Abstract

本发明公开了一种单向负载动力学调速实验台,包括机架、安装在机架上的曲柄滑块机构、齿轮齿条传动机构,超越离合器、磁粉制动器和控制电路,齿轮齿条传动机构包括齿条、齿轮、齿轮轴和轴承座;齿条固定在曲柄滑块机构的滑块上,与齿轮啮合;齿轮固定在齿轮轴的动力输入端,齿轮轴的动力输出端与超越离合器连接;超越离合器与磁粉制动器的主轴连接;齿轮轴由轴承座支承,轴承座和磁粉制动器的底座固定在机架上。本发明在系统回空行程时不会向系统回输动力,负载便于调节,用于模拟机械设备的负载,并可改善速度波动的实验效果。

Description

一种单向负载动力学调速实验台
[技术领域]
本发明涉及机械工程领域的实验台,尤其涉及一种单向负载动力学调速实验台。
[背景技术]
目前市场上有两种主要的动力学调速实验平台是湖南长庆科教仪器有限公司的JST-A机构系统动力学调速实验台和湖南嘉锐科教仪器有限公司的JST-A 型机械系统速度波动调节实验台。
现在市场上的动力学调速实验台是以曲柄滑块机构为运动构件,以弹簧或负载模拟器作为工作负载。以弹簧作为负载的时候存在着严重的设计缺陷:当滑块向前推时,弹簧受压缩并对系统做负功,系统动能减少;当滑块回程时,弹簧恢复并对系统做正功,系统动能增加。在不考虑摩擦力的作用下,工作阻力所做的功一正一负,正好互相抵消,也即整个系统的能量基本保持不变。因此,这种实验台的工作阻力并不能起到调速的作用。以负载模拟器作为负载时,可以实现单向负载,但是该负载不便于调节和测量。
[发明内容]
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种负载在系统回空行程时不会向系统回输动力,负载便于调节的单向负载动力学调速实验台。
本发明进一步要解决的技术问题是提供一种负载便于测量的单向负载动力学调速实验台。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是,一种单向负载动力学调速实验台,包括机架、安装在机架上的曲柄滑块机构、齿轮齿条传动机构,超越离合器、磁粉制动器和控制电路,齿轮齿条传动机构包括齿条、齿轮、齿轮轴和轴承座;齿条固定在曲柄滑块机构的滑块上,与齿轮啮合;齿轮固定在齿轮轴的动力输入端,齿轮轴的动力输出端与超越离合器连接;超越离合器与磁粉制动器的主轴连接;齿轮轴由轴承座支承,轴承座和磁粉制动器的底座固定在机架上。
以上所述的单向负载动力学调速实验台,包括扭矩传感器和联轴器,扭矩传感器主轴的输入端与超越离合器连接,扭矩传感器主轴的输出端通过联轴器与磁粉制动器的主轴连接;扭矩传感器的底座固定在机架上。
以上所述的单向负载动力学调速实验台,所述的超越离合器是单向滚针轴承,齿轮轴的动力输出端包括承孔,单向滚针轴承的外圈固定在承孔中,扭矩传感器主轴的输入端的轴头由单向滚针轴承的滚针支承。
以上所述的单向负载动力学调速实验台,曲柄滑块机构包括电机、主动皮带轮、被动皮带轮、皮带、飞轮、飞轮轴、飞轮轴承座、连杆、直线导轨副,直线导轨副包括导轨所述的滑块;电机、飞轮轴承座和导轨固定在机架上;飞轮轴由飞轮轴承座支承,被动皮带轮安装在飞轮轴的内端,飞轮安装在飞轮轴的外端;连杆的一端与飞轮上的曲柄销铰接,另一端与滑块侧面的销轴铰接;主动皮带轮安装在电机轴上,通过皮带带动被动皮带轮。
以上所述的单向负载动力学调速实验台,包括编码器和第二联轴器,飞轮轴的内端通过第二联轴器带动编码器。
以上所述的单向负载动力学调速实验台,控制电路包括计算机,计算机主机包括PCI采集卡,扭矩传感器和编码器的数据输出端接PCI采集卡的数据输入接口。
本发明单向负载动力学调速实验台在系统回空行程时不会向系统回输动力,负载便于调节,用于模拟机械设备的负载,并可改善速度波动的实验效果。

