Abstract
本发明公开了一种多波段机读荧光防伪油墨组合物及其应用,所述多波段机读荧光防伪油墨组合物,各个组分的重量百分比如下:光学特性材料0.1‑40wt%,连结料1‑95wt%,颜料0‑30wt%,助剂0‑70wt%,本发明在蓝光激发下,同时发射可见光和红外光的光学特征,本发明防伪特征需借助专用识别仪进行读取。通过调节光学特性材料中的稀土离子的比例和种类,可以调节油墨在可见光区和红外光区的发光强度比以及红外光区的发光峰位,从而实现多波段机读荧光防伪。所述的光学特性材料为具有如下结构通式的化合物:S:x Ce3+,y IR。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种机读荧光防伪油墨组合物,更具体地说,本发明涉及一种蓝光激发下,同时发射可见光和红外光的机读荧光防伪油墨。
背景技术
提高防伪技术是防止伪造证券、假冒产品泛滥的有效手段。机读防伪是采用专用仪器对防伪标签进行识别的一种防伪技术,由于具有机读性质的油墨特种标记物可专供专用,有一定的保密性,因而可以有效的防止伪造。
德国Giesecke&Devrient GmbH和法国BANQUE DE FRANCE共同申请了欧洲发明“具有发光特性的有价文件”(公开号:EP1632908A1,公开日:2006年03月08日),涉及有价文件系统,尤其是货币系统,包含大量被细分成定义的亚组的各个文件,每个亚组具有所述亚组所有各个文件共同的不可见但是机可读的编码,不同亚组的编码彼此不相同,其中所述编码是通过至少两种具有重叠光谱谱带的发光材料形成的光谱编码。权利要求62:分别合成具有重叠光谱谱带(P)的至少两种发光材料,其中发光材料包含在基质中的至少一种发光团,并且所述发光材料具有不同基质但有相同的发光团,将所述材料研磨成具有预定大小的粉末状颜料,混合所述颜料以获得均质的混合物。但其性能依赖于至少两种光学材料。
美国HONEYWELL INTERNATIONAL INC分别申请了美国发明“利用发光磷光体化合物验证物品的方法和设备”(公开号:US2013015369A1,公开日:2013年01月17日)和“发光磷光体化合物、包括这种化合物的制品及其制备方法和用途”(公开号:CN103649728A,公开日:2014年03月19日),涉及第一谱带和第二谱带对应于选自以下的元素的单一离子(single ion)的发射谱带:铬、锰、钴、镍、铈、镨、钕、钐、铕、铽、镝、钬、铒、铥和镱;在一实施方案中,第一谱带和第二谱带对应于在替代到选自以下的主晶格材料内之后单一离子的发射谱带:氧化物、氟化物、氧硫化物、卤化物、硼酸盐、硅酸盐、五倍子酸盐、磷酸盐、钒酸盐、卤氧化物、铝酸盐、钼酸盐、钨酸盐、石榴石和铌酸盐。在另一实施方案中,第一谱带和第二谱带对应于在替代到选自以下的主晶格材料内之后单一离子的发射谱带:氧硫化钇、钇铝石榴石和钆镓石榴石。所述专利是基于两个谱峰的积分面积比值的原理,由于两个谱峰值位置接近,需要使用带通滤波片以实现峰位分离,增加了仪器成本和制作难度。
发明内容
本发明的目的是公开一种多波段机读荧光防伪油墨组合物及其应用,以克服现有技术存在的缺陷。
本发明所述的多波段机读荧光防伪油墨组合物由光学特性材料、连结料、颜料和助剂组成;
以所述的油墨组合物的总重量为基准,各个组分的重量百分比如下:
所述的光学特性材料为具有如下结构通式的化合物:
S:x Ce3+,y IR;
