Abstract
本发明涉及一种多功能中央空调管路,其包括方筒形管体、设置在方筒形管体上并且与方筒形管体内部相通的消毒装置、设置在方筒形管体下方的干燥盒以及设置在方筒形管体内部的冷光紫外线杀菌灯,方筒形管体可以有效的隔音并保持空调管内温度,消毒装置可以通过小型电动泵将消毒液引到消毒喷头,消毒喷头将消毒液彻底雾化,雾化过的消毒液小水珠将跟随方筒形空调管内的风扩散到附近的区域内,从而达到室内空气消毒的作用;冷光紫外线杀菌灯可以杀灭空气中的一部分病菌,减少病菌随着空调传播的风险;干燥盒内部承放有干燥剂,干燥剂可以吸收空气中的水汽,防止空气水分过大造成空调部件腐蚀;本发明结构简单设计合理,适用于推广使用。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及空调设备领域,尤其涉及一种多功能中央空调管路。
背景技术
随着人类社会的不断发展,大型公共建筑逐渐增多,中央空调成了必不可少的配套设施,中央空调系统中最为重要的就是空调管路,在使用过程中,因空气中的水蒸气含量高,经常会导致空调管内壁被腐蚀并且灰尘附着,导致空调管道内部不畅通,冷(热)风输送受阻,湿度较大的空气还将腐蚀中央空调其它零部件,造成空调系统故障率升高,并且中央空调整体调控整个建筑的空气,当中央空调开启后,一栋建筑的空气往往会迅速的相互流通,这就导致空气中的细菌也会跟着空气四处流动,尤其是在医院内部,这种流动往往会造成一些传染性病菌易被传播,但是目前市场上的空调管路无法有效的杀灭病菌,导致疾病传染加速;中央空调使用一段时间后,在空调管道接头处极易出现漏风的现象,漏风口数量达到一定程度后,就会影响中央空调的送风效率,浪费大量的能量,目前市场上缺少一种能够解决以上问题的空调管路。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种可有效杀菌、控制空调管道内部湿度并且防止漏风的多功能中央空调管路。
本发明采用如下技术方案:
本发明包括方筒形管体、设置在方筒形管体上并且与方筒形管体内部相通的消毒装置、设置在方筒形管体下方的干燥盒以及设置在方筒形管体内部的冷光紫外线杀菌灯;
所述干燥盒与方筒形管体内部相通;所述方筒形管体相互之间通过密封接头相连接;
所述消毒装置包括密封框、小型电动泵,所述密封框内部设置有消毒喷头,所述消毒喷头通过胶皮导管与小型电动泵相连;所述密封框外部设置有与胶皮导管相匹配的导管固定槽;所述方筒形管体上设置有与消毒喷头相对应的消毒喷头孔。
本发明干燥盒包括干燥剂储槽以及设置在干燥剂储槽上的连接台,所述连接台上设置有用于安装的螺栓孔。
本发明方筒形管体的管壁材质为隔音保温板,所述隔音保温板包括两层隔音板以及一层酚醛保温板;所述酚醛保温板粘结在两层隔音板之间,所述两层隔音板的外表面粘贴有一层铝箔。
本发明密封接头包括密封外套和密封内套,密封外套套体上设置有第一密封槽,在密封外套套体上与第一密封槽同一侧设置有密封凸台,在密封内套套体上设置有第二密封槽,第二密封槽与密封凸台相匹配,第一密封槽与密封内套的外轮廓相匹配;外套过风口与内套过风口的大小与方筒形空调管相匹配,安装时,将密封外套和密封内套分别固定在两根方筒形空调管的两端,然后将密封凸台插入第二密封槽中,此时整个密封内套位于密封外套内部,密封内套与密封外套之间通过螺栓或者密封胶等本技术领域人员常用的连接方式固定,密封接头可以有效的防止空调管路接口处出现漏风现象。
本发明积极效果如下:
本发明方筒形管体采用隔音保温板,隔音保温板可以有效的隔音并保持空调管内温度,并且隔音保温板可以阻隔空调管内部空气流动产生的噪音,提高室内的舒适度;消毒装置可以通过小型电动泵将消毒液引到消毒喷头,消毒喷头将消毒液彻底雾化,雾化过的消毒液小水珠将跟随方筒形空调管内的风扩散到附近的区域内,从而达到室内空气消毒的作用;冷光紫外线杀菌灯可以杀灭空气中的一部分病菌,减少病菌随着空调传播的风险;密封接头可以防止方筒形空调管间的接头出现漏风的现象;干燥盒内部承放有干燥剂,干燥剂可以吸收空气中的水汽,防止空气水分过大造成空调部件腐蚀;酚醛保温板耐高温有防火效果,并且隔温效果好,可以有效的防止空调管内部温度的散失,并且减少火灾发生率;隔音板采用市场上常见的防火隔音板,在隔离噪音的同时同样减少了火灾的发生率;铝箔起到了防止空调管被腐蚀的作用,并且铝箔表面相对光滑,减少了灰尘的附着率,使得空调管路更好清洗;本发明结构简单设计合理,适用于推广使用。

具体实施方式