[具体实施方式]
本发明实施例单向负载动力学调速实验台的结构如图1至图2 所示,包括机架1、安装在机架1上的曲柄滑块机构、齿轮齿条传动机构,超越离合器2、磁粉制动器3、扭矩传感器4、编码器5、联轴器6、联轴器7和控制箱25。
曲柄滑块机构包括电动机10、主动皮带轮11、被动皮带轮12、皮带13、飞轮14、飞轮轴15、飞轮轴承座16、连杆17、直线导轨副。电动机10是PWM 调速电动机。
电动机10、飞轮轴承座16和直线导轨副的导轨18固定在机架1上。
飞轮轴15由飞轮轴承座16支承,被动皮带轮12安装在飞轮轴15的内端,飞轮轴15的内端通过联轴器7带动编码器5。
主动皮带轮11安装在电机10的轴头上,通过皮带带动被动皮带轮12。
飞轮14安装在飞轮轴15的外端,连杆17的一端与飞轮14上的曲柄销1401 铰接,另一端与直线导轨副滑块19侧面的销轴1901铰接。
齿轮齿条传动机构包括齿条21、齿轮22、齿轮轴23和轴承座24。
轴承座24和磁粉制动器3的底座、扭矩传感器4的底座分别固定在机架1 上。
齿轮轴23由轴承座24支承,齿轮22固定在齿轮轴23的动力输入端。齿条21固定在曲柄滑块机构的滑块19的侧面,与齿轮22啮合。
超越离合器2采用单向滚针轴承,齿轮轴23动力输出端的轴头有一个承孔,单向滚针轴承的外圈固定在承孔中。扭矩传感器4主轴401的输入端的轴头由单向滚针轴承的滚针支承。
扭矩传感器4主轴401的输出端通过联轴器6与磁粉制动器3的主轴连接。
电动机10带动曲柄滑块机构工作时,齿条21带动齿轮22往复转动,齿轮 22正向转动时,超越离合器2接合,磁粉制动器3对齿轮22施加负载,通过调节磁粉制动器中的电流可以控制负载的大小。齿轮22反向转动时,超越离合器 2分离,齿轮22不能驱动磁粉制动器3,磁粉制动器3对齿轮22不起使用,齿轮22空转。
控制电路包括一台计算机,计算机主机中装有PCI采集卡,扭矩传感器和编码器的数据输出端分别接PCI采集卡的数据输入接口,磁粉制动器产生的扭矩经过扭矩传感器后通过PCI采集卡将扭矩数据采集到计算机上,编码器经过计数器后通过PCI采集卡将曲柄角速度数据采集到计算机上。

Claims (6)

1.一种单向负载动力学调速实验台,包括机架、安装在机架上的曲柄滑块机构和控制电路,其特征在于,包括齿轮齿条传动机构,超越离合器和磁粉制动器,齿轮齿条传动机构包括齿条、齿轮、齿轮轴和轴承座;齿条固定在曲柄滑块机构的滑块上,与齿轮啮合;齿轮固定在齿轮轴的动力输入端,齿轮轴的动力输出端与超越离合器连接;超越离合器与磁粉制动器的主轴连接;齿轮轴由轴承座支承,轴承座和磁粉制动器的底座固定在机架上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的单向负载动力学调速实验台,其特征在于,包括扭矩传感器和联轴器,扭矩传感器主轴的输入端与超越离合器连接,扭矩传感器主轴的输出端通过联轴器与磁粉制动器的主轴连接;扭矩传感器的底座固定在机架上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的单向负载动力学调速实验台,其特征在于,所述的超越离合器是单向滚针轴承,齿轮轴的动力输出端包括承孔,单向滚针轴承的外圈固定在承孔中,扭矩传感器主轴的输入端的轴头由单向滚针轴承的滚针支承。
4.根据权利要求1所述的单向负载动力学调速实验台,其特征在于,曲柄滑块机构包括电机、主动皮带轮、被动皮带轮、皮带、飞轮、飞轮轴、飞轮轴承座、连杆、直线导轨副,直线导轨副包括直线导轨副滑块;电机、飞轮轴承座和导轨固定在机架上;飞轮轴由飞轮轴承座支承,被动皮带轮安装在飞轮轴的内端,飞轮安装在飞轮轴的外端;连杆的一端与飞轮上的曲柄销铰接,另一端与直线导轨副滑块侧面的销轴铰接;主动皮带轮安装在电机轴上,通过皮带带动被动皮带轮。
5.根据权利要求4所述的单向负载动力学调速实验台,其特征在于,包括编码器和第二联轴器,飞轮轴的内端通过第二联轴器带动编码器。
6.根据权利要求4所述的单向负载动力学调速实验台,其特征在于,控制电路包括计算机,计算机主机包括PCI采集卡,扭矩传感器和编码器的数据输出端接PCI采集卡的数据输入接口。