其中:
x、y为摩尔分数,其中0.001<x<0.2,0.001<y<0.2;
S代表无机材料,选自YAM、YAP、YAG、SrAl12O19、YVO4、Y2O2S、La2O2S、Gd2O2S、Zn2SiO4、CaSiO3、KMgF3、MgF2、CaF2、LiYF4、NaYW2O6、KY(WO4)2、SrMoO4、MgO、YPO4、GdBO3、Y3Ga5O12或ZBLAN中的一种;
IR为Nd3+、Yb3+、Er3+、Tm3+或Ho3+中的一种或一种以上;
所述的光学特性材料,可采用“High intensity broadband-emitting phosphorfor visual display system-is a cerium:terbium:YAG material”(公开号:EP142931-A,公开日:1985年05月29日)报道的方法进行制备,或者采用商业化产品;
所述的连结料,以连结料总重量计,包括如下重量百分比的组分:
所述(a)树脂选自酚醛树脂、改性酚醛树脂、醇酸树脂、改性醇酸树脂、聚氨酯树脂、环氧树脂及改性环氧树脂、聚酰胺树脂、橡胶树脂、不饱和聚酯树脂或丙烯酸及其衍生物树脂等中的一种或几种;
所述改性醇酸树脂选自松香、聚合松香、亚麻仁油、梓油、桐油、豆油、蓖麻油、椰子油、脱水蓖麻油、棉籽油以及月桂树、松浆油酸等植物油或脂肪酸等改性的醇酸树脂,优选的,所述改性醇酸树脂所用的多元醇是二元醇(如乙二醇、1,3-丙二醇、1,4-丁二醇、新戊二醇等),三元醇(如甘油、三羟甲基丙烷、三羟乙基丙烷等),四元醇(如季戊四醇等),五元醇(如木糖醇等);所用的酸是苯甲酸、对叔丁基苯甲酸、邻苯二甲酸及其酐、间苯二甲酸、对苯二甲酸、顺丁烯二酸及其酐,反丁烯二酸,己二酸、癸二酸、均苯四酸及其酐、四氢苯酐、六氢苯酐等。这些多元醇和多元酸用于制取改性醇酸树脂时,可以单独使用或多种配合使用。所述改性醇酸树脂可选124#蓖麻油/苯酐甘油醇酸树脂,123#椰子油/苯酐季戊四醇醇酸树脂,126#亚麻油/苯酐甘油醇酸树脂,128#亚麻油/间苯二甲酸甘油醇酸树脂,138#豆油/间苯二甲酸甘油醇酸树脂,139#亚麻油/间苯二甲酸甘油醇酸树脂,梓油/间苯二甲酸甘油醇酸树脂;
所述聚氨酯树脂,可以为单组分或双组分聚氨酯树脂;
所述环氧树脂及改性环氧树脂,选自平均分子量在400~4000的环氧树脂;
所述聚酰胺树脂分子量为400~20000;

所述(c)植物油优选为亚麻油、桐油、脱水蓖麻油、苏子油、梓油、豆油、葵花籽油、葡萄籽油、蓖麻油、妥尔油、上述植物油经高温炼制得到的聚合油(如4#调墨油,6#调墨油、熟桐油等)或上述植物油酸中的一种或几种。
所述(d)活性稀释剂选自丙烯酸酯及其衍生物中的一种或几种,优选乙氧基丙烯酸酯和环氧丙烯酸酯。
所述的助剂,包括蜡、填充剂、催干剂、表面活性剂、流平剂、消泡剂、分散剂、光引发剂中的一种或几种,可以单独使用或多种配合使用。
所述蜡优选天然蜡(如巴西棕榈蜡、西班牙草蜡、日本蜡、冷杉蜡、棕榈蜡、蜂蜡、虫蜡、羊毛蜡、石蜡、微晶蜡、蒙旦蜡、矿地蜡等)、合成蜡(如聚乙烯蜡、硬脂醇、硬脂酸及其衍生物等)、改性蜡(如氧化聚乙烯蜡、氯化蜡、高分子脂肪酰胺、硬脂酸铝、凡士林等)、合成蜡还包括其它天然蜡或合成蜡,经化学处理(如提纯、氧化、氯化等)后得到的蜡。上述的蜡可单独使用或多种配合使用。两种以上的蜡配合使用,也叫混合蜡。
