Abstract

Description
本发明涉及一种环形装订机机构,特别涉及这样一种环形装订机机构,它具有被置于一个弹性外框构件中的托架条板,在与上述托架条板相连接的半环开启或闭合时,上述托架条板间形成的角度由一个钝角变为一个锐角或由一个锐角变为一个钝角。
当环形装订机机构被组装时,外框构件端部常被弄弯,或在装入一个装配机的过程中,由于外框端部的薄弱而被损坏。这种损坏通常导致连接点或铆钉孔的扭曲或机器的堵塞。为了有助于环形装订机机构的装配性,通过利用凸起或凸条,对外框加强强度在英国专利第GB2004816B中被描述过。然而外框端部薄弱的难题没有被英国专利GB2004816B中描述的卷边或凸条的布置所解决。
本发明的目的在于提出一种外框构件具有加强端部的环形装订机机构。

而且,作为优选,占每个凹槽或凸起长度25%到50%的部分,沿朝向连接点的方向延伸。
而且,作为优选,所述外框构件被进一步设置有一条、或多条凹槽或凸条,这些凹槽或凸条沿着纵向在位于成对的半环之间或下侧的外框构件的区域上延伸。

凹槽或凸起增加了此外框构件的强度,使必须被装入装配机的端部不会遭受一些或只是最小程度的变形。利用这种装置的优点,现在可以装配如此的环形装订机机构,大幅度地降低对外框的损坏。
由于不再需要较厚的金属片以提供外框足够的强度,用于外框构件的金属片也可以较薄。

附图中的图1-4表明,一个环形装订机机构2的外框构件1包括两个托架条板3和4,此托架条板3和4在一个中心平面内互相支撑,同时它们的外部纵向边缘6和7配合在外框架构件1的向下弯曲边缘部分8和9的后部。
每个环的条板3和4上托载着一个半环10、11,附图中示出它们为闭合的位置。
在此外框构件1与半环10和11配合的区域,具有开口14。
当此半环10和11靠掌力相向运动时,它们就很快地依靠外框构件1的力量和传输到托架条板3与4的弹力,啮合成闭合位置,此外框构件1由弹性材料构成,且此外框构件1能够在其端部经由连接点如铆钉孔13连接到一个外套、装订机保护壳或其它上。在闭合位置,条板3与4从下面看,形成大于180°的角度,然而在开启的位置,它们形成小于180°的角度。
如图1和图2中所示,向上弯曲的外框构件1可以在其端部设有凹槽或凸起17、18、19。每个凹槽或凸起优选地从围绕每个铆钉孔13的凹座16中的一个延伸到凹座16与最靠近凹座16的半环10、11之间的点处。为了获得额外的强度,此三条凹槽或凸起17、18、19的一端延伸到铆钉凹座处并朝向铆钉孔13,而在另一端,它们互相平行,并沿此外框构件纵向延伸。
因此,如在图2、5、6中所表明的,中央凹槽或凸起18实际上沿着一条线,而外边的两条凹槽或凸起17、19朝着铆钉孔13的一端则是弯曲的。最好是占凹槽或凸起长度的四分之一到一半的部分指向铆钉孔。
此环形装订机机构如图7-9所示的一种进一步的实施方式,是此环形装订机机构进一步具有这样一个中心凹槽或凸条20,它沿着外框1连续或不连续地延伸,以进一步加固此外框,使得此外框能不变形地为一个机器部件夹住或握住,以便制作具有相应半环10、11的托架条板3、4,在自动制造过程中,该条板能够被机器从此外框构件的纵向边缘方向装入。
弧形的外框构件1的端部,被凹槽或凸起17、18、19如此地加固,以至于此弧形的外框构件1的端部能够被装入一架装配机,而且又减少了此外框构件在此过程中被损坏的可能性。
凹槽或凸起17、18、19与凹槽或凸条20的组合,提供了一种极强固及多用途的外框。尤其适合干环形装订机机构的自动化制造。
以上描述的是本发明的优选实施方式,在不偏离后附权利要求中定义的本发明的范围内还可能做出种种变动。
例如,只要凹槽或凸起是优选地同样地相对于外框的中央间隔设置,就可以只有一个凹槽或凸起,或者有多条凸条。可以有多条凹槽或凸条,它们可以作为附加或者代替凸条20被平行于外框1的纵轴放置。
连接点不必是铆钉孔,可以是任何传统的连接装置,例如可以是插接点(prongs),或者只是机构被连接到一个支持物的粘结点。
Claims (6)
1、一种环形装订机机构,其具有两个托架条板,两个托架条板被置于一个弹性的外框构件中,并且互相支撑;在与上述托架条板相连接的一对半环开启或闭合过程中,所述托架条板间形成的角度由一个钝角变为一个锐角,或与此相反,其中,此外框构件至少在其一端具有一个凹座,在所述凹座内具有用于将外框构件连结到支持物上的连结点,并且此外框构件至少被一个凹槽或凸起所加固,其特征在于,
该凹槽或凸起从围绕上述连结点的凹座内部延伸到该凹座和最靠近该凹座的一对半环之间的一个点。
2、如权利要求1所述的环形装订机机构,其特征在于,其外框构件被三条凹槽或凸起所加固,一条在中部沿外框纵向轴线延伸,而另二条沿中央凹槽或凸起的一侧延伸,并且至少一部分与中央凹槽或凸起平行。
3、如权利要求1或2所述的环形装订机机构,其特征在于,凹槽或凸起的凹座端朝连接点的方向延伸,并且凹槽或凸起的另一端在外框上纵向延伸,且互相平行。
4、如权利要求3所述的环形装订机构,其中,占每个凹槽或凸起长度25%到50%的部分,沿朝向连接点的方向延伸。
5、如权利要求1所述的环形装订机机构,其特征在于,所述外框构件被进一步设置有一条、或多条凹槽或凸条,这些凹槽或凸条沿着纵向在位于成对的半环之间或下侧的外框构件的区域上延伸。