如图1-7所示,本发明包括方筒形管体1、设置在方筒形管体1上并且与方筒形管体1内部相通的消毒装置、设置在方筒形管体下方的干燥盒4以及设置在方筒形管体1内部的冷光紫外线杀菌灯6;冷光紫外线杀菌灯6相对于普通的热光紫外线杀菌灯有着体积小、杀菌速率高等优点,适合于防止在空调管路中,并且不会影响空调的正常送风;
所述干燥盒4与方筒形管体1内部相通;所述方筒形管体1相互之间通过密封接头5相连接;所述消毒装置包括密封框2、小型电动泵3,所述密封框2内部设置有消毒喷头2-1,所述喷头通过胶皮导管2-2与小型电动泵3相连;所述密封框2外部设置有与胶皮导管2-2相匹配的导管固定槽;所述方筒形管体1上设置有与喷头2-1相对应的消毒喷头孔;通过小型电动泵3将消毒剂引如消毒喷头2-1,消毒喷头2-1与消毒喷头孔之间用密封胶密封,防止空调漏风;
所述干燥盒4包括干燥剂储槽4-1以及设置在干燥剂储槽4-1上的连接台4-2,所述连接台4-2上设置有用于安装的螺栓孔4-3;
所述方筒形管体1的管壁材质为隔音保温板,所述隔音保温板包括两层隔音板1-1以及一层酚醛保温板1-2;所述酚醛保温板1-2粘结在两层隔音板1-1之间,所述两层隔音板1-1的外表面粘贴有一层铝箔1-3;酚醛保温板1-2具有良好的隔热效果,并且可以耐高温防止火灾发生;隔音板1-1采用市场上常见的防火隔音板1-1,再隔音的同时可减少火灾发生率;铝箔1-3可以防止空调管被腐蚀,并且铝箔1-2表面相对光滑,有利于空调管日常清洁;
所述干燥盒4内部设置有一个隔离网4-4,隔离网4-4用于隔离干燥剂,避免干燥剂飞散到空调管路中;干燥盒4内部盒底上设置有锥体形凸起4-5,干燥剂直接平铺到干燥盒4底部十分容易造成干燥剂吸水后凝结在干燥盒4底部,导致干燥剂不便快速清理,椎体形凸起4-5可以防止干燥剂在干燥盒4底部凝结;干燥盒4内部承放有硅胶干燥剂,硅胶干燥剂的吸收效率高,并且本身无毒无害,十分适用空调管干燥使用;
密封接头5包括密封外套5-1和密封内套5-2,密封外套5-1套体上设置有第一密封槽5-1-1,在密封外套5-1套体上与第一密封槽5-1-1同一侧设置有密封凸台5-1-2,在密封内套5-2套体上设置有第二密封槽5-2-1,第二密封槽5-2-1与密封凸台5-1-2相匹配,第一密封槽5-1-1与密封内套5-2的外轮廓相匹配;外套过风5-1-3口与内套过风口5-2-2的大小与方筒形空调管1相匹配,安装时,将密封外套5-1和密封内套5-2分别固定在两根方筒形空调管1的两端,然后将密封凸台5-1-2插入第二密封槽5-2-1中,此时整个密封内套5-2位于密封外套5-1内部,密封内套5-2与密封外套5-1之间通过螺栓或者密封胶等本技术领域人员常用的连接方式固定,密封接头5可以有效的防止空调管路接口处出现漏风现象。
在日常使用时如需使用消毒装置,首先要将干燥盒4拆下,将干燥盒4内部的干燥剂取出,然后配比好消毒剂的浓度,使用小型电动机3将消毒剂引入消毒喷头,这时通过空调送风消毒剂将跟随空调风进入不同区域,有效的防止的病菌的传播,并且加快了消毒速率,消毒结束后再将干燥剂放入干燥盒4内继续使用;在日常使用时,可根据不同的需要调整冷光紫外线杀菌灯的开启时间。

1.一种多功能中央空调管路,其特征在于:其包括方筒形管体(1)、设置在方筒形管体(1)上并且与方筒形管体(1)内部相通的消毒装置、设置在方筒形管体下方的干燥盒(4)以及设置在方筒形管体(1)内部的冷光紫外线杀菌灯(6);
所述干燥盒(4)与方筒形管体(1)内部相通;所述方筒形管体(1)相互之间通过密封接头(5)相连接;
所述消毒装置包括密封框(2)、小型电动泵(3),所述密封框(2)内部设置有消毒喷头(2-1),所述消毒喷头(2-1)通过胶皮导管(2-2)与小型电动泵(3)相连;所述密封框(2)外部设置有与胶皮导管(2-2)相匹配的导管固定槽;所述方筒形管体(1)上设置有与消毒喷头(2-1)相对应的消毒喷头孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能中央空调管路,其特征在于:所述干燥盒(4)包括干燥剂储槽(4-1)以及设置在干燥剂储槽(4-1)上的连接台(4-2),所述连接台(4-2)上设置有用于安装的螺栓孔(4-3)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种多功能中央空调管路,其特征在于:所述方筒形管体(1)的管壁材质为隔音保温板,所述隔音保温板包括两层隔音板(1-1)以及一层酚醛保温板(1-2);所述酚醛保温板(1-2)粘结在两层隔音板(1-1)之间,所述两层隔音板(1-1)的外表面粘贴有一层铝箔(1-3)。
