后用文火煎煮20～30分钟；第二次煎煮，加水没过药面约4厘米，水沸后煎煮15～20分钟。两次煎煮取汁，合并。
本发明以实施例1所给出的一种治疗咽喉肿痛的中药组合物，做临床疗效总结如下：
一、一般性资料：本中药组合物应用于临床观察病例120例，男67例，女53例，年龄15～65岁。
二、诊断标准：
咽喉肿痛多由外感风寒、风热或病毒性感冒引起，常出现咽喉红肿、疼痛、干裂、糜烂吞咽困难等症状，重症患者常伴有头痛、发热等症状。
三、用法用量：临床应用时，一日一剂，水煎两遍取汁约400ml，分早、晚两次空腹温服。
四、疗效标准：
(1)治愈：红肿、糜烂、咳痛、吞咽困难等症状完全消失；
(2)有效：红肿、糜烂、咳痛、吞咽困难等症状明显缓解；
(3)无效：症状及临床体征无明显改变。
五、治疗效果：该临床观察病例中，服药2-10天，痊愈90例，随访未见复发；有效21例，无效9例。治疗期间未发生毒副作用。
六、典型病例：
病例1：曹某，女，35岁。一周以来自觉咽部干燥、灼热感和经微疼痛、随后疼痛加剧，吞咽时疼痛加重，并伴有全身不适、恶寒、发热、头痛等症。检查时发现咽部充血，有粘稠分泌物。服用本发明中药组合物制备的药剂2天，咽部感觉舒畅，粘稠分泌物减少，继续服用2天，诸症全消，治愈。
病例2：王某，男，23岁。因感冒咳嗽导致咽部肿痛严重，咽部充血，伴有全身乏力、恶寒、发热、头痛、四肢酸痛等症状。服用本发明中药组合物制备的药剂3天，咳嗽、肿痛症状明显减轻，全身乏力等症状消失；继续服用2天，所有症状完全消失，治愈。

1.一种治疗咽喉肿痛的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：元参10-40份、天冬5-25份、赤芍5-25份、桑白皮5-25份、半枝莲5-20份、虎杖10-30份、白花蛇舌草10-40份、夏枯草5-20份、川牛膝5-20份、生地黄10-40份、桔梗5-20份、桑叶5-20份、牛蒡子5-20份、黄芩5-20份、金银花10-30份、大黄5-20份、厚朴5-25份、升麻5-20份、射干5-20份、甘草5-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗咽喉肿痛的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：元参30份、天冬15份、赤芍15份、桑白皮15份、半枝莲10份、虎杖20份、白花蛇舌草30份、夏枯草10份、川牛膝10份、生地黄30份、桔梗10份、桑叶10份、牛蒡子10份、黄芩10份、金银花20份、大黄10份、厚朴15份、升麻10份、射干10份、甘草10份。