所述催干剂,可以为有机酸的金属盐,如耐酸、环烷酸、辛酸、癸酸等饱和有机酸的钴、锰、锆、钒、铈、铁、镧、锂、铅、钙、铝、锌盐及硼酸锰等。优选其中的萘酸、环烷酸或辛酸的钴、锰、锆、铈盐及硼酸锰。
所述表面活性剂,可以为各种阴离子表面活性剂(如烷基芳基磺酸盐、磺化蓖麻油酸盐等)、各种阳离子表面活性剂(如长链脂肪胺等)、各种非离子型表面活性剂(如聚丙二醇、烷基苯聚氧乙烯醚等)、各种两性离子表面活性剂(如季胺甜酸碱、甘氨酸衍生物等)。
所述流平剂,可选择聚醚改性的聚二甲基硅氧烷、氟碳改性聚丙烯酸酯溶液、烷基苯改性聚二甲基硅氧烷、烷基改性聚甲基烷基硅氧烷、硅酮二丙烯酸酯中的一种或几种,或是含有上述物质的溶液。
所述消泡剂,可选择聚硅氧烷、聚二甲基硅氧烷、磷酸三丁酯、聚醚改性硅中的一种或几种,或是含有上述物质的溶液。
所述的分散剂,可选择不饱和多元酸聚合物、丙烯酸嵌段共聚物以及基于长链聚酯的酰胺与亚酰胺中的一种或几种。
所述光引发剂可选择苯甲酰苯基亚磷酸盐、二苯基酮及其衍生物、三甲苯基二苯膦氧化物、苯甲酰甲酸甲酯、异丙基硫杂蒽酮等重的一种或几种。
所述的颜料,选自耐晒黄、黄10G、联苯胺黄G、永固黄2G、永固黄RN、永固桔黄G、耐晒银朱R、永固红F4R、永固枣红F2R、永固桃红FR、立索尔宝红BK、耐晒艳蓝色原2R、酞菁蓝BS、耐晒品绿3605、酞菁绿G、颜料绿B中的一种或几种;
本发明的防伪油墨组合物,具有在蓝光激发下,同时发射可见光和红外光的光学特征。通过调节光学特性材料中的Ce3+、IR离子的比例和种类,可以调节油墨在可见光区和红外光区的发光强度比以及红外光区的发光峰位,从而实现多波段机读荧光防伪。
所述的防伪油墨组合物可为胶印油墨、凸印油墨、雕刻凹版油墨和丝网油墨。
所述的防伪油墨组合物可以应用于钞票、证券、票据、商品标签;
本发明将光学特性材料与适量的连结料、颜料和油墨助剂混合后,得到特定的机读防伪油墨。该防伪油墨组合物可以应用于钞票、证券、票据、商品标签。
本发明与现有防伪油墨相比的优点是,防伪特征需借助专用识别仪进行读取。通过调节光学特性材料中的稀土离子的比例和种类,可以调节油墨在可见光区和红外光区的发光强度比以及红外光区的发光峰位,从而实现多波段机读荧光防伪。

图1和图2分别为印品的荧光发射光谱和激发光谱,如图所示,印品的主要激发波长位于470nm的蓝光区,主要发射波长为位于可见光区的540nm和红外光区的1100nm,可使用自制的红外荧光识别器对印品进行识别。

5.根据权利要求2~4任一项所述的多波段机读荧光防伪油墨组合物,其特征在于,所述树脂为脂肪族聚氨酯丙烯酸酯化树脂或芳香族聚氨酯丙烯酸酯化树脂、环氧丙烯酸酯树脂和甲基丙烯酸树脂的组合物,重量比为:脂肪族聚氨酯丙烯酸酯化树脂或芳香族聚氨酯丙烯酸酯化树脂∶环氧丙烯酸酯树脂∶甲基丙烯酸树脂=6∶0.8~1.2∶1.8~2.2。
6.根据权利要求2所述的多波段机读荧光防伪油墨组合物,其特征在于,所述环氧树脂,选自平均分子量在400~4000的环氧树脂;所述聚酰胺树脂分子量为400~20000,所述醇酸树脂为松香、亚麻仁油、梓油、桐油、豆油、蓖麻油、椰子油、棉籽油、月桂树或松浆油酸改性的醇酸树脂。
7.根据权利要求1~6任一项所述的多波段机读荧光防伪油墨组合物的应用,其特征在于,应用于钞票、证券、票据或商品标签。
8.根据权利要求7所述的应用,其特征在于,为胶印油墨、凸印油墨、雕刻凹版油墨和丝网油墨。
