技术领域
本发明涉及屏蔽线技术领域,具体为一种屏蔽线的加工方法。
背景技术
现有的屏蔽线是通过挤压机直接挤压,靠的是辊对压,后经过半硬化处理,尺寸波动不是很好,一般制作成的规格只能是在厚度0.9mm~1.0mm,宽度12mm~14mm之间,比较薄和宽,表面呈波浪形,平整性不是很好,对于拉丝也比较困难,加工成本高,同时在制作过程中对于模具的损伤也比较大,且经该工艺的屏蔽线强度不是很好。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供了一种屏蔽线的加工方法,其可使线材的平整度提高,并有效提高屏蔽线的强度。
其技术方案是这样的:一种屏蔽线的加工方法,其包括铜扁线,其特征在于:该方法采用下述加工步骤:将所述铜扁线经过软态挤压后,经过多道轧辊多次轧制,直接轧制成规格为厚度1.5mm~1.8mm,宽度8mm~10mm的屏蔽线。
其进一步特征在于:所述轧辊的个数至少有2道;每个所述轧辊轧制的次数至少有3次。
本发明的有益效果是,铜扁线经过软态挤压后,再经多道轧辊多次轧制,直接轧制成所需规格的屏蔽线,其具有较好的平整度和屈服强度,加工成本低,且不影响其导电性能,安全性好。
具体实施方式
 一种屏蔽线的加工方法,其包括铜扁线,该方法采用下述加工步骤:将铜扁线经过软态挤压后,该软态挤压为现有挤压工艺中的挤压方法,经过多道轧辊多次轧制,直接轧制成规格为厚度1.5mm~1.8mm,宽度8mm~10mm的屏蔽线,较之现有工艺方法中的屏蔽线截面积基本不变,轧辊的个数至少有2道;每个轧辊轧制的个数至少有3次,可提高屏蔽线的平整度和屈服强度,加工成本低,且不影响其导电性能,安全性好。

1.一种屏蔽线的加工方法,其包括铜扁线,其特征在于:该方法采用下述加工步骤:将所述铜扁线经过软态挤压后,经过多道轧辊多次轧制,直接轧制成规格为厚度1.5mm~1.8mm,宽度8mm~10mm的屏蔽线。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种屏蔽线的加工方法,其特征在于:所述轧辊的个数至少有2道。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种屏蔽线的加工方法,其特征在于:每个所述轧辊轧制的次数至少有3次。
