Abstract
本发明提出一种寡核苷酸及其用途。该分离的寡核苷酸包括:第一核酸分子,所述第一核酸分子编码双碱基识别模块,所述双碱基识别模块由串联的第一单碱基识别模块和第二单碱基识别模块构成,所述第一单碱基识别模块和第二单碱基识别模块均包含重复可变双氨基酸残基;第一扩增序列,所述第一扩增序列位于所述第一核酸分子的5’侧,并且所述第一扩增序列包含IIs型内切酶识别序列;以及第二扩增序列,所述第二扩增序列位于所述第一核酸分子的3’侧,并且所述第二核酸序列包含IIs型内切酶识别序列。能够快速获得各种不同组合的RVD,从而可以识别任意靶核酸序列。
