一种气浮机水位控制器，包括手柄、螺杆、支架、螺母、阀体、阀芯、排水口、气浮机箱体，所述支架焊接在气浮机箱体内侧的上部，所述支架上开有与螺杆相配合的螺纹孔，所述螺杆的上端焊接有手柄，所述螺杆的下端设有阀体，所述阀体内设有阀芯，所述阀芯和螺杆的下端相连接，所述阀体下部通过管道与排水口相连，所述阀体上部设有与螺杆相配合的螺母。本装置投资较少，控制效果好，操作方便。

一种气浮机水位控制器
技术领域
本发明涉及水处理设备，尤其涉及一种气浮机水位控制器。
背景技术
溶气气浮是先将空气在压力作用下送入水中，然后减压使水中的过饱和空气以微细的气泡形式释放出来，从而使水中的杂质颗粒被黏附形成气浮体，上浮在水面，在刮渣机的工作下，将漂浮污泥集中送入下道工序处理。因此，气浮机的水位控制至关重要。否则，水位低了，浮泥去除不了；水位高了，水与浮泥一并流去，达不到应有的效果。
发明内容
本发明通过以下技术手段解决上述技术问题：
一种气浮机水位控制器，包括手柄、螺杆、支架、螺母、阀体、阀芯、排水口、气浮机箱体，所述支架焊接在气浮机箱体内侧的上部，所述支架上开有与螺杆相配合的螺纹孔，所述螺杆的上端焊接有手柄，所述螺杆的下端设有阀体，所述阀体内设有阀芯，所述阀芯和螺杆的下端相连接，所述阀体下部通过管道与排水口相连，所述阀体上部设有与螺杆相配合的螺母。
进一步，所述阀体上部侧面均匀开有进水孔。
进一步，所述阀芯为盖板下部设有密封面料，起到密封作用。
本发明的有益效果:本装置采用手柄的旋转来带动阀芯的上下移动，使水进入阀体排出排水口的方法。由于操作者操作时可直观观察到水位变化，可实时停止排水，水位控制精确；又因阀体设在水位上部，所排水中较少混有杂质颗粒和浮泥，排水通路畅通无阻塞；本装置相比在气浮机外侧布置管道和闸阀来控制水位，投资较少，控制效果好，操作方便。

具体实施方式
 以下将结合附图和实例对本发明进行详细说明：
一种气浮机水位控制器，包括手柄1、螺杆2、支架3、螺母4、阀体5、阀芯6、排水口7、气浮机箱体8，支架3焊接在气浮机箱体8内侧的上部，支架3上开有与螺杆2相配合的螺纹孔，螺杆2的上端焊接有手柄1，螺杆2的下端设有阀体5，阀体5内设有阀芯6，阀芯6和螺杆2的下端相连接，阀体5下部通过管道与排水口7相连，阀体5上部设有与螺杆2相配合的螺母4。
进一步，阀体5上部侧面均匀开有进水孔。
进一步，阀芯6盖板下部设有密封面料，起到密封作用。
综合以上所述，本装置使用时，旋转手柄1，螺杆2向上移动，阀芯6与排水管道脱离，水进入阀体5并从排水管道排出，水位达到要求时，反向旋转手柄1，螺杆2向下移动，阀芯6与排水管道接触，水停止排出。

1.一种气浮机水位控制器，包括手柄、螺杆、支架、螺母、阀体、阀芯、排水口、气浮机箱体，其特征在于：所述支架焊接在气浮机箱体内侧的上部，所述支架上开有与螺杆相配合的螺纹孔，所述螺杆的上端焊接有手柄，所述螺杆的下端设有阀体，所述阀体内设有阀芯，所述阀芯和螺杆的下端相连接，所述阀体下部通过管道与排水口相连，所述阀体上部设有与螺杆相配合的螺母。
2.根据权利要求1所述气浮机水位控制器，其特征在于：所述阀体上部侧面均匀开有进水孔。
3.根据权利要求1所述气浮机水位控制器，其特征在于：所述阀芯盖板下部设有密封面料，起到密封作用。
