本发明涉及一种长效的肉制品防腐剂。
背景技术
肉制品在储藏的过程中容易发生肉质变质的现象,而防腐剂主要作用是抑制微生物的生长和繁殖,以延长食品的保存时间,抑制物质腐败的药剂。食品防腐剂能抑制微生物活动,防止食品腐败变质,从而延长食品的保质期。目前,肉制品延长货架期常采用一些单一的防腐剂或辅助以高温杀菌的方法。这种方法不但会使货架期得不到保证,还会导致肉制品口感和营养成分损失。因此,既能够提高肉制品的保质期,又能够不影响肉制品的口感,将成为未来的发展趋势。

针对现有技术的不足,本发明要解决的问题是,提供一种肉制品防腐剂,作用时间长,效果好,安全高效,在防腐的同时不影响肉制品的口感。
为解决现有技术问题,本发明提供的技术方案是,一种长效的肉制品防腐剂,其由以下重量份数的原料制成:
乙醇1-3份,盐酸木4-8份,双乙酸钠10-15份,山梨酸钾5-7份,丙酸钙6-7份,茶树花提取物11-15份,甘油3-4份,乳酸3-9份,磷酸三钠2-4份,乳酸钠1-3份,柠檬酸钠2-6份,乳酸链球菌素0.3-0.5份,琥珀酸钠3-6份,苹果酸0.6-1份。
