4、原材料加工：将所购中药混合均匀用0.3厘米筛网粉碎机粉碎备用；取印花厚棉布按背褡制作前、后模板剪裁成背褡前、后外面，取印花薄棉布按背褡制作前、后模板一周4边放大2厘米剪裁成背褡前、后内面，再按背褡前、后外面一周总长度剪裁宽4厘米长布条作为背褡包边，剪裁12条长15厘米、宽3厘米布条作背褡绑缚带，取塑料膜按背褡制作前、后模板剪裁成背褡前、后中药隔离膜；取薄铁皮按背褡前、后外面一周4边缩小2厘米总长度剪裁宽1.5厘米长铁皮条，折弯成背褡前、后中药铺装模框。
5、中药背褡制作：将剪裁的前胸中药背褡外面铺展在平案上，将前胸中药隔离膜叠铺于前胸中药背褡外面上，4边对齐，再将前胸背褡中药铺装模框放在前胸中药隔离膜上居中位置，然后将活血化瘀中药散铺装于中药铺装模框内稍压实，特别将紧挨中药铺装模框边的中药压实，去掉中药铺装模框，最后将前胸中药背褡内面铺放在中药上，与中药隔离膜、背褡外面4边对齐，用缝纫机相距边沿0.5厘米缝合固定，将背褡包边两边折起1厘米，放于已缝合固定的中药背褡一周上、下边，再用缝纫机将包边缝合固定，背褡网格线位于背褡四边内部，由左斜缝合线与右斜缝合线相互交叉组成，左斜缝合线上端至背褡上边沿和左边沿，下端至背褡下边沿和右边沿，斜度45°，相互平行，间距0.5-1厘米；右斜缝合线上端至背褡上边沿和右边沿，下端至背褡下边沿和左边沿，斜度45°，相互平行，间距0.5-1厘米，组成菱形四边形网格；制作成前胸中药背褡，用相同方法制作成后背中药背褡，然后将前胸、后背中药背褡内面朝外，上边肩部包边叠放对齐，用缝纫机缝合连接，再将12条背褡绑缚带，两条相对分别缝合连接于中药背褡两边腋下上、中、下部位，然后将背褡翻正，一种治疗冠心病活血化瘀散网格形铺装固定中药背褡制作完成。

1.一种治疗冠心病活血化瘀散网格形缝合固定中药背褡，其特征是：
一种治疗冠心病活血化瘀散网格形缝合固定中药背褡，由胸部背褡和背部背褡两部分组成，形状基本同一般背心，背褡下边至胸、腹交界处，两腋下部分裁取同腋窝宽一片分开，前部为胸部背褡，后部为背部背褡；胸部背褡和背部背褡均由背褡外面3、中药隔离塑料膜9、背褡中药散8、背褡内面10、背褡包边1、包边缝合线2、背褡网格线4、背褡绑缚带5八部分组成；治疗冠心病活血化瘀中药散配方：由丹参、川芎、三七、葛根、桃仁各60克、红花、杜仲、莪术、三棱、党参、当归各30克，冰片10克，麝香5克等13味中药饮片组成；所购中药混合均匀粉碎为粒径0.2厘米成散剂；胸部背褡外面由一层印花厚棉布组成，中药隔离塑料膜为一层，形状同背褡外面，四边对齐；背褡中药散摊铺于中药隔离塑料膜上，厚度0.5厘米，四边距中药隔离塑料膜四边1厘米；背褡内面由一层印花薄棉布组成，叠铺于背褡中药散上，四边对齐，距边沿0.5厘米缝合固定；背褡包边长同背褡四边一周，宽1厘米，分上、下边，置于已缝合固定的背褡边内、外面，居中缝合固定；背褡网格线位于背褡四边内部，由左斜缝合线与右斜缝合线相互交叉组成，左斜缝合线上端至背褡上边沿和左边沿，下端至背褡下边沿和右边沿，斜度45°，相互平行，间距0.5-1厘米；右斜缝合线上端至背褡上边沿和右边沿，下端至背褡下边沿和左边沿，斜度45°，相互平行，间距0.5-1厘米，组成菱形四边形网格；背褡绑缚带为两层，长15厘米，1厘米，共12条，置于前胸、后背背褡两边腋下上、中、下各三条连接固定；前胸、后背背褡上部包边对齐缝合固定，制作成一种治疗冠心病活血化瘀散网格形缝合固定中药背褡。
